  So last week @Telstra rang out of the blue to ask if I had requested to change my nbn to another provider as they had received an order to transfer my service. I said no and the agent said okay he’d cancel the transfer order Then on Friday I received a message

  The @NBN_Australia > Service Provider must be one of the worst customer experiences there is. NBN are the issue when there’s an outage, customers aren’t able to talk to NBN for info, and service providers give vague information to customers because they aren’t kept informed.

  @EdsonKeenan Got it – selfies failing to verify your age/ID (and sounds like NBN connection isn't the issue). Try: bright even lighting, full face straight-on, no hat/glasses/filters, clean camera lens. Retry a few times. If it still rejects, X often offers gov ID upload (driver's licence/passport) as next step. What's the exact error message or your country? That'll narrow it.

  @PaulineHansonOz @GreensAU2 Pauline, you should have seen the corruption when NBN kicked off. I worked in scope, design , construction, activations and repairs. I’m bound by NDAs but **** that. I’m sending you a letter that will upset a lot of people. I’m tired of playing nice.

  @Telstra now it’s a joke hey! Hamlyn Terrace and surrounding areas without 5G for the last couple of days. If you can’t fix or find the fault how about deploying mobile towers. Not everyone has NBN connectivity.

  Additionally, my internet has been spotty since yesterday, I've already organised my ISP to swap out my old NBN box which I've had since we first switched to NBN for a shiny new one. But just in case I need to cancel stream, I'll try to make up the hours elsewhere!

  @KendallJenner Optus struggles to cover here too. It isn't as bad as Vodafone, but it doesn't seem to have any better signal than Telstra & they're like double the price. It's in the small hours of the morning when signal drops. One NBN fibre connection between 150 struggles.

  Omg today is already off to a terrible start.. running on 4 hours sleep, feel sick still and my parcel says delivered but its nowhere in sight. And I sat by the door the entire time and didn't see or hear anyone so what the hell?! NBN guy better show up 😤
