@CurtisWahlfeld Our earlier test showed that your connection was down, the error we got mostly shows when there's a cable that's not properly connected or the NBN line dropped out. If you checked your cables then that may have fixed the issue 1/2 -Mel

Hey @NBN_Australia - any way to be more efficient? 1 lightening strike takes out 3 NBN connection boxes in 3 houses right next to each other. 3 NBN tech appts made w. providers: 1/day over 3 days. Couldn't we organise 1 tech to fix 3 houses at the same time? Wouldn't that save $?

@csp_jem7 That’s one of the issues with the NBN though, fibre to the node is good if you’re close to the node, terrible speeds if you’re not. And in our case we can’t get wired NBN at all so we’re on wireless NBN. To get a decent nbn connection we’d need to move house.
