@TheyCallMeObZen Hi ObZen, we've tested the line and was able to detect a failing status with the NBN NTD box. Is it okay for us to reset the NBN NTD connection remotely? Or are you currently using the service? -Basil

@cat240359 Hi Catriona, that's disappointing to hear. We've checked your address in our systems and we can confirm that nbn has encountered an issue that has prevented fault rectification from taking place. nbn is responsible for completing the next action that will allow the 1/3

@Telstra After a lifetime with Telstra we have now such a pathetic nbn service I am signing up to Starlink

@exetel any word on NBN outage in Melbourne? PARKDALE 3195 to be precise?

  • ssharwood Simon Sharwood (@ssharwood) reported

A messy wholesaler>retailer interface and customer service falling through the cracks was a feature of the pre-NBN telco industry. It was known to be bad for all concerned. It hasn't been fixed. Yet connectivity has only become more important in that time.

@pauldutton1968 Saw on ABC a business who for very large Gb files it was quicker to drive them even in peak hour than over slow glitchy NBN. Via Kanga pouch also prob quicker. Here Skip take the file to town.

@Telstra So come Telstra is doing this work - I thought NBN was responsible for cabling… Don’t tell me Another NBN fail

  • calliopeski bendotu (@calliopeski) reported

@joshgnosis I was offered a 6-month free upgrade to 250 Mbps (from 100 Mbps). Only problem was we finally got a wee bit closer to to the 100 Mbps we’d been paying for all along. And still slower than when we paid 1/3 less before the bloody NBN.

  • DavidGWhitting1 David G Whittingham (@DavidGWhitting1) reported

@cathywilcox1 Contacting the real NBN ain’t easy either. It took me a week to persuade Telstra my NBN was stuffed and another week for someone from NBN to fix it. No Net for a fortnight isn’t acceptable these days. Everyone (almost) relies on it.

@edaptfn NBN is **** Rn that’s why everyone’s internet is bad
