@NBN_Australia But the point is they didn’t. Telstra techs put us onto their nbn techs but they spent sometimes 2 hours on the phone with us trying to diagnose/ fix the problem but never did. Why would won’t send out a technician after 3 months? It’s just not good enough.

@NBN_Australia I have spoken to my provider and they said they have to wait to hear back from you with some report before the technician appointment can be confirmed. Thankfully no one in my house requires this service for medical reasons- I however require it to work

Absolute worst service provided in Australia is by @Telstra & @NBN_Australia . These two entities should be paying money back to millions of people. Absolutely useless.

@NBN_Australia I have just switched to your service and now it's down after working for 2 days. The best bit I cant have a technician out until Monday. Switch to nbn they said, it will be great they said #shitservice

@iiNet Hi, are there issues in Castle Hill NSW 2154 with NBN Phone? Our internet is working but the landline has stopped. We've tested the line with multiple handsets but there is no dial tone. Restarted both NBN modem and router/phone box many times but the phone is not working.

@bruce_haigh Turnbull is part of the current mess this government has created. Trying to re- invent himself as anti Murdoch and critic of Morrison won’t cut it with me. He ****** up the NBN, gave mates our money and was gutless with the right. Never was never is.
