@NBN_Australia 5th consecutive day with no service in Croydon, no meaningful updates on progress. NBN cannot or will not explain why restoration is taking so long, can only assume laziness and incompetence.

@Telstra…..why does my NBN Wi-Fi drop-out completely? It comes back immediately but is enough to disconnect all devices (PIA/embarrassing when in a Video Conference). Also, i was allegedly assigned a case manager who would call within 48hrs. Never happened…sigh

@UnQuietAust @TurnbullMalcolm What a laugh. So mad about the NBN being butchered. I was in Japan before they announced NBN in Australia and where I could upload tons in no time it was such a shock. I thought I'd be up all night like in Oz but yeah. Aiming for worst internet in the world - go LNP

Have had no nbn since yesterday lunchtime. Called ISP to complain. Fixed nothing, requires @NBN_Australia I said that I'd had drop-outs every other day for different periods. Service guy "unless it's dropping out more than 4-5 times a day, NBN consider it is stable." WTF
