    @cheeseanderson @Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia A few weeks ago I had about a week of constant drop outs and was on the phone maybe 5 times with them, but they always said the issue was on my end and not theirs or NBN's. They had me doing ping tests and resets and nothing fixed it until it went away on its own.

    @slace That's the purpose of the Service Class settings. Should advise the ISP and NBN of the work required to commission the connection at your location. It should be seamless, but in my experience the NBN still didn't send the right team the first time around, and needed to re-book.

    @TH3xR34P3R @NBN_Australia @AusChamber It's an issue of laziness. There are plenty of places around here where if properly positioned wireless NBN would have provided good coverage. Instead they just threw darts at a map. As to the issue of greed if Telstra weren't banned from competing with Wireless for 20 years...

    @Gkop_95 @Aussie_BB It's probably @NBN_Australia 's issue. Pretty much all the issues I've had with my internet, that's been the case. It's rarely the retail provider's fault

    @TPG_Telecom hi guys, is there a NBN outage in the Manor Lakes (Whyndham Vale, VIC) area? I'm working from home and need the Internet connection. It's been down for 40 minutes now.

    @NBN_Australia Nope. You're still not offering tech choice for premises with no existing connection so until you are, you can't help.

    @Kimbo_Ramplin They know to call someone on the network team to sort their stuff out (and tell them what they need to do sometimes) the nbn guys iirc are paid per appt. So paid the same whether they fix the problem or nor 10 minutes or ab hour.

    @FarmOnline Great article Chris… virtually no phone service 10kms out of Goulburn… just hopeless. And lets not talk about the hopeless NBN. What a complete joke
