@NBN_Australia services in 2154 are offline. When will service be restored? Yes, I’ve logged a ticket with my provider and they have advised that there was an unscheduled outage by @NBN_Australia and you are yet to provide an update

Beware @Amazon Prime scam in Australia. For past few days I get a daily recorded voice message saying I'm being charged $99 for blah blah just hang up. I don't know what they ask you to do but don't! it's a scam. I also got a @Telstra call from call centre about my nbn. Scam.

sorry about the abrupt end to stream! my internet has fully died lmao, ive rung my ISP and they ran some test and the first thing she said to me was "oh this is very bad” 🥲 NBN is coming to look at stuff on Thursday so stream will be back Friday hopefully!

@james_neko @Telstra Yeah i don't mind paying if something is clearly my fault but i don't like the threat of having to pay for a tech when I've already ruled out "my equipment". The only equipment is the telstra router and the nbn box, and the issue still occurs with a dif router.

@NBN_Australia They just reset the line, and it comes back up, and deemed fixed. No 'fault' is ever found. The fact of the matter is that when it rains, my link goes down, and it has been an ongoing issue now for years.

@NBN_Australia I am with more broadband and my uni-d ports are not enabled from nbn side. It’s been nearly a day already. I need to be online for work. Why does it take more than a day to fix something on software side in this day and age!
