I expected nbn to auto complete 161-169 Princes Hwy with either Lucknow or Bairnsdale and to say whether nbn is available. Because telcos need to know customer addresses. I didn't expect nbn to say whether an address has already been connected.

@NBN_Australia I'd actually like a public response to this, Manasvi. Private dealings with NBNCo have been bitterly disappointing for me in the past, and their ongoing failure to fix technical issues has been a feature of my life since late 2017.

@crushtheLNP @abcnews @ABCaustralia It is annoying, and I have to be really interested to persist. Add to that I’m on an iPad with bad NBN. but all that black blank space and few words makes me feel it’s written for people who can’t absorb too much text at the one time. I’m always scrolling to find the next par.

@OtherAudi @ianclarkeAU @AlboMP Robodebt didnt fail per sec, it was simply too harsh. And Labor designed it, Libs merely put it into action. Subs contract break didnt cost 10's of billions. Which rorted grants? The Aldi bag ones or NBN for Armidale or highway upgrade for Port Mac? They did need it initially.
