@Optus getting unclear messages. My internet(NBN) is down, I called Optus support and there is a recorded msg saying ‘there are currently issues in Victoria’ but the online outage map shows no issues. Yr msg app is not connecting either altho 4G is working. Any clarity??

@Optus There was a scheduled outage that was supposed to finish at 4:30pm. It is now 6:45pm and still no Optus NBN!!!

It is the most useless service in Australia. For two weeks I am having a problem with my internet NBN. I called thee time to Telstra at 137587 and 132200 They said my NBN has been fixed BUT It did not fix it! Rubbish service!! The useless service is Telstra NBN!!!!

@NBN_Australia where are you??? Had me waiting around all morning, meant to be at my house between. 8-12.. my service provider can’t even tell me why you have failed to show up... #poor #customerservice #nbnaustralia 2nd wkend in a row I’ll be without Internet! 😤

Not good enough @Optus . NBN out since 1pm, 4G backup not working (keeps disconnecting and max 1mbps!). Tech support clueless about issue or any outages. Had to top-up my phone data as multiple adults WFH and have meetings! are you gonna compensate us!?
