Optus lied to me at least 3 times, so I am changing mobile and NBN to Belong. Any trouble from Optus I will contact the TIO.

@alicb3000 @NBN_Australia Hi Amy. Can you give us any indication of timing re HFC connections? We’ve been waiting almost 5 months and 5 people on a weak mobile service is driving me crazy!

@TPG_Telecom Appreciate your reply. Allegedly the speed tests are showing correct but the actual service seems intermittent. I am certain it is not you as a carrier/reseller but to do with the awful @NBN_Australia in our area but they can't say when we will be upgraded

So, you think @Telstra technical support is bad. Try booking a move to a new house which has a pit out the front, everyone around you has nbn but you aren’t on the map…. What a nightmare. This is going to go on for 6 months I can feel it
