@NBN_Australia Why my FTTP service has been dismantled over the last 5 days, has come back once for 1hr and today for ~6hr. Not one issue with connection since home was completed build Oct 21. It's now holidays, service providers can't lodge requests and you don't talk to us 'consumers'.

@MrDenmore I'm in metro Perth, NBN rubbish & expensive. Fixed wireless has been my solution. I feel for those outside of metro areas.

@TPG_Telecom 6 days fault in the modem and it was not identified by customer support and passed to nbn. how many more days to be wasted before anyone bothers at TPG

@drstip NBN seem a little. If you are Covid positive they won't come inside and they seem to accept if you are vulnerable to Covid and need to limit interactions. Doesn't help though the repair guy looked at me in my reusable respirator and googles like I had two heads...

@norkietiger @markab29 @NBN_Australia Fixed wireless was rolled out so bad, I’ve got links that do 500/500 across fixed wireless with pings almost as good as line speed for the most part NBN couldn’t organise ****, it’s a joke. 2300mhz band from optus was a huge mistake, dumb dumb dumb.
