    I'm on the train from the city; why has YouTube ABC Channel suddenly gone off line ? Not that I am bothered: Probyn was interviewing Ratty as if his opinion is sacrosanct. Could this be LNP's NBN ? No problem there will be oodles of LNP coverage on MSM if I can be bothered

    @LTKred Sadly, not at the moment. When we reach a certain amount of customers we intend on offering 1Gbps plans. As of 19-05-2022 the 100/40 plan is the highest we offer on the NBN access network. The 250/25 is the highest we offer on the Opticomm access network.

    @Optus It's taken 4 people, 4 hours to change my nbn plan ,no one seems to know what they are doing , you say use the online chat and your service assistant will be able to help you so your not having to wait in a line at the Yes optus store . 1 person is all it should take.

    Surely in 2022 Australia should have an internet network that will survive a power outage. I need my second NBN box replacement this week due to 2 unplanned power outages (not weather induced)! Each time I am without access to internet (and thus ability to do my job) for a day.

    My NBN is down for 2 days - still connected via Smart Modem at dial up speed >_< If I am not responding to your notifications quickly that is why.

    @RoadknightThe i had a problem a few weeks ago. i tried rebooting the router several times. the one for the ISP. then as a last resort i unplugged/rebooted the nbn router that telstra supplied. and that fixed it
