@Optus The last actual conversation I had with your inept tech support acknowledged there had been 11 drop outs in the prior 24 hours, and that was after NBN techs replaced everything.

@alphabeattweet Atm Telstra are hopeless call drops no nbn slow nbn since 2015 I no longer conduct any business via email as it cannot be relied upon . I’ve had optus vodaphone aussie bb & now Telstra it’s like the bottom of the barrel !

@Tw4nger Hi Chris! Sorry you've had this happen, Any time you have issues with speeds consistently reaching 600Mbps peak speeds please contact our support on 1300 880 905 ASAP to look into the matter, sometimes can be something simple like QOS settings or may need NBN rectification -Meg

@Optus Stop outsourcing Customer services. They are bullshit . I have tried couple of times contacting them but they send one reply after 4-5 minutes and i am really annoyed. I Got My mobile plan , Optus NBN , Optus 5G with you guys from almost 3 years and still something is wrong

@NotoriousNUFC @THFC_Dan_ Same no issues at all. Maybe the ones complaining are on NBN fibre to the node, and not NBN fibre to the premises or 5g wireless home broadband

@Moth25_ I also have a similar issue on fttn, but its not that bad. Its just NBN being very lazy with how they do connections.

@NBN_Australia Hi NBN, the NBN has been down for at least the last 24 hours or so for certain houses on Hewitt St, Huddleston St, Desborough Road and Nevada Ave (and perhaps others) in Colyton, 2760. Can you please give me an ETA of when the service will be back up? #NBNOutage
