  Then you tell me you cant contact the technician as they are NBN and you have no details !!They are coming to installed your service and you cant contact them !?! I find that hard to believe !! If the technician does eventually turn up I will be switching providers once installed

  @stemplemanmp @AlboMP It was unnerving when I was forced to take up FTTC NBN and found that VOIP was vulnerable to outages that never crossed my mind for more than a century with hardwired 'telephones' Finally bought the cheapest mobile one and the cheapest plan. 000 is one of 4 contacts I have on it.

  @NBN_Australia Hello, thanks for the info. TPG just me a text to advise that there is an outage in my area, so it might not be planned maintenance as appears on their site. I’ll have a look at that link. Thanks.

  Telstra NBN. One can only laugh. Ordered the NBN 67 days ago, no show 3 times, next available date Feb 16th. Tried to cancel for a week, eventually told it'll take another 48 hours to cancel. Nice work @Telstra @Telstra_news - moving everything @VodafoneAU

  So after almost a month waiting for @Telstra to provide update on my Velocity connection, they basically said all they can do is ADSL. How is this proivding equivalent service to @NBN_Australia ? Surely this is against the law?

  Hey @Telstra been on hold for over one hour. Bit frustrating seeing though it was mentioned it was a 15-30 minute wait. Seeing though NBN help is 24/7, Can we hurry this up?
