    I'm so done with my NBN being so slow lately. It'a $100 a month and it had just been so bad! I can't even play online games atm.

    @craigreucassel @NBN_Australia lodge an ombudsmen complaint immediately...they are backed up with NBN complaints, its literally the ONLY thing that gets them to act instead of tell you horseshit...a clock starts ticking and you will be able to decide how things are resolved fairly, not them

    @drinno_au @Telstra yeah, line of sight to the tower in town, I was 5 km out IIRC, isp didn't provision enough bandwidth because of the service charge NBN had, but it's improved as time went on. Check average speeds in the area if you can.

    Well I'm just done with #Australia NBN and @Telstra it's shocking who is responsible for this **** show on the NBN it's slow and the wifi keeps cutting out also Telstra no help just harrassing emails and text messages about payments that have been paid 😡

    @woodinitbenice @craigreucassel @NBN_Australia Put in a complaint to the Telecommunications Ombudsman. They are great, and get results. Costs nothing. Surprised that Telstra hasn't deployed one of the new mobile units if there are big issues with the local tower.

    @craigreucassel @NBN_Australia I’m with you there. Infrastructure’s failed here this morning and all the NBN site/phone line does is push you to complain to the service provider. It’s unaccountable to anyone!

    @craigreucassel @Richard33878882 @NBN_Australia 26 phone calls to provider plus FB messages to NBN and provider. Platitudes galore. Interview on ABC South East last Wed. Widespread problem. Telstra 4G - our backup- doesn’t work in holiday time. And this is the fire prone, trying to recover, far south coast. Disgraceful.

    @craigreucassel @NBN_Australia They are appalling, the tech we finally got to set up our nbn (on that **** old copper line, not on our nice cable?), well he stunk, like really smelly ... and what happens to all that good cable infrastructure on our house and on the street?
