@BrendanJAQuinn @black7spades @AlboMP Only if there was true competition, which there can't be on the wholesale side when Telstra own all the pits and pipes. NBN was started because private ent including Telstra wouldn't build the fibre network.

@cyanbeanie @AlboMP No, the rollout to rural customers first was the most economically stupid decision made by the Rudd govt. It made the project unsustainable from day 1. NBN= Good Rollout=Stupid

@muliernatura @Fhickenbottom Don’t worry. Looking at the NBN species atlas for this fungi an acceptable ID has been made at what looks like Cors Bodeillio, just across the bridge where the ponies hang out. Perhaps one for this weekend?

@NBN_Australia Sorry, NBN, BUT IF YOU TAKE 6 months to connect a new home in the greater Sydney area (and still not connected, actually, I’m still waiting). how on earth are you going to connect people in regional/remote areas?.. absolutely appalling service.

@Optus It says NBN work is being undertaken in my area which may impact ADSL. I’ve had this problem since Thursday! I’m paying for something that’s not working properly
