@NBN_Australia no internet since Tuesday, no explanation just a moving resolution eta that seems to be pushed back by a day every day! Service provider knows nothing - how are we supposed to work from home with no internet and no explanation?

@lLiamDavies @CFlensburg @JulieCollinsMP You're kinda both wrong, many Australians received huge refunds of their internet bills due to speeds and reliability not matching as advertised, I know someone that got over 2k back due to poor NBN performance, that's everything she paid for internet the whole time.

So, @NBN_Australia and @AusNetServices, when you gonna fix the power to the node servicing my area? I can’t even get a rough ETA

@Biggy1883 AU peeps pay top price for speeds that are never performed and all the onus is on the client to generate evidence of lack of performance when the exact evidence required is inbuilt into the architectures of the NBN providers. Massive class action for refunds, reforms needed NOW!

@abcnews "fibre to the node" (FttN) always a crap idea, whatever certain large equipment suppliers claimed. HFC ("cable") had/has, role where already available so that folks without HFC or NBN fibre can be prioritised - I am happy with HFC so others can get fibre they need sooner @AlboMP

@DodoAustralia Still waiting for a call back from the specialist customer service time to cancel my NBN service. @acccgovau This feels unethical. #worstservice #stayaway

@noplaceforsheep And the missed opportunities as well. Having an LNP gov is like living on pause developmentally or in terms of infrastructure, investment or vision. In the meantime, they cobbled together a ****** NBN system out of some crap from their pockets as if they were MacGyver.
