@NBN_Australia It would help if you focused on network reliability. I have had significant outages and slow internet over the past few weeks. Reported to Telstra, but they are useless. The whole reporting system for consumer faults is poorly handled.

Similar arguments were made about no 'need' for a top quality NBN service even though - in my industry - it was clear developers were already designing services based on tele-presence, simulations, video-conferencing that would solve long-standing problems of distance...

@Telstra No, i am running on 4G... NBN tech cam and put new modem and connectors, still same problem. Then another NBN tech came in the afternoon for neighbor and discovered the 4 houses connected to 1 pit have the same issue..Still not fixed though, waiting for Tap in pit to be replaced

@Optus I'd hardly call 6mbps "NBN" I'm paying for 100mbps... and I expect 100mbps when I need it this time of the bloody year! There's no outages in my area, I've done all the troubleshooting, you best be figuring this **** out.
