@margaretthrosby @Telstra I have a small mobile broadband for such situations. Other problem if your electricity goes down so does NBN- no landline or internet

@Telstra Yeah it doesn’t. I wasn’t given a reference number. I was told by Emanuel (the person who took my call) all the details. All he told me was contact NBN and select options regarding damage. The result, well you can see that by the prior post.

@PaulFletcherMP how do I get @Telstra internet service restored when they palm off responsibility to you for disconnecting my service? They say because of NBN it will take days. Quick to disconnect, days to reconnect. Hopeless “service”.

@Telstra the saga continues, after making a complaint about NBN service a case manager arranged a technician to come out. Just received a text saying I would be charged $135 for the first $30 minutes then $40 for ever 15 minutes after that. Seriously. Punished for complaining!

Just had my daily call from Nicole from the NBN! I would have thought that Dutton with all the electronic surveillance available to him would have been able to pin down these serial pests by now!

@Graetz77GD @Bubbbyboo @AlboMP But he can dial into tv interviews? And if internet is poor in his area I wonder which govt was in charge of the NBN, oh yeah the LNP who took all the shortcuts. I lived in Kazakhstan and the internet is far superior to Australia
