    @Telstra nbn ****, 3135, what's the issue?

  • bren_maree BrenMaree (@bren_maree) reported

    @NBN_Australia More interested in how weather and congestion impact our fixed wireless service, when fixed wireless is being replaced, or do I have to shift to starlink. I run a business, can't even have integrated EFTPOS. 🙁 Let me guess? Talk to my provider? They can't change infrastructure.

  • Mr_Grumpy_ David Roger (@Mr_Grumpy_) reported

    @NBN_Australia That's all great but my crap FTTN that was foisted on our suburb still drops out several times a day.

  • Jarcobb Jarcob (@Jarcobb) reported

    @NBN_Australia How about a cable (not fixed wireless crap) to houses within 10 minutes to the city???

  • Dreddpool82 Dreddpool82 (@Dreddpool82) reported

    @NBN_Australia between 2 towns,1 of which is less than a 2 min drive from my house. My street has 10 houses each on 5acre blocks, with housing developments being built on all sides, so my street needs fibre down it for these future estates.

  • Hamax001 HG (@Hamax001) reported

    @NBN_Australia @NBN_Australia why does your customer confirmation team take the details of the elevated installation point and not pass onto your contractor BSA? We saw the ticket in the gentleman’s phone and no details of a 2 man job we’re provided?

  • aamuzukashii Aamuzukashii (@aamuzukashii) reported

    @NBN_Australia Please do not market to us directly NBN Co. I hereby direct you to convey all communication via my retail service provider.

  • Partytime63 Jaliyan (@Partytime63) reported

    @NBN_Australia Not sure why youa re focusing on Game servers while we can't even promised speed by retailers. Fix that first

  • TheShowBogan ✨The Show Bogan ✨ (she/her) (@TheShowBogan) reported

    @NBN_Australia @AnnieW1303 I've reported drop outs ad nauseum, but it turns out that selling off public infrastructure like COMMS is a really bad thing to do as it makes the rollout incentivised by profit rather than service.

  • TheShowBogan ✨The Show Bogan ✨ (she/her) (@TheShowBogan) reported

    @NBN_Australia Can youse just be a publicly owned venture without any third party garbage? Nbn rollout in Aus is an international failure because of this PPP implementation.
