@FactualDiscord @AdeleKThomas @samanthamaiden given permission by the board and the amount spent was significantly less than the amount approved! Many government agencies give bonuses, including mega ones to the nbn chiefs. Again I don’t like the system but she broke no laws and never used taxpayer funds

@CPSUnion You only need to remember what happened when Telstra was privatised. They screwed the government over the NBN. Had the business still been owned by the people they could have built us a 21st Century broadband network for far less than we are paying for a poor imitation.

@BadBoySushi @DavidLeyonhjelm How did she stuff up her job? AP was in a mess when Holgate took over from Fahour. She refused to run it down so that the LNP could privatise the joint. $77m cash bonuses were paid to executives at the underperforming NBN Co in 2020.

Holgate brings in profits and money, and offers affordable compensation for a good job, whilst NBN does a **** job and gets paid overs, and way overs!

@Qldaah There’s the line the LNP have been trotting out all day instead of addressing the issue.. appropriate use of taxpayer funds. That was NEVER the issue. That has never been an issue with this govt..sports Rorts, nbn, land, taxpayer funded fossil fuels and on and on and on...

@creativecatjk @barriecassidy $675,000 was paid to Barnaby for water report which he allegedly sent to PM in 3 texts, copies of which have never been verified. NBN Executives were paid $770,000 in bonuses late 2020. Holgate in wrong place at wrong time, LNP Govt wanted AP privatised & sold to their donors!

@DougCameron51 They screwed up NBN, so this non digital rollout, par for the course. As they say, so s l o w l y in Oz, "she'll be right, mate!" Who'd be stupid enough to take a jab, before potential 'knockout' blow? Seemingly lot's & they're queueing up.
