@pumbaalicious1 Hey again, It wouldn't matter where the fault lays, as long as your provider can raise the appropriate request to nbn for further investigation the nbn support team will further assess the issue and work with your provider to get it resolve. 1/2

@NBN_Australia Of course there is an outage on my address though it says it was supposed to be fixed by “Fri 26 Nov 4:30pm”. WTF am I supposed to do with that info? Can I get an update for a future time rather than in the past?
