    It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

    @TPG_Telecom is your service currently down? Connections aren’t reliable and your service status page is giving an error at the host side of things (Cloudflare results). Some services seem to be working but not all. I’m using NBN

    @TPG_Telecom this is freaking mad. Left messages to support team few times but still No returned call. When will be NBN be back up in Northern beach area?

    NBN down. I used the app on Optus phone to DM @TPG_Telecom; PC browser was non-functional No reply Couldn't access ServiceStatus coz CloudFlare kept saying Bad Gateway Had to get a friend 3 hours out of Sydney to go on the Twitter site just to check WTF was going on. Not happy

    @TPG_Telecom clearly there is an issue nationwide.Nbn service is stable .phone service is working however internet is not and again it does not to appear to be nbn service as residents with providers are not affected.Have you been hacked or something ?

    @TPG_Telecom, I have no problem with technical issues, an NBN outage or whatever because these kinds of things happen. But disabling all your phone lines to avoid speaking with customers is wrong. Also, the interactive voice system didn’t help much tonight before dropping my call
