    It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

    @lathiat yeah dunno what gear NBN has in the little box down the road, if it's standard GPON it should be 2.4gbit or something I think - imho it's the NTD being ****** but there's nothing I can do about it, can't register on the network without the NTD due to some serial number stuff

    @decryption I install and manage gpon networks (not nbn) this not worth your time. The MAC address is irrelevant to it being accepted onto the network.

    @NBN_Australia I’ve had no internet since early this morning. Have reported to Aussie Broadband yet you don’t list my outage on your outage checker at my address. Are you on to fixing it? It’s making work impossible.

    @Telstra Telstra outage detector says there's no outage in my area (postcode 2040), but no NBN connection for an hour and 4G mobile internet very slow (on a Telstra wholesale provider). Any news?

    @NBN_Australia Have registered a fault with the service provider. Someone has been booked to come out on site between 1 and 5pm tomorrow, hopefully fixed in 24 hours

    @NBN_Australia The max DL speed we could possibly get is only 50Mbps due to the distance from the node (FTTN). It's not a problem with the connection or other external factors. The issue is with the infrastructure itself. Hope you speed up your fibre upgrade rollout.
