    It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

    Oh I forgot, it's raining again and whatever sits underground out on our street doesn't like getting wet not a wires and connectors dude but I bet the optical upgrade would've help Aussie NBN

    @Ballyurra And when you live in the bush and get NBN from a tower, you lose it when the power goes off! So keep your landline if you have bad mobile coverage! The rules say you can, if it comes from a tower! For emergencies!

    Well, when they set my NBN installation window as 8am to midday I can't say I expected the person to be here for the entire window. Apparently it's not even properly activated yet, and a technician has to come fix something in the signal box. Le sigh.

    Here's a little known fact. When Abbott and Turnbull decided to install an NBN network based on 19th century copper wire technology no one told them it wouldn't work when it rained. Guess what.. It rained.

    @NBN_Australia can you please tell me if there are BBN issues in Reservoir 3073. I have not been able to connect to my wifi all morning. It is incredibly frustrating!

    @Ballyurra Tell me about it, jus spent two days juggling hotspot and intermittent NBN connection- no phone. Telco gave me 25gb data and diverted business phone to mobile. Let’s see what tomorrow brings. Still bucketing down @ 2280😬
