It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

@NBN_Australia The issue with NBN is your customer the ISP has no ability to have a customer focus, I have signed up for. A Very fast 1,000 mbs service but was told over 500 was OK. My regular experience is varied 100,400, 800, 400 you agree to attend you but don’t bother

Once decided ALP, then had to work out who would get lynched the least in their primarily Nat seats. The 1st two would have known it was their last term¹, but they got the NBN²

@carolduncan @maire19 @NickRossTech Imagine trying to get through the last 2 years without NBN. It's proved it's utility as a vital national infrastructure asset. Ditch the idea of selling it off, and treat it like the national road network and upgrade where needed. All those complex pricing models will disappear.

@carolduncan @NickRossTech At the risk of sounding like an Elon boy, he did get a lot of things right that Sky Mustard screwed up. that's why his Starlink is eating into NBN's share of Aussie Internet. (I'm not calling it by its proper name, it sucks badly, based on a lot of testimony I've seen)

@NBN_Australia I have feedback, my Mother was without Phone/Internet her paid service for almost 2 weeks. Took 2 NBN visits, first was said "fixed" but nothing was fixed, took another person to come out 3 days later to "fix" it again. Some of your people, have no care.
