  It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

  @deniseshrivell fair point. In the rush for shiny new com tech the way we did it not always the best. NBN now means those of us with land lines cannot call 000 in a power blackout, or net outage. Before NBN we could. that dont make news much either,

  @TheLucidyn @Batman2242 No, it was a very bad idea, the original OPAL idea was excellent, a public private partnership to lift rural speeds up to that of the cities and was costed at about $4 billion. Rudd screwed that up with massive mission creep and created the NBN.

  @fathamburger @balajis @anwaribrahim Lol, ya NBN is ****, I moved off to Starlink myselves, agree on most counts actually. But why keep Aussies out? allow those who want to also move in. The point of SEZ would be that it would be a siloed regime that is more tax friendly.

  @Fiances_ We’ve improved the state of every property we’ve rented (built gardens, mostly). But yet, rent goes up and up and up. Currently dealing with a $300 bill for installing an NBN fibre box inside which increases internet speed 10 fold, and the landlord is making us relocate it for the amazing low price of $770 (wants it moved 2 metres down the wall it’s on). Ugh

  Superloop is the 3rd RSP. Let's see if I can get more details out of them tomorrow on what path/route of the FTTN is a problem. NBN co seriously can't manage a raffle in a pub.
