    It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

    @Telstra There seems to be an intermittent issue with the NBN in Ringwood, VIC. Active connections have been dropping every 40-60 minutes. I've confirmed the issue is not isolated directly to my house, but also affecting nearby peoples. Is there any planned / unplanned works?

    @Aussie_BB Hey there. Looks like a recent Android app update has kicked my login session, and I don't remember my password. If I reset it, will that immediately kick my authentication session with my modem router? PPPoE on HFC NBN.

    @NBN_Australia I dint entertain the scammer. It was an automated call pretending to cancel my internet connection. Then transferred to a support person. I was surprised they had my personal details.

    @MarleyButler8 @NBN_Australia just got home from work and @NBN_Australia Drops every dam 10 mins ... but go to website... no outages... no answers just take our money .............. FIX YOUR OUTAGES . IF u cant do it get new job.

    Umm, @Optus, any idea when our NBN will be back in the 2154 postcode? Has been down since last night and outages website only says 'reduced service' that is 'under investigation'.
