    It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

    I'm getting the NBN connected today. This poor tech has been in and out of my house for the last three hours running a cable from the front of the units to my place, because the one he thought was in the roof or in the ceiling wasn't there.

    @consumervic During the Pandemic we had no access to a phone or internet. For weeks until we notified the ombudsman then miraculously we were reconnected. They were installing NBN and we had never had issues previously. I wonder how many other businesses have experienced this disruption?

    @cinderella_oz That's concerning to hear, Janet. If your service issues continue, we recommend reporting this to your provider to log a fault. They can do further tests and if the issue is with nbn, they’ll let us know and we’ll work together to resolve the issue. 1/3

    @Erstejahre You've done well to proactively report the issue to your provider as they have the tools to do more tests. If the issue is with nbn, they'll let us know by logging an Incident and our nbn support team will work together to resolve and provide updates to your provider. 1/3

    @MickLynch_Age Are you asking for NBN plan recommendations? Or mobile & hotspot? I have Exetel NBN - excellent service & reliability. I'm on a great contract, but it seems they've hiked the price for new customers now. If they do that for me, I'll move to Optus NBN which includes OptusSport
