    It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

    I am really bored with rain now. To add insult to injury, @iiNet or @NBN_Australia down (both say no problems but we have no internet). Make it stop.

    As services come back online, we are also seeing an increase in reported service faults. These faults are often caused by damage to individual properties from water and require a visit from an nbn technician.

    After the flood here our NBN connection drowned. Was worried how I was going to keep working this week having already chewed through both of my phones' data plans, called @VodafoneAU and the nice man solved all my problems for only $8 a month extra. My child can play games again!

    @NBN_Australia so why is it still on copper? including the 50,000km you bought in 2020? joke of a system made to get more money out of tax payers when they need to upgrade it in 5 years because its so slow.

    @ScottMorrisonMP @Dom_Perrottet Oatley West has extreme poor communication due to this wet weather no NBN no landlines for security of our elderly. No 4G services. Hope we never suffer what Ukrainian is suffering.

    @Studio26151 Because #LNPDisgrace scrapped optic fibre #NBN & built cheap & nasty using obsolete technology connected to the original corroding copper telecommunications network? Or maybe he's being slowly raptured, atom by atom?

    @NBN_Australia I fully understand the need for emergency works, but I seriously doubt the notification to cut-off time window needed to be so close. Worse, is the lack of detailed post-remediation updates as to what actually was replaced/reconfigured. Useless information to some, but not all.

    @ScottRhodie I’ve not had a bad time with my NBN or RSP. When it does drop out it’s quite hard to say who’s at fault, could be one or their other or both or neither
