    It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

    Well, @NBN_Australia did routine maintenance in my area in April and my internet hadn't worked since. Today, I got a technician and it turns out the original technician just never reconnected it. Overworked, underpaid staff on dodgy contracts is a bad time for everyone.

    @Telstra - we placed out NBN order on October 2020 and still not active. Your customer service team have now gone completely quiet despite promises to call us back. Please contact ASAP

    @VodafoneAU That’s who told me to turn it on and off to begin with. Second guy said “We have to wait for the power to come back on (In the house - It never went off) as NBN products need electricity!

    @NBN_Australia would it be possible to schedule nbn outages later into the night - say 3-4am? An outage at 12am every 3 weeks isn't a great look. Current time is ok for long outages + breathing room, but you should try to hide 10min outages so users dont troubleshoot at 12am.
