  It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

  The Labor Budget 🙄 So far all I see is nothing to help or support now, $250 in 2028. Ffs everyone has been left behind. We're spending more than that additionaly on groceries, fuel , insurances, nbn, etc etc. Where's the relief.

  @dpoddolphinpro @Amazonleo @Starlink but ryan starlink is actually useable across most of the globe, leo isnt...and its latency is so slow is only good for wathcing the NSF streams , yeah its still faster than the NBN here in Australia with our crappy fibre to the node than four core coppeer to the home,

  @robb_j_m I was that happy with the FTTN NBN I had I went with Starlink when it was available in my area in November 2021. I know I can now get FTTP , but I put up with an ordinary service for for a long time and can’t be bothered changing.

  @eevblog @MichaelSmicqfw Really? I think that was only in the context of your NBN being down for a week... Starlink (or any satellite internet) really isn't useful in a city like Sydney, and when lots of people insist on using it there it will only get more and more expensive. It is for rural areas.

  @techAU @robb_j_m It didn't work for everyone. I'm 1.5km by road from my exchange and yet everyone here has ****** wireless NBN, which manages to be both more expensive and slower than Starlink, with somehow higher pings than sending a signal to space and back. Everyone has Starlink here now.

  I’m thankful I have NBN Fibre but even with that I will never use cloud gaming. why would the local computing die anyway? This AI craze will die quicker than the computer. Phones and laptops still need to be need built. What’s going to stop is that PCs will no longer be cheap
