    It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

    Satellite NBN is now an advantage apparently. Massive part of the state with no power, mobile service, landlines or internet!! I can infer how the teenagers are surviving???

    @NBN_Australia Hi NBN, quick question. If your maintenance staff cut the wrong line, is it normal to take 5 weeks to fix the mistake, or is this special treatment just reserved one off consumers. Asking for a friend

    @aussiebigblue @vincent13031925 You can’t compare with you NBN plan, compare with NBN skymuster. 30GB for $50 per month of rubbish internet. Pings between 500-800ms plus a lot of jitter sometimes in the 800ms. Also NBN off times are very bad too.

    Well, we currently have generator power at work and network via the work network. NBN has died and my mobile worked briefly this morning, then went to "emergency calls only" and now its "no service"

    @NBN_Australia Hi, thanks for replying, you’ve identified the problem: the numbering of units that NBNCo has for the business estate doesn’t match the numbering of the factories in the estate. So even if I tell you the unit number on the building, you can’t match that to a location ID. (cont)

    @ArticulateBat We don’t answer our landline much any more...yesterday I answered a couple...theoretically from NBN, “your service provider”, Etsy re a delivery, and people wanting to come install new lights and solar panels. All within a few hours. About to unplug landline.

    Well this is going well. Does the Government want to help me subsidise the $30 increase in monthly internet/mobile costs we have to cover as a result of their stellar NBN roll out that gives only the option of FTTC? Compulsory to move to higher priced option w no real upgrade

    @keithpitt I’m really hoping the covid vaccine will give me the 5G boost that the NBN will never be able to match. That’s why I want the Bill Gates one.
