    It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

    The worst kind of cyber scams are the ones where you wonder if they may be true. I just got a robotic call from '@NBN_Australia' that they are about to cut off my service and to press 1 to speak to a technician. No caller ID - has anyone had this call?

    Hey @Telstra why has my internet been out for two days? Got very little response from your customer service line keep getting directed to nbn co. Incident number 13585461 please fix it.

    @NBN_Australia Provider advises this is a common problem with no explanation. TBH who cares what the excuse is, if my business with three staff can turn up on time, why can't yours?

    @TelstraEnt What crap,how bout delivering the basics you sell?After 65+ years as Telstra customers my parents were forced to leave you & go to Optus after a debacle of an NBN setup. Theyve paid $250+ a month for 20 years for internet & foxtel, 1/2

    @NBN_Australia I know you'll just teflon this to the RSP, but have to ask - why are you scheduling an outage during 7.30pm to 11pm? This doesn't feel like a "customer friendly time".
