    It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

    Downloading apps to buy cheap end equipment to give something’s a try and wow this not a pleasant experience. As Tech Lead would not have let this code out. Session management is so poor. The sites lag even on town based NBN. No company cares anymore tbh they just lock you in.

    I told people when the Krudd had his NBN brain fart that it would be a colossal waste of money and that the future was wireless, and people told me I was being stupid. I remember the French government and their massive white elephant the Minitel system. Same government stupidity, every single time.

    @MrKRudd Imagine listening to the idiot who gave us the NBN. Cost billions. Did nothing. And now Starlink supersedes it with faster speeds, total coverage and zero cost to the taxpayer. Kev, you’re a numbskull.

    @Willygc13Will @JimThom90458694 really ? $45 a month for the first 3 months and then $75 a month and its twice the speed of the NBN plus its never been down since ive had it. Ive been paying $78 a month and it goes down for a few hrs just about every single day with the NBN

    @STEVEFI14205588 when power and all communications services were out for 6 days after last flood my ISP disconnected my NBN service because i could not go online to pay my bill because the NBN and all mobile service was down. ironic that even when there is no service we still have to pay for it.

    @ellymelly Never, as a former employee of NBN, I had proposed a non terrestrial backup service but they flatly refused to consider updating their satellite communications, and now we are digitally vulnerable.

    @LCHF_Matt I had this same NBN box when I was with Optus internet. I got rid of it when I changed to full fibre with Aussie BB. I hated Optus, but I have to say, the NBN box itself never failed in all the years I had it. Will be interested to hear how you go with Starlink

    The nbn is down rn and dodo’s report says it started at 12:58 and the NBN reckon it started at 16:29 which is. Probably incorrect

    @EmmasLastStand @MickamiousG I built my house. Owner/builder. In a remote area. I'm using starlink. No nbn access or phone service. I hired plumbers, electricians, builder, concreters etc. They all have bank accounts. I paid electronically. The only reason for them needing cash is tax avoidance. Fraud.
