It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

@PeterDenning @wwos It’s cause I’m in temp accomodation I’m noticing the difference is massive, it’s so slow with nbn, like they go 20 seconds without saying a word, @philgould throws in what he had for dinner last night just to fill the gaps

@Girzon It does not look to be related to the modem as we can that the nbn box also lost the connection. We're uncertain what caused the issue as there is no reported issue in your area. For now, we'll reset your connection to see if this will rectify the issue. 1/2 -Mel

@Telstra I wanted to alert Telstra to a serious nbn line problem. After hours trying to talk to a Telstra person their advice was: phone Nbn. Did that. nbn said we only help during business hours. Call Telstra! That 3.5 hours of my life down the toilet

@Picketer My FTTC is very unreliable, maybe @NBN_Australia will care enough to do what their own techs recommend, and we'll get reliable service. When it works, it's consistently great - getting what we pay for. When it doesn't, even our crappy Telstra mobile connection is better

@Philly852 Try StarLink. We are outback Australia and it shames our so called 'NBN' or National Broadband Network. Pings ~30-40ms, consistent 200-300 Mbit down and 30-40 up. Unlimited.
