It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

@NBN_Australia It’s been almost 4 months since this drama began. I shouldn’t have to generate new work order requests; NBN should recognise its substandard customer service and be proactive in trying to rectify the situation.

@NBN_Australia Well, I have talked to them and I even changed my provider to make sure. The NBN technician said that NBN is upgrading the services soon and hopefully your speed will improve! Meanwhile I could lower the service to 25mbps as I was on 100mbps earlier. This will only save me money

@NBN_Australia why is telstra saying you MUST come to my house to enable the connection. I have plugged in the equipment and checked myself that the links all come up. the only piece to do is enable the gateway which is a back end software enablement. We’re in a lock down…

Remember how Labor's all fibre NBN was going to cost too much? How's the Murdoch/Turnbull/LNP part fibre part copper hybrid going, in terms of service, reliability & cost (to users & on-going construction)?

@pontifax55 @deemadigan As long as we recognise that the idea itself was sound, but the execution has been terrible, I totally agree. I say this as someone who regularly has to factory reset his NBN NTD to restore services...

@jwo30 Yep got caught up in this first day of lockdown V. The worst part was it also somehow screwed up my NBN so even once over after 12 hours I had to wait 2 days for NBN to be back online. Not being able to work, study has been frustrating.

Kid’s teacher is attempting to teach from school today. The internet is so bad at the school she’s forced to manage a ridiculous zoom constantly breaking up, with heaps of six year olds. I hate the #auspol government. Failed #nbn Failed #vaccinerollout Grrr.
