It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

@JudkinsSimon Optus can top that. Promised my phone broadband (b4 NBN came late LAST YEAR) next day, but the package was labelled "must be delivered before 12:00pm" and the van for this area always left at 11:00 so 3 days I waited...WTF? It wasn't milk for heavens sake.

@NBN_Australia Infrastructure Australians can't even rely on are forced into and must pay for On top of service provider costs. Fix your **** or risk a class action is how it looks as a consumer, maybe talk to your tech guys and some lawyers instead of wasting everyone's time on twitter

@elizabeth_BBC @andy_penn Telstra forgot to transfer my data service when moving my business to the NBN. They only ticked phone number. Solution, instal a 2nd NBN for data. Telstra asked to merge together into 1 NBN service. They forgot the data again. Telstra have given up fixing their mistakes

"pretty cool" is never a sentiment I thought I would have for an ISP but @Aussie_BB absolutely deserve it. Upgraded my NBN plan from the mobile app yesterday. Change took 5 mins, up to 250 Mbps. Best experience I've ever had

@NBN_Australia Specific report locations in my region since 10pm last night mostly from Hobart CBD Bellerive and Claremont/Austin's ferry. These are likely caused by the same issue Tasmanians have been warning you about since our govt tanked what would have been Australia's best infrastructure
