    It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

    @NBN_Australia The website says there is an unplanned outage. This is day three of no internet and all my provider is able to tell me is that you're "working on it" :(

    @naboothesharman We apologise for any confusion, Hailey. The reason we referred you to your provider is that as we're the wholesaler, the team that manages service issues such as this is the nbn wholesale support team, which is a team that's only contactable by the service provider. 1/2

    @cycling_monkeys @ScottMorrisonMP @OlafScholz Didn’t realise you have it so bad mate. Lots of people have homes, get penalty rates, super is compulsory, agree NBN isn’t great but I wouldn’t sook about it, and there’s rorts on both sides.

    @VodafoneAU @networkoutage Hi, my NBN has been very patchy today and yesterday, keeps dropping out and otherwise very slow. Am in Canterbury NSW, but NBNco's status page says everything is OK here. Any more useful info from you at Vodafone?

    @NBN_Australia Thanks - I know networks are complicated & trying to identify root cause of faults can be hard. But for future reference, it's not helpful to tell me there's severe thunderstorms & flash flooding - I already know that, I was there! I am trying to get new info about the outage.
