    @tofar1 Not much better here most days. Telstra response, NBN fault. Nbns response, Telstra fault. Telstra said modem old, sent a new one, no difference. Pay same amount as people that get signal for what? Elon musks systems looking good when it finally covers up here.

    @NBN_Australia @GrogsGamut Yes, its been an issue since we moved in to a new house 5 years ago. We have gone back and forth between NBN and ISPfor years with no resolution. The issue is you’ve connected us to a node nearly 2km away when there’s one 50m from our house but NBN won’t move us.Terrible service

    @NBN_Australia You still don't get it do you that website doesn't tell me when I will get it it doesn't even ball park it if there was a rough date it would be fine like that but no and as for home ultrafast is a joke 1000 down and 50 up stop living in a assymetric speed days 1gig up and down

    the weather is rly overcast atm so ofc my ******* wifi just doesn’t work cause it’s ******* archaic satellite nbn so the clouds r literally blocking the signal,,,, this **** is so dumb

    @Telstra No, nbn is difficult to access, satellite is v slow, broadband wireless seems best all round. Our local tower is only 6km away, but can't sustain a connection, that's why we go 60km to a good tower!

    @MrSquiggleAu @NBN_Australia I'm with Vodafone. I've been with both Telstra and Optus over the years and Vodafone is great now they have good coverage. Telstra is only useful if you live out bush. Optus was ripping me off with secret charges and they wouldn't fix it when I realised.

    @NBN_Australia @GrogsGamut One of your own technicians showed us the infrastructure map and pointed out that all NBN need to do to fix our speed is run a cable between two poles to connect. But NBN won’t do it. So we’re stuck with unworkable speeds below 25. Terrible service.
