@NBN_Australia @Pepti_ Providers get just as ****** at NBN Co as we consumers do. Your customer service is woeful, you repeatedly deny there are issues when there clearly are and you charge top dollar. It seems NBN Co very much operate under a #ScottyFromMarketing ethos…. 🤮🤬

@NBN_Australia My TIO complaint number is 2022/01/00134 . I have contacted the member for baulkham hills and member for mitchell in assistance to get my Internet fixed. 7 technicians have come and verified its corroded TAPS, and poor signal on the lead in cables.

@NBN_Australia Thanks Sarah! I find it hard to believe that a $100b company doesn't have a business continuity plan or SLA's with suppliers? 27hrs later, no update apart from investigating a power outage? Pretty crap for any organisation, let alone a large one

@daggy_dad Hi there, we're sorry to hear that your service has been impacted. Unfortunately, power outages are related to the power grid, and nbn must work with power authority in regards their restoration ETA. 1/2

@SanatanaMishra I never wanted a landline, but for years I had to have one to get ADSL. There were no naked ADSL options in our suburb. Ditched it the moment I got NBN. Only my mother in law and robocalls ever used it tbh.

@NBN_Australia Could you please provide a link to the 'network status page'. Seem to be having an issue with the NBN in Manly West, QLD 4179. Have done everything to try and rectify the problem but to no avail.
