@telstra my unlimited fixed wireless nbn has been been braked - supposedly for excess usage. I am on an unlimited data plan and my account is paid up. Two emails today saying I’m over limit. Speed now appalling. Poor mobile reception here means I can’t access your app.

@Dunnymeister The person from nbn last time didn’t fix a problem and was just to lazy to fix it, the next person to come said the last person was just lazy and it was an easy fix, both worked for the nbn

No internet connection for over a week. Really puts the stress On when theres jobs to do and coursework to be completed. But NBN providers seems to be in n o hurry to fix it 😪
