    @dobes I have a tri band ASUS mesh that does not make me overly popular as it is :D But Im digging Optus 4G, its reliable, fast and does what I need. The NBN in the inner west King St regularly drops out, in fact everytime it rains all the boxes start rattling away and its an outage.

    NBN just dropped out mid movie. Rebooted the network but still offline. Modem shows connection so one of Telstra’s techs must’ve broken the DNS settings again… @telstra

    @damovisa @NBN_Australia Same here a month or so ago, at least @Aussie_BB was good enough to credit me for the day's the outage occurred. Adds up when you're paying $150/mth for ultrafast.

    After a month of trying to install NBN in my new rental (so many support calls), I opted for an express-posted home wireless router (4g). They delivered it to the shop below me instead of my unit, and now it's been sent back. Seriously can't catch a break.

    @Telstra sort your bloody NBN internet out - you charge enough - also what’s with the waiting time 45-60 minutes on your phone lines ??? What sort of a first class communications company runs a third world customer service

    @Optus total fail yet again on trying to make changes to an nbn plan. An hour and a half getting transferred repeatedly then told that area is now closed! Please train your staff better

    Would be nice if #telstra can properly respond to a NBN order/delivery issue that has been ongoing via their message app for 3 weeks. Someone call.
