    @TheRealEdDawson @NBN_Australia Really underhanded. The way it was visible in the envelope it was designed to basically trick people into opening it. Given how many people would be doing it a bit rough this year it's quite ****.

    Honestly had such an awful experience trying to NBN sorted with Internode. Poor communication, slow response times. Ultimately canceled the service for a more expensive, slower 4G plan. Getting $80 refund, but they are charging me $60 in service fees. **** off.

    @andreavb1985 Thanks for raising this with us, Andrea. We've checked the account and was not able to detect any outage in the area, however, the NBN NTD status is offline. What is the light status of the NBN NTD box? -Basil

    Just as everything began looking up a huge Lightning storm came through my area and completely destroyed my NBN box thus rendering my streaming ability to 0%. With a heavy heart I am forced to cancel the Christmas 12 hr stream due for tomorrow and I can't apologize enough.

    Hate to be the person who whines on Twitter to get customer service but I've tried the usual method without success. I've got big online access issues - two days with many web services inaccessible via multiple devices. Using @TPG_Telecom on @NBN_Australia - who can help?

    @Goughy30 We are unable to detect any fault within the NBN network, which we need to endorse this to our Senior tech team to perform further test in order to resolve the issue. -Basil

    @NBN_Australia NBN and land line down for 12 hours, and counting. What is your SLA? Still the same outage message on NBN website. What are you doing? Outage in 2093 NSW, since 8:15am on 16-Dec-2020

    @NBN_Australia hi we have been without internet for over 24hrs.. I got a message from dodo saying there was an nbn outage but go on the outage page and it doesn't show up as detected. Is there problems at Glengowrie 5044 SA.please help.
