Hi @Telstra, two months ago, a council tree fell onto the @NBN_Australia cable connected to my house, snapping it. Can I please get in touch someone local to contact me? Really, really struggling to get your O/S Telstra support and local NBN support on the same page. Please help!

@TheAusInstitute Upgrading the grid correctly is too big a job and too important to leave to this govt. They **** up everything they touch. NBN, vaccines, u name it. Over budget and years late. Australia simply CANNOT afford it on this critical infrastructure upgrade.

@NBN_Australia can you clarify the “unplanned outage” across Leichhardt 2040 and Annandale since before noon today. The NBN outage site said there’d been an unplanned outage which was being rectified and now nothing? Internet still out.

Jim B (@jimbroson) reported
@Telstra It sounds like the Telstra ticket was closed for some reason, so NBN were "unable to raise the workorder to have your lead in re-installed as you have an active service still “connected” with your service provider". What's the correct process here?

Is it really all coincidence that the first time I'm stuck home sick in years, the internet is down and the techs are on strike? #nbn #auspol
