  @NBN_Australia we have just moved into a new house. The old cable network has been turned off but there is an NBN access point installed. However, we’re told we cannot get service due to a shortage. So we’re left with no internet to the house at all. How long until this is fixed?

  @garystark @ConversationEDU Yes things we do, Bandwidth is very poor with the NBN, despite what they say. On a night we can have up to 4 people streaming, I am at the end on trying to do Downloads off our Wi Fi. Fails alot of the time.

  @NBN_Australia would be nice to have some nbn for a change 10 days of patchy internet. Nbn won’t take calls and no one turns up to fix it even though they are booked in to do it ........ waiting and waiting and waiting

  @Telstra I have NBN, the connection has been horrible, I’m constantly getting disconnected from online games and sitting on 100+ping all most every game

  @NBN_Australia this is not fair. Your techs "fixed" wiring in the street so our neighbors now have internet but we lost ours the same day. Not a coincidence. Now we have to wait 10 days for your tech to fix what they broke.

  @somewherein84 Problem probably due to the NBN. Tried teaching online throughout COVID with constant drop outs. Took 8 months and many tears. Reported to Telecommunications Ombudsman and lost majority of my earnings. Didn't qualify for Jobkeeper as issue was internet not COVID. Thanks PM!

  @dawnstarau Beats Telstra's stupid history of artificially limiting upload to precisely what is required to ACK TCP.. still stuck on Telstra Velocity 100/5 here. No choice to go higher. The network got sold to Uniti but by the time that finalises my new house with NBN FTTP will be built.
