The end is in sight for the NBN because it is a heap of rubbish that will need to be done again when the copper network collapses. #qanda

Looks like @NBN_Australia no showed again, pushed for the third time to the 28th July. Looks like I'll be without internet going on 7 weeks. Said the exact same thing as last time. I used to fibre splice in my career, this is a 1-2 hour fix... It's like the twilight zone.

@profsarahj They are unaccountable and the work is incompetent. I lodged a complaint through the telco and got a NBN reference number. I hassled the Telco until I got a response. Be aware though - the Telco weren't being honest either. The only word either understood was Ombudsman.

@harrisony @profsarahj @profsarahj You'll find some providers will do a lot of chasing too which can help, Aussie Broadband did this for me due to my line experiencing a fault and chases NBN for answers constantly. Some NBN providers do the bare minimum unfortunately...

@spicynoise I found all my NBN problems were with NBNco themselves, and my ISP was kind of helpless until NBNco sorted the infrastructure out. But ive always Heard- good things about AussieBroadband

@NBN_Australia hi. Before I send a blistering complaint to the ombudsman, do you wanna get in touch with me about your useless & cruel appointment system, and the fact my elderly mother has no phone or internet which is dangerous! (We got her a mobile but it’s not ideal)
