@Optus And yet still....Optus can’t solve a simple NBN issue that has kept us offline for over a week at home and now dragging your feet and asking us to take time out of our days/off work/cost us financially to stay home and be present for tech. #worstcustomerserviceever #goelsewhere

@Optus @NBN_Australia do you have an estimated time for when the network outage in Northcote will be fixed? It’s been out for over 3 hours

@PerrettReport ****** Ms Perrett, I just noticed your companies glowing support for former Communications Minister Steven Conroy. It would be great to have an opinion piece about his thoughts on how the project with NBN is going these days after his role in its implementation

  • jakra_pup Jakra (@jakra_pup) reported

Anyone know if there is a minimum standard for NBN FTTN? Telstra thinks 13mbps is acceptable and moving to other providers won't help. What's the go with minimum speed? @NBNCo

@Ross_Greenwood I used to think was an OK journalist. But tonight on Peta Credlin he was misleading or dumb. There is a big difference between NBN at risk remuneration v a bonus v a Cartier watch. Why go on with this crap.
