@mjgal I want to go with T as they have our NBN but C wants to go with O bc they have a special deal with Optuspay for new handsets. Both telcos' service is woeful and Work Spouse swears by V. Which way do we go?!

  • DustyCynic DustyCynic (@DustyCynic) reported

@TelstraEnt Five months on, multiple phone calls, five engineers visit scheduled when the Telstra engineer failed to show .... still no connection to the NBN. Worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Avoid at any cost !

  • TakeOnBoard Take On Board podcast (@TakeOnBoard) reported

Panel discussion #ags2021 - cyber security - new systems for remote work? Fortunate that NBN rollout well progressed, and NAB fortunate that already working in remote working rollout. So had better security standards (almost) ready to go. For workers & customer privacy, security.

@SackboyLBP3884 I go into a bit more depth then that, I basically says: "My NBN / My internet is so bad that the online is a bit buggy, and it might also be that we are playing on different platforms," I don't actually blame the game for this, bc I think my internet is the problem. (it sucks)

  • DustyCynic DustyCynic (@DustyCynic) reported

@Telstra Still waiting for you to connect my NBN... since early October. Five months! Multiple unrelated calls from Indian call centre, no records kept, engineers failed to turn up on four separate occasions. Zero customer support. Complaint to Ombudsman ignored. Toxic company!!!!

  • SH424M Nishant Natraj (@SH424M) reported

@Telstra I was trying to get my NBN service activated urgently.

  • Billablog Bill (@Billablog) reported

Are people still surprised the #Insiders panel are basically the host's drinking buddies? 'Twas always thus. In another 20 years, the panel will be selected from Alice Workman's speed-dial to talk about how Prime Minister Bindi Irwin plans to fix the NBN.

  • donatled Don 🖖 (@donatled) reported

@NBN_Australia It took 18 months to fix an intermittent copper fault. The only reason that this succeeded was the ability to provide diagnostics data and prosecute the case with a good retailer -Aussie Broadband. NBN was utterly useless in resolving the issue.

  • DesignedToFade Social Kristancing (@DesignedToFade) reported

Hey @TurnbullMalcolm just wanted to let you know your precious @NBN_Australia is atrocious. We forewent the “clever country” moniker when you committed us to this backwards network

  • bda2206 brian austin (@bda2206) reported

@NBN_Australia @donatled Nbn is by far the worst organisation I've ever had to deal with. Multiple issues in different states, absolutely impossible to have a sensible dialog. nbn needs to be broken up into competing businesses competing for clients over their crappy infrastructure.
