The end is in sight for the NBN because it is a heap of rubbish that will need to be done again when the copper network collapses. #qanda

@__rymac @ryanjchr @jaronmc Cause a state gov deal was done before NBN with Telstra (who didn't want to do it) in that area when they built the new children hospital to get rid of the exchange and move everyone forcibly over to the fibre. Telstra never upgraded or updated it, NBN doesnt want to touch it.

@Optus How hard is it for customer service reps to remove a service from an account? 3rd month iv been charged for something that was meant to be resolved last month. First i was told Optus Sports was free with NBN then i get told its free with mobile. Unacceptable behaviour.

@NBN_Australia our whole street is offline. All with different telcos, all being told there is a problem with our NBN and we’ll need to wait until Tuesday for a technician. NBN site says there is no outage. All less than ideal while working from home.

@NBN_Australia why does my PRD keep getting pushed back I've tried to get connected since March and there just seems to be problems keep popping up which prevents me from connecting. Surely this isn't up to service standards...

@igraju62 In Canberra we had Rudd’s broadband. We had to put on a helmet and seatbelt with the speeds we were getting. In rural Vic, for $40 a month more that what we were paying in Canberra we get speeds as useless as ADSL2 for Turnbull’s crap NBN.

@AusIndiMedia The government as per usual skimped out and did the FTTB network instead of the true NBN which kept the old copper and personally I think it’s slower than my old ADSL2+ connection

@NBN_Australia Thoughts and prayers appreciated but not at all helpful. Given there is clearly an outage affecting our area, yet your systems do not seem to have recognised it yet, are you not curious to perhaps ask for my address and investigate?

@cbiggins @Telstra … I found Belong to be pretty efficient. Can’t help with the NBN though

Backing up photos and videos from my kids' iCloud account, which hasn't been backed up for over five years. Ten hours in, and only about 60% done so far. Reached 50% in about three hours, but then the NBN demon struck and it's been slow going ever since.
