@DaisyCousens @clementine_ford I’m using it too but not earning enough to give up my day job ... yet! Most people want access to contest but don’t want to support me as a writer, because they expect everything on the Internet for free. They don’t realise writers have bills to pay, including @NBN_Australia!

  • SupraId supra id (@SupraId) reported from Tamworth, State of New South Wales

I’ve forgotten what working without cabled NBN is like. With everything in the cloud and software as a service this is a nightmare. #auspol

@evanste46409034 @Diana5662996273 Actually, they are not. The structure is under review, however, it is almost impossible to break standing contracts. Same with the #NBN, very little news about that, but #labor is onto this as well. Takes time & they can't fix ALL the #LNP shitfuckery because there is so much

  • johnconnor_NPC John Connor (@johnconnor_NPC) reported

@NBN_Australia @nokia I am a network engineer. I have operated Small ISP's in the past. I don't need your troubleshooting tips. Its the network. I cannot fix the copper in the ground.

  • AshravenBlu AshravenNew Year (@AshravenBlu) reported

@StormyAUS_ A big electrical storm knocked out the No1 port on my Nbn box. Nbn co ended up reallocating my connection to the 2nd port, problem solved! Between them and iinet, under a 24hour turnaround, I'm kinda shocked.

  • johnconnor_NPC John Connor (@johnconnor_NPC) reported

@NBN_Australia @Shihao0831 Speed is useless if it unstable.

  • JasonJackobs Jason Jackobs (@JasonJackobs) reported

@TheVegaBus same. NBN is down as well

  • osamawankenobi Geoff Moore (@osamawankenobi) reported

@joshgnosis The 29.5 billion Australian dollar nbn fiber to the node network was supposed to make it that fast, 1000mbps download speeds

  • LifesGood0067 Laura G (@LifesGood0067) reported

@NBN_Australia The responses to your customers are so scripted that you almost sound robotic. It appears nothing ever gets resolved with your company & and clearly, many have told you they've had issues for years. Do better.

  • Ziphora_Art Ziphora 🌭 Fire Dawg Vtuber (@Ziphora_Art) reported

Cannot believe I lose a whole week of streaming to this one storm because iinet and nbn don't work weekends, I have to wsif another 2 days until Monday at which point it's been 5 days and I've lost a whole week. Good to know I'm just a customer, not a valued one.

  • KylieWoods3 Kylie Woods (@KylieWoods3) reported

@NBN_Australia @Kda351429Kevin And then you will give the provider all hell, tell them nothing is wrong, when there is and the customer and ISP will continue to waste their time, whilst you do nothing. Then force people to the ombudsman, more time wasted and maybe get a small improvement to their crappy FTTN.

  • johnconnor_NPC John Connor (@johnconnor_NPC) reported

@maz_net_au @NBN_Australia And the constant dropouts that are within spec. They used 50 year old copper in my area instead of fiber, and spent god knows how much REPLACING COPPER with COPPER as most of it was so bad ADSL speeds were less than ~3mbps
