Most people want access to contest but don’t want to support me as a writer, because they expect everything on the Internet for free. They don’t realise writers have bills to pay, including @NBN_Australia!

    Modem has been on the backup 4G since NBN service maintenance since 25/2/21 at Pacific Pines #pacpines, check #telstraoutages shows no interruptions. Called #telstrafault on 26/2 and 1/3, ensured the service would be back on that night. Rubbish. @Telstra @NBN_Australia

    How many @Telstra support technicians does it take to fix your NBN internet & phone lines? Despite multiple attempts, Zero it seems. Come on Telstra pick up your service & help your clients!!

    @KimClar43371886 @noplaceforsheep Numbers are attached to SIMs, not phones🙄 Libs never understood technology or much of the world around them for that matter (NBN, Google, FB, etc). Attempting to clean up his Wiki page, painting himself out of time/place away from the ****, with no thought to the edit trail.

    @Telstra There's already been a tech out to confirm my home network is not the issue. Your troubleshooting tools don't diagnose NBN line faults, so it's a redundant exercise. Or are saying it's Telstra's official position on the matter, that the router affects the NBN modem?

    @jessicamj26 Yeah. We bought a 4G modem for the 5 months it took us to get NBN. Can let you borrow it indefinitely as we don't need it anymore. Works with any network just insert a Sim card.

    @EdanCockerell @NBN_Australia @Internode Problem is outside. They just don't know what it is. Fibre to the modem is the solution.

    @Telstra Actually there are widespread issues in my area if you look at the number of unplanned outages and network updates over the past few weeks. And your troubleshooting doesn't cover the NBN modem dropping it's connection, this is not a home network issue. Try harder
