@DaisyCousens @clementine_ford I’m using it too but not earning enough to give up my day job ... yet! Most people want access to contest but don’t want to support me as a writer, because they expect everything on the Internet for free. They don’t realise writers have bills to pay, including @NBN_Australia!

I’ve forgotten what working without cabled NBN is like. With everything in the cloud and software as a service this is a nightmare. #auspol

@NBN_Australia You can’t help Sarah - NBN wrecked the lines on my street during recent maintenance and I have to wait until September to get it fixed. Until then, it keeps cutting out and speed is unreliable.

@JulianBurnside We're with iiNet Broadband, no real problems except the one where they said you'd get really fast speeds with NBN which wasn't true but we got a refund. They all say the copper's shite here. About to get an upgrade. Service always good, owned by TPG I think now.

@NBN_Australia I appreciate the reply. @Aussie_BB are actually the ones who kindly provided all the data re: drop outs and said NBN are trying to fix without any update on when it’ll be sorted. They are fully aware of the fault. Over to NBN I think to sort out…

@cheryl_kernot He can keep little kids in detention from the other side of the world.. NBN isn't THAT bad in Australia, and phones are still working. Seems the same can't be said for the rest of his cabinet.

@NBN_Australia When I did get through I was told to call back in business hours at 11am on a Wednesday, 1pm on a Thursday. I was told I needed to employ a technician to fix the problem. Fixed it myself and moved on from Telstra.

@andy_penn can you please help my elderly mother with the issues she is having with a faulty NBN box. She is 80 years old, self isolating without internet. No contact with the outside world. I live in the UK so cannot connect with her. Your customer service is not helping her.
