@DaisyCousens @clementine_ford I’m using it too but not earning enough to give up my day job ... yet! Most people want access to contest but don’t want to support me as a writer, because they expect everything on the Internet for free. They don’t realise writers have bills to pay, including @NBN_Australia!

@NGruen1 @AussieBroadband Sorry, stupid question. But what do you mean by "system"? I'm using ABB NBN, and it behaves much like any other NBN connection (except better customer service) Is your device slow to reconnect to your local network? (I'm only guessing, hard to know specifics)

@nothing2se Hi, NBN Co has advised about an unplanned network outage in your area. Restoration activities are now underway however no ETR available at this point. Updates will be communicated as they become available. -Charm

@AussieYob @SaltwaterFix @VickiPlatt5 The NBN was an absolute basket case from the start. Had blown out by estimated 400% under ALP. So bad they hid it from regular budget papers. They couldn’t polish a **** so rolled it in glitter. Next.

@marquelawyers Dutton was my first choice as Libs leader when Turnbull was asked to leave (due to the massacre of NBN, increased costs & mess of other things). It would help to have a variety of ways to connect but optic fibre NBN FTTP ought to be standard as there's a net 'need for speed'.

@Aussie_BB I’ll have to call in later, but you definitely have the updated email as I’ve been getting invoices there for many months now. Is there a separate system that sends out the NBN outage notification that doesn’t just use current email on file?

I've now had 2 confirmed appointments that @NBN_Australia hasn't shown up for. My service has been disconnecting more than 20 times/day for the past 2 weeks. If there was a choice in provider, @NBN_Australia would be out of business.

New scam warning: Had a couple of calls recently from people claiming to be from the NBN about some kind of internet problem. Demand that they verify account details and they just hang up. I'm assuming the rest of the scam involves installing some kind of keylogger.

I recently signed up to the NBN via @AussieBroadband I now find it takes up to a minute or more for the damn thing to get going when I’ve left the system alone for a few minutes Not disastrous but very annoying esp in meetings Anyone got similar problems Any solutions?
