    @DaisyCousens @clementine_ford I’m using it too but not earning enough to give up my day job ... yet! Most people want access to contest but don’t want to support me as a writer, because they expect everything on the Internet for free. They don’t realise writers have bills to pay, including @NBN_Australia!

    @showcallcrewing @NBN_Australia Nbn tech thinks i have a faulty nbn box inside or bad connection between the inside box and outside box. They are coming out quickly to get it sorted. Thank you nbn.

    @immyonboard @Telstra If you are talking about NBN, there are many choices of ISPs that are superior to Telstra. If you need mobile, anyone on the Vodafone network is probably the best (seems to be the most reliable of the 3 networks)

    @TopherField Satellite has been about forever, the government never got in its way, I had it and it was ****. I used NBN relatively successfully over inferior satellite technologies until Starlink came along. Your opinions don’t appear to align with my experiences accurately.

    NBN is $75 for 25 Mbps and is constantly causing me problems.

    @TopherField NBN will pale in comparison to the data centre **** show. Elon has spoken of SpaceX’s new data centre satellite constellation that won’t require water for cooling or electricity. But we’ll race ahead and ruin neighborhoods and farmland building irrelevant infrastructure anyway.

    @TopherField One of our clients had an existing telstra router just wanted an NBN connection. 2 weeks. $110 per month. I got her to contact starlink. 5 days later delivered and installed. $75 per month. Get your act together telstra. Can't be so slow anymore. There are choices.

    @MichaelRuyg i had to get starlink service for power outages to maintain some ability to contact emergency services if needed. i have backup power. mad not to in a bushfire and flood prone area, sadly nbn co, optus, vodafone and telstra are clearly incompetent.

    My phone reception has been having issues, yesterday the nbn carked it and I got spat on (my bag) by someone in Footscray. I’ve ordered $60 worth of coffee this morning, had 2 long blacks and I’m about to walk the dog in the rain and go to a bathhouse this arvo.
