    @DaisyCousens @clementine_ford I’m using it too but not earning enough to give up my day job ... yet! Most people want access to contest but don’t want to support me as a writer, because they expect everything on the Internet for free. They don’t realise writers have bills to pay, including @NBN_Australia!

    @jmil400 Currently the NBN trouble-shooters refuse to speak to me… hang up when they find out I’m on group call. Next attempt is Monday morning. Internode have offered to pay compensation when it’s NBN’s fault. I told them that I want a device for connection & I will send them a bill.

    @NewtonMark Yep, totally understand the situation. I note Labor's policy on NBN says "Labor will also keep the NBN in public hands, keeping internet costs for families affordable while ensuring improvements to the network." which should alter this.

    @Telstra after calling support to find out why the NBN isn't working, I get told there's an NBN outage, which was apparently been going on for a couple hours (but didn't affect me until about 20 minutes ago, and there was nothing on your outages page until AFTER I called) (1/2)

    @NewtonMark I’d argue management at NBN needs to be gutted and refilled before anything meaningful will happen, they’re calcified with profoundly broken notions of what they think they should be doing. Anything short of this is a Band-Aid on a tumour.

    Beware #Foxtel contractors Australia! Foxtel transmission has been booted off NBN and are now having to revert back to satellite coverage. Contractors are routinely wrecking digital free to air cabling in roofs with no accountability. They don't come back to fix their sabotage.

    @NBN_Australia I have, we do. Often you cancel appointments saying everything is fine. Everytime NBN attends they have no notes of what the previous technician has done, I have to tell them. They all agree the infrastructure is stuffed, but your limits won't allow it to be fixed.

    @NBN_Australia Here's hoping @MRowlandMP can actually help get us back onto the original rollout plan under Rudd. Everyone should be eligible for upgrade, not just those who signup for it.
