Most people want access to contest but don’t want to support me as a writer, because they expect everything on the Internet for free. They don’t realise writers have bills to pay, including @NBN_Australia!

@MikeCullen73 @NBN_Australia ours isn't that bad the tv stays on but everything else is so slow or stops. I want a sensible up-to-date government that knows how things work, instead of whatever weird laxers we have.

NBN outage 16min and counting. Though it doesn't appear on the ISP or NBN site. AFAIK NBN site only shows outage issues after half an hour.

@Optus I’m now well into my 4th day of no service on my @Optus NBN connection! So unbelievably frustrating! Only got a promise of an “investigation” so far! When will the problem be fixed?

@pauld08 Oh no! That would annoy me too, Paul. When the service is affected, has this been reported to your provider? Your provider will run through some troubleshooting and if they are unable to resolve it they will log it to nbn support. 1/2
