@DaisyCousens @clementine_ford I’m using it too but not earning enough to give up my day job ... yet! Most people want access to contest but don’t want to support me as a writer, because they expect everything on the Internet for free. They don’t realise writers have bills to pay, including @NBN_Australia!

@NBN_Australia As we speak it's slow. I feel like I'm being played around here. My work was disrupted for the last 3 days. I've honestly been patient but it's getting to the point that I need to make a serious issue out of this @NBN_Australia @Optus.

We know the NBN is an abject failure - colleague in Blacktown is frequently dropped from meetings, broadcasts & delivering training. Dept of Education sites in Liverpool have zero mobile coverage, poor internet. For too long providers have gotten away with substandard delivery

Keep the communications up Show them how too hotspot incase NBN goes down Turn on hotspot Find your phone in wifi Cannect if it's got a password loon in settings hotspot That will keep you rolling yeah Have a good day It's not a conspiracy they just were not quick enough

@Jana92038429 Hi there. I get that the interruptions are frustrating, as we are also working from home. Our Fixed network team was unable to locate a known NBN issue or fault PR that would explain this interruption. I have just replied to your DM to help further. Casey
