They now have our government's pre-emptive regulations and one of the world's highest electricity and real estate/construction costs to contend with once we are past the VC craze stage. I am calling bullshit on this. Like car manufacturing, nuclear energy, making green energy products: making anything actually. Or will it just become another government funded boondoggle like NBN. Billions obsoleted by Starlink. Yes lets build massive government funded data centres. I am sure Elon has no counter to that. Nothing stupid like datacenters in orbit. Garfield C. Reynolds (@GarfieldR1966) reported@NBN_Australia I reported to my isp and all they can do is pass on to me the information that NBN gives them. That there’s a known issue and that a technician was sent out. But so far no estimate on when network will be restored.

Catherine (@Catheri09875779) reported@22thinkinggirl I tripped on a footpath in a Brisbane suburb,because it had been raised and not put back correctly by the NBN,the council fixed it that afternoon.Councils work,the problem is these are state roads in Victoria.Should the councils be asked to help out the new state government to get this major problem to a manageable level.
