Most people want access to contest but don’t want to support me as a writer, because they expect everything on the Internet for free.   So in the latest ***********, @NBN_Australia continue to lie on their rollout map about my property being NBN-ready, and @Telstra read it and (despite me warning in advance that they should not do this) turned off the copper so ADSL doesn't work any more. FFS.

  I changed NBN providers from Exetel to Aussie after a support request submitted to Exetel went unanswered for 5 weeks. On asking how their system failed so badly, I was told there was no determinable reason.
