    @DaisyCousens @clementine_ford I’m using it too but not earning enough to give up my day job ... yet! Most people want access to contest but don’t want to support me as a writer, because they expect everything on the Internet for free. They don’t realise writers have bills to pay, including @NBN_Australia!

    Hey @Telstra would you mind getting one of your managers or supervisors getting in touch with me please. I have been lied to about getting my nbn sorted multiple times. Promised a technician twice and still to no avail. Very upset customer

    @OzzyCobber Apparently the NBN tried to make the system better. I'm now using my phone data so have to use internet sparingly till this issue is fixed.

    Anyway, if I read the email from my agent correctly the ongoing internet outage at my building is NBN related. I'm reduced to using my phone data which I have to pay a lot for so my internet access will be very limited. (stop cheering). Thankfully it is a good day for a walk.

    @NBN_Australia is a pile of crap. 2 weeks of back and forth btween provider and NBN Co to get connected. Only been connected 2 weeks and lost internet. Soonest a technician can get to it is 2 days. How are ppl supposed to work from home?

    @emmettdepalmer We're sorry to hear this, Emmett. nbn may deliver a one-time charge of $300 to the phone and internet providers that place an order for an nbn broadband network. It's up to the service provider whether they pass this on to the customer. 1/2

    Seriously @TPG_Telecom fix your NBN like every day I have issues, asking for my account details ain't gonna fix the situation, I can see on your end that you're struggling with NBN issues across Australia what is your major malfunction. #NBN #AUSWORSTINTERNET #NBNSUCKS

    @Telstra Telstra said that its something wrong on the NBNs side but they're not sure what. And NBN said that there's something wrong with the modem. You sent me a new modem and both of them are experiencing the exact same issue. This is a joke, biggest telecom company my ***.

    @johnsy123aus I flicked the NBN earlier this year. Went to Optus 5G wireless. No more outrages, no more waiting weeks to have a problem fixed.
