    @DaisyCousens @clementine_ford I’m using it too but not earning enough to give up my day job ... yet! Most people want access to contest but don’t want to support me as a writer, because they expect everything on the Internet for free. They don’t realise writers have bills to pay, including @NBN_Australia!

    @Matt_Tulk Targets don't have to be "spot on" they can also be asymptotic goals. Even if we stuck with the original 97% FTTP NBN, i wouldn't expect it to be complete down to the week. Because Govnt always runs overtime and overbudget.

    @Telstra @Telstra Thanks for reaching out, Matthew. As u must have observed, we have been patient for 3weeks. I do nt hold hope with this complaint as there is no case officr assgnd yet & nothng seems to progress ever. There are no SLA and cust care are unabl to escalat with NBN too.

    @NBN_Australia I sent the address but I’m imagining you have found out that the area is poorly served so I’ve gone to the Ombudsman and local member to raise the issues

    The rarified atmosphere inhabited by Messrs Abbott , & Turnbull r such one cannot message them , so I resort to this page , I have spent many days, nights , and hours trying to get service from this SNAFU of a bastardised NBN , its parasitic "Providers" I hope Hades awaits them
