    @DaisyCousens @clementine_ford I’m using it too but not earning enough to give up my day job ... yet! Most people want access to contest but don’t want to support me as a writer, because they expect everything on the Internet for free. They don’t realise writers have bills to pay, including @NBN_Australia!

    Interesting. @NBN_Australia sent me a survey to tell them about a recent fix to my service. A fix that wasn't made to a problem that didn't exist, by a tech who didn't attend premises. Tell me they're not starting to game the stats. "Look how many things we FIXED..."

    @NBN_Australia @Optus Following interaction with you via chat - I will be contacting not only my service provider, but the federal communications minister and other interested parties. Rest assured that I will be complaining about the attitude and incompetence displayed by #NBN.

    Australian median fixed broadband download speed was ranked 61st in the world this January. How is it that so much money has spent on the NBN for such a poor outcome.

    @NBN_Australia Thanks; further online research showed there was a planned outage in my area on Aug 23 12:00 - 6:00. It finished ahead of schedule.

    @NBN_Australia A simple reply won't fix anything. You just copied and pasted a reply template from your list. I don't think you even bother to make a follow-up on that unplanned outage. Your service replying to tweets does not add any value at all.

    @NBN_Australia @TurnbullMalcolm This is just a lie. All your outages are called "scheduled maintenance". One of the many recent ones, the notification went out 15 minutes after the outage started, and said a tech would be on site in an hour. Funny way to "schedule" maintenance. Stop treating us like mugs.
