    @Telstra Now trying to cancel the @NBN_Australia order with @Telstra after 3 failed attempts to actually get #NBN - I sent a chat message today which is the only channel available and it took 4 hrs for Telstra to respond with the first text. WTF?? It is the worst experience.

    @NBN_Australia @Telstra 3rd round of identical trouble shooting steps with 3 different support agents, zero progress getting the dropouts on my service resolved, day 4 and counting. Been on online chat with Telstra for 6hrs now. 😡🔫

    @Telstra I closed the TIO complaint bc the issue was resolved. TIO reference 2020/09/11852. Shoddy @nbn fixed by a tech coming out to answer the question of indifferent service. Found and repaired the issue in the pit outside. No more problems!

    @bigjsl @auspost One of the reasons to never work at NBN, when I interviewed there I was told a pub lunch was just fine, but having a pint with it would be a fireable offence.

    @AshKyd I have to say, my HFC NBN has been pretty damned stable. A few outages that impacted on multiple premises, but otherwise, my speeds and stability exceed expectations.

    @iwantmynbn @TonyAbbottMHR The NBN is a national disgrace. It has taken the once in a century pandemic to prove the LNP’s dumbed down Mickey mouse rubber band version is simply not fit for purpose. The real broadband such as installed in cities like Dunedin in NZ are economic success stories.

    @NBN_Australia I contacted my service provider yesterday shortly after this tweet. They’ve escalated to NBN we may see a technician here on Tuesday.
