    @andrew_blow @wendy_harmer @MikeCarlton01 @sarahgerathy Senate estimates covers a lot of the boring mundane stuff that affects everyone. The problem is that some hearings are timed to avoid much journalistic scrutiny (NBN used to be on late at night, routinely) or there is so much happening at same time that some issues get neglected.

    FFS, how dishonest (or maybe stupid) can a candidate be. To claim on one hand Labor did nothing for Tas jobs 5 seconds after saying they wasted money on the #NBN. @kevinmorgantas

    @bigbadave @mavetju @BLShiv @NickRossTech Exactly, and the original NBN was going to solve their problems, be it on domestic level of service or business. I was paying $65 a month while neighbouring businesses were paying T $200 month. They could not use eftpos & phone at same time. I could do both + stream radio & TV

    @deniseshrivell Tas got first NBN then Libs got in. They let Turnbull get away with lie and wreck it. They canned the digital hubs program, Medicare Locals, and dumped community providers of disability support services in favour of larger private operators cashing in.

    @Telstra after 30 years of trying, you can now add me to your list of upset customers. Despite assurances from your less than helpful app assistant, our ADSL was cut off. 11 days before the NBN install which was also cancelled. No response form your app for over 3 hours. Poor.

    @hipstergeddon @NBN_Australia @Telstra Just to reiterate...still not fixed...customer support chat doesn't have a clue! Sent a new modem...it's worse...now no voice services so I installed the old one. Someone cut my FTTN and nobody knows how to fix it.

    @Telstra so for the last 2 to 3 months I've been going round in circles with you guys about addressing my internet dropout issues, every single time it's been said to have been resolved and again it keeps dropping out, ive also noticed my NBN box and modem are both warm to touch

    @NBN_Australia @iiNet surely you realise why people get frustrated by all this handballing back & forth... ISP network status page sends us to NBN network status page, then NBN sends us back to ISP, who say they require our account details before they can give us any info on a known NBN outage

    @NBN_Australia Haha you’re funny. Still can’t get it sorted. Simply want a tech to come out and look at the ticking box. Much the same as what has happened with two friends with the same issue. Internet speed of 23. Far below what it should be

    @NotMelaine This nbn team is only contactable by service providers, it's best to keep in touch with your service provider for as soon as any updates are available your service provider will be notified directly. 2/3

    @Telstra Yes. But you need to do a better job with your diagnostics that always seem to indicate everything’s fine when it isn’t. Not sure if NBN dependency is letting you down

    At 4.30 Friday afternoon husband put in a request to Telstra for help with the NBN which was constantly dropping out. Five minutes later Telstra sent a text advising a technician would come Monday afternoon. And he did! And fixed it! Amazing! #NBN #Telstra
