@bigbadave @mavetju @BLShiv @NickRossTech Exactly, and the original NBN was going to solve their problems, be it on domestic level of service or business. I was paying $65 a month while neighbouring businesses were paying T $200 month. They could not use eftpos & phone at same time. I could do both + stream radio & TV

@andrew_blow @wendy_harmer @MikeCarlton01 @sarahgerathy Senate estimates covers a lot of the boring mundane stuff that affects everyone. The problem is that some hearings are timed to avoid much journalistic scrutiny (NBN used to be on late at night, routinely) or there is so much happening at same time that some issues get neglected.

@NBN_Australia @GreaterGeelong And this week you have COMPLETELY IGNORED ME!!! A ******* CUSTOMER OF YOUR USELESS ******* SERVICE!!!!!

  • civilengineer civilengineer (@civilengineer) reported

@NBN_Australia I appreciate your response, but fixed wireless is my only NBN option, but it is severely limited. My work-around keeps me sane: a small monthly fee for the portable 4G Wi-Fi. I have no faith in an Optus/NBN solution, men on the roof again for no improvement. A **** system.

I'm like 90% certain that my internet got cursed or something. It was down for nearly a week, no one could work out why, tried a new router, no dice, booked an nbn appointment and then it just... resolved its self? And no one knows why or how that happened either.

  • mandy_jolly Mandy J (@mandy_jolly) reported

@NBN_Australia NIKKI....LOOK AT THE INCIDENT NUMBER!! NOT THE REFERENCE NUMBER!!!!

@Telstra NBN is having an outage I wasn’t notified. But now the Telstra back up modem I have won’t work either because you guys are doing work on the 4G network

@IFM_Economist I had unlimited cable for $90p/m then had to switch to 100mps NBN and managed to keep $90p/m. Now they're increasing the same plan to $107p/m. Tried to negotiate a better price with them, nothing. Gonna switch to Belong (uses Telstra network anyway). $90p/m and $5 off for 12mths
