FFS, how dishonest (or maybe stupid) can a candidate be. To claim on one hand Labor did nothing for Tas jobs 5 seconds after saying they wasted money on the #NBN. @kevinmorgantas

  • anniepinkstorm AnnieLWells (@anniepinkstorm) reported from Launceston, State of Tasmania

@andrew_blow @wendy_harmer @MikeCarlton01 @sarahgerathy Senate estimates covers a lot of the boring mundane stuff that affects everyone. The problem is that some hearings are timed to avoid much journalistic scrutiny (NBN used to be on late at night, routinely) or there is so much happening at same time that some issues get neglected.

  • anniepinkstorm AnnieLWells (@anniepinkstorm) reported from Launceston, State of Tasmania

@bigbadave @mavetju @BLShiv @NickRossTech Exactly, and the original NBN was going to solve their problems, be it on domestic level of service or business. I was paying $65 a month while neighbouring businesses were paying T $200 month. They could not use eftpos & phone at same time. I could do both + stream radio & TV

  • anniepinkstorm AnnieLWells (@anniepinkstorm) reported from Launceston, State of Tasmania

@deniseshrivell Tas got first NBN then Libs got in. They let Turnbull get away with lie and wreck it. They canned the digital hubs program, Medicare Locals, and dumped community providers of disability support services in favour of larger private operators cashing in.

@BelongAU hi, having nbn and 4g issues in 3782, any idea what's going on?

  • Itsastrange It's a strange world (@Itsastrange) reported

@phbarratt We created a msg on the answering machine dealing with tbe frequent topics- NBN, computers working fine, don't have an ATO tax debt & not in the market for solar. Worked a treat, no calls for 12 months.

  • PMASydney Peter Alorati (@PMASydney) reported

@max_au @NBN_Australia Yes the lack of visibility or updates is so frustating.. "unplanned outage' spin for we have no idea whats wrong or when it will be fixed...

  • anthimatter Anthimatter 🕹️ (@anthimatter) reported

@ausretrogamer Oh man. Nothing as bad as that but I am sick to death of missing out on winning bids from people with faster connections than our fantastic, no problems ever, NBN.

  • stewie4of5 stnc (@stewie4of5) reported

@james_findlay @PSomervilleABC We have a Sony android tv we also have a Baun fromAldi , I fought with it’s shocking picture , motion problems and even worse when it came to dvds. Sony is a dream , only problem is the lousy wifi cable contention courtesy of NBN

  • barefootthink Heather Delfs (@barefootthink) reported

@iiNet there seems to be an unreported outage in our area? Nothing on either IINet or NBN websites but normal troubleshooting to restart not working.

  • figureoffun86 Rohan (@figureoffun86) reported

@TPG_Telecom you are a communications company that can't communicate. I've just spent an hour trying to sort out nbn connection issues only to be stuck on endless transfers. I call back and the connection was so poor I couldn't hear your staff member speak. I want to cancel

  • plebcapital Pleb Capital Management (@plebcapital) reported

@galumay @AussieBroadband With Telstra on 50 plan. They effectively downgraded me when switched to NBN late last year - was getting 110mbps down on regular cable for the same price. Thinking of switching to Vodafone 100 plan because they’ll bundle it with the businesses mobile plans and is ~40% cheaper.

  • max_au Max (@max_au) reported

you've gotta be impressed that @NBN_Australia can build a network which is so fragile that, within 10km of Sydney city in a suburb of the Inner West, that their services can go down for 20 hours (and counting) without any ETA of resolution.

  • f3rr3t Harrold Holt (@f3rr3t) reported

@krunchymoses @rhysam Arbib threw Rudd out. The mining companies never paid the super profit tax. The LNP nobbled the NBN at Murdoch's direction. But because of Rudd we never had a recession. The UK Tories spent a decade culling the worker after their recession. Comrade Kev was the real deal.
