    @Telstra another day goes by and still not resolved......June 26 and no NBN. Entirely Telstra problem when by mistake they put “restrictions “ on the account but it takes forever to lift them. BTW was in credit when restrictions where wrongly imposed

    @NBN_Australia It’s directly related to the ‘fibre to the node’ loading, that can’t be fixed. Nor can the crap quality of the telephone lines in this area be totally replaced easily.

    I am LIVID I have been calling @TPG_Telecom for TWO MONTHS straight now trying to organise my nbn to be installed. The last 4 phone calls I’ve made I’ve just asked for a refund because they can’t provide me service. Putting my Karen pants on, this is ridiculous

    @NBN_Australia are there any updates with the issues that are occurring on the Central Coast (2257)? I’ve been dropping out every 10 mins for at least 2mins. I’m meant to be working from home, but this is unacceptable!

Murdoch and his father were and still are hell bent on killing off the ABC and anyone not on their payroll. Look who is pulling the strings.     @TPG_Telecom NBN dropouts again, persistently having same problem and now customer service directs to online chat, which is hopeless when your internet is down. Hopeless TPG. Am going to churn.

    @Telstra are just plain hopeless. Have been trying since May to fix a Telstra “error”....up to call 46 and each time assured it is fixed. Even have emails saying fixed but still NBN speed 0.002!!! World class!!

    @NBN_Australia We did log a call with our ISP and they in turn got informed that an NBN technician was going to come out today between 8-12 only for NBN to cancel it! I am trying to be patient and work but between 1pm and 2pm the connection has dropped out 9 times and it’s still going on!

    @PaulFletcherMP @NBN_Australia Are you serious? This would have to be the worst managed project in Australian history. NBN Australia’s customer service is non-existent, they hide in the shadows completely unaccountable and unreachable and internet speeds haven’t even improved for most.

    NTD box replaced, internet returns at the usual speeds. NBN tech says most of his job is just going round to houses replacing NTD boxes due to issues like this. No wonder there has been the stock issue.. the fragility is concerning.

    @PaulFletcherMP Yes, agreed. We get roads and rail for life off line but the NBN is so bad that it’s hardly livable online. What are you doing for the regional areas here. FTTN is not acceptable, @PaulFletcherMP

    @Archies_Human Hi Helena, this certainly sounds like a known scam call. nbn will never cold call you about this. The best thing you can do is hang up and ignore them, and if you're unsure if it's real or not, please contact your provider to double-check. 1/2

    @ianpmcleod @CraigKellyMP Like the NBN, the money that has been splashed on it only to have starlink coming online with faster speeds and probably cheaper than NBN, tech is evolving but I don't think we're at the sweetspot yet, a hydro system incorporated into bradfield could solve 2 issues at once.

    @PazzaDons2012 @tatduckum @OMGTheMess FTTH would have cost even more. NBN was an ALP promise with costings that weren't even in the ballpark of the true cost. Left to the LNP to try and fix along with NDIS, Gonski, etc.

    Be aware - a new scam for me. Just had a "No Caller ID" call claiming to be from @NBN_Australia saying my IP address has been compromised and my connection needs to be upgraded before the #NBN goes down for 24-48hrs. Sure buddy.
