    Hey @Telstra & @NBN_Australia 18 months ago we lost all internet Wifi home phone for 6 months we had 26 technicians Visit until we got 2 techs together worked out someone had put in wrong code at pillar same problem again your call centre won’t listen send help

    Serious question, is there anything in life worse than #NBN fixed wireless? You'd think Australia was a backward thinking poor Hick country if you ever had the displeasure of experiencing the @NBN_Australia. Everytime I calculate the percentage of tax I pay I think WTF!? #auspol

    @Telstra Multiple fault call centre operators have told me when I call for information on existing job numbers they cannot tell me anything until they have retested my router (takes ages) even though the fault is diagnosed & documented by on site NBN tech visits to be in the NBN network.

    @NBN_Australia Yes, Khan, but at no stage since we moved to the NBN has our internet been as good as we had prior, and it would seem there is nothing that we can do about it. Regular periods of slow downloads, 2 students unable to work simultaneously. All very average.

    @tobyonekanobe @robynbryant33 What about the Disgracfull RUDD Labor was in power. 2009 start of NBN Labor said it would be completed by 2016 what a lie &,mess they made of it. Insulation batts another stuff up. If you want I can tell you many more &,we had no major issues then Pandemic, Fires,Floods, War

    @Telstra Hi Michelle, As I said earlier I feel it is unsafe to submit specific personal information via Twitter, even in DM. I would prefer you address the underlying structural issues with mgt; that is FTTN fails every few months (old copper) & your/NBN processes are not fit for purpose.

    @Telstra Pretty hopeless! All your site gave me was an option to check my mobile service. Anyway it's back up now! Clearly the problem is at your end as we've changed nothing here since about 9:30 when re -rebooted the nbn box & then the modem!

    @FixBushInternet @NBN_Australia Thanks I'll pass it on, looking at them they're already cheaper at a glance, and can't be worse service. Even Telstra picks up quicker.
