Hey @Telstra & @NBN_Australia 18 months ago we lost all internet Wifi home phone for 6 months we had 26 technicians Visit until we got 2 techs together worked out someone had put in wrong code at pillar same problem again your call centre won’t listen send help

@NBN_Australia I moved to San Francisco, but you could probably do heaps to help Australia. Maybe install some fibre, at least for when I eventually move back at some point.

Internet died y'day (2nd time this month). Boff called support and they said it was an nbn issue but the technician was unlikely to come out on Sunday. Today I spent all arvo at the Telstra shop signing up for a mobile broadband hub only to find our home one fixed itself 🙃
@TraceyKilleen @Optus With Telstra at 3165 same deal Down 3 times 3 days. Call provider who say no outage reported. NBN doesn't know about outage because provider too busy turning everyone's boxes on and off to report. Really hard to get escalated. At least 2-3 hours before outage is even acknowledged

@sruue @Telstra @NBN_Australia Oh ahah ... Some poor employee at NBN Aus just died when you @ them. I sit on 0-8 creative 1- 23 pubs... Late game hitting 1's. I'm dogshit too... So I recommend it. The only compliments i here is disbelief about what ping I'm on and I don't even try replace
@Optus @7sophistication The NBN network also down at 3165 for about 2 hours now. Been onto Telstra who also say there is no outage. Third network outage in as many days.
@Optus Existing customer - currently not in contract - could go to another provider anytime - just wanted to sign up for NBN & remain a customer - may have to reconsider now... @Optus #optusfail
@NBN_Australia Already have done that and they said it’s on you guys. I did several speed tests through them whilst on the phone and they marked it as an Nbn issue.
