Hey @Telstra & @NBN_Australia 18 months ago we lost all internet Wifi home phone for 6 months we had 26 technicians Visit until we got 2 techs together worked out someone had put in wrong code at pillar same problem again your call centre won’t listen send help

@annbritton @Telstra @D_LittleproudMP Telstra can disagree all it likes, but the reality is that rural/remote communications are falling behind growth and demand. The Telstra network was a neglected mess when it was handed over to NBN and any fix is a long way off.

@rompeca38082258 Remember the #NBN. Labor promised us world class broadband, 1000/400 Mbps FTTP at est $34.7bn. Coalition promised "cheaper, faster" NBN at est $20.4bn. Coalition have spend over $50bn to deliver 25/5 Mbps & an inferior FTTN network.

@NBN_Australia Thanks for your reply and I do appreciate it but unfortunately this is not the customer experience that I want either. Please use this scenario as a case study because it’s a great example of systems, people and processes failing. It’s still broken and we still don’t have an ETR.

@FixBushInternet @RegionalHub Nbn sat..unrealistic pricing and install for Elon musk..zero wireless, outdoor mobile only..no I will do that..I guess without a wireless upgrade regional hub may only tell me what I already know from current service installers and providers..

@Telstra Pretty hopeless! All your site gave me was an option to check my mobile service. Anyway it's back up now! Clearly the problem is at your end as we've changed nothing here since about 9:30 when re -rebooted the nbn box & then the modem!
