    @Telstra @stoobii Problems in Sydney too. Outage page can’t be reached. Using Optus 4G because Telstra NBN home service is stuffed in postcode 2222. Not good enough! Got work to do and 4G is not how I want to access secure sites.

    @gabriellecj Same. Seven years of perfectly adequate internet. Switched to NBN and now experience almost weekly outages. Had an electrician look at it who said it’s a Telstra problem

    @Telstra We currently signed up with Telstra NBN. Now our phone hasn't been working for 3 days. Intetnet is dropping out on/off. Contacted tech support 132999 and got a link for text support. No one can help. Not even to set up a call forwarding.

    @simonahac @NBN_Australia @Telstra Take screenshots of your speeds. You’ll need them as proof when you end up with slower speeds..We ended up with 1/2 the speed overnight. They pushed more through.Never got back to our original 110kbps download, but ended up with 90 down/30 up, which is good result now we’re WFH

    @bijlarchitect @NBN_Australia Try AussieBroadband. Customer service was exemplary. They worked with NBN to get tech to find and repair broken lead-in and service is solid as.

    @iiNet Back on now but this is more than troubleshooting. I'd say wet spring in bad telstra pits and overly split copper. Up to 5 times a day drops out for 15 to 30 mins at a time and o switch to phone for work. No sign of getting better ... @NBN_Australia

    @itaintfacebook @MrKRudd If it wasn’t for the unions you wouldn’t have an award decent wage. You would work 3 jobs @$7.50an hour like the US to keep up - if you stuck with Labor’s fibre to the house had no NBN problems. Don’t blame Labor and the Unions too easy. #auspol

    Blackouts rare on same grid as local hos but today we copped it stupid endeavour energy send text look up online for outage details in area Ffs if I’ve got no power there is no nbn no land line mob flat & there is no mobile data ! Assume or what ? our system doesn’t work !

    @statusofplanet @dgcpol @MrKRudd Thanks. U say they say agnostic but that they aren’t. See your point but hey proof? Foxtel’s always been broke i think. As for NBN it hasn’t stopped Foxtel! Foxtel (& Telstra) built the damn cable & under NBN Foxtel retains its bandwidth on cable; therefore no issue to Foxtel.

    @dgcpol @MrKRudd Good question. I agree with Rudd (whom I never voted for) in that Abbott was blindly and powerfully aligned with Murdoch’s cause to disrupt the NBN roll out. It was a cause that hurt Australian, from business to remote communities. All for greed of Murdoch’s business model.

But no way to register, to be fobbed off onto NBN customer support & to show no interest in buggy app issues & broken tech testing link, ugh
