    @Telstra I’m a patient person. However when my very elderly parents in Kiama are left without a land line for over 20 days & I discover that someone in @telstra or @nbn didn’t create a ‘Task ID’ for the third time in 3 weeks I reach a state of total frustration. Pls help.

We will inherit a mess. Don’t know the scale of it & won’t make reckless promise about time & cost to fix it.

    @Spiffy_DE @SeraphaimW @FFXIV_NEWS_EN Hey Archie, not sure if it's fixed for u yet, or if this helps, but Australian's using Optus NBN were all the same. Optus couldn't connect to Square Enix servers. they've been working to fix it for the past 3 days. It seems like it might be fixed now I think.

    @JCautec Any fault we raise as a service impacting issue is usually standard assurance times to get a tech from NBN out, so always suggest calling NBN to get it made a priority for safety reasons so absolutely did the right thing by calling NBNco Hope it's fixed soon! -Meg
