@NBN_Australia It's stated on your website that it should be phased out after 18 months. It's been 4 years. My provider told me to contact NBN for some answers as NBN is the one who increases the speed at the node, not them. Can you seriously not help at all with this?

@Jansant @DylanWalkden @HelenHaines1 @Kynes3 @zalisteggall @drkerrynphelps @MakeMayoMatter @juliabanksmp NBN needed to run further & truly could have been Australia's biggest and best infrastructure project. The longer Government's hold off on building it properly, to it's maximum potential, the further behind we slip as tech advances. Ambitious policy gets cut down far too often

When it wasn't broken, whilst in Labors hands.....now it's a FD, so, overpriced & just a patchwork quilt.......how much has LNP actually spent, include the $2bn loan NBN did by themself 😡😡😠😠

@CurtisWahlfeld Our earlier test showed that your connection was down, the error we got mostly shows when there's a cable that's not properly connected or the NBN line dropped out. If you checked your cables then that may have fixed the issue 1/2 -Mel

@csp_jem7 That’s one of the issues with the NBN though, fibre to the node is good if you’re close to the node, terrible speeds if you’re not. And in our case we can’t get wired NBN at all so we’re on wireless NBN. To get a decent nbn connection we’d need to move house.

Seriously @NBN_Australia you've got to do better with the emergency outage messages - you've sent the message to @Aussie_BB exactly two minutes before cutting the service. And you're providing *zero* updates/detail as the nature of the works/repairs onto the ISP once resolved.
