    @NBN_Australia @NBNCoLimited Incredibly poor support from the National Broadband Network. We are now facing 3 with no connectivity and our business is mere meters from the Melb-Syd fibre. #help #customersareeverything

    @Jansant @DylanWalkden @HelenHaines1 @Kynes3 @zalisteggall @drkerrynphelps @MakeMayoMatter @juliabanksmp NBN needed to run further & truly could have been Australia's biggest and best infrastructure project. The longer Government's hold off on building it properly, to it's maximum potential, the further behind we slip as tech advances. Ambitious policy gets cut down far too often

    Those delightful people at @NBN_Australia have rejected my fault because it's not broken enough. Better faster, cheaper. Well 0/3 isn't so bad right? I guess this is the service you can expect from an entity that the TIO can't touch.

    @EzuieQuotes A few years ago, I used a cable network and later changed to use nbn network. But Sydney optus company still sent cable & nbn 2 bills to me every month! I paid 2 internet bills for few months then found wrong bills. I complained to Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO)🇦🇺

    I am still waiting for any action. The reason given was ntd mismatch with address.Not sure how this was working since last 3yrs. Same update daily that we are investigating. Please help as it’s difficult WFH on mobile data and its been week w/o internet. @NBN_Australia @Aussie_BB

    @LukePlunkett Low or low enough + good enough quality of life are the keys to innovation. This is why Poland has outperformed and why Eastern Europe has been the "new Japan" as the vanguard of the indie rennaisance, also why I no longer live in Australia and will never go back Also garbage NBN

    We scheduled a disconnection/reconnection of our NBN service with @Telstra that went without a hitch. However, we were letdown with the connection not working (not Telstra’s fault). Have to now wait a week for an @NBN_Australia tech, which is ridiculous 😡

    @Jodz_R @Telstra @NBN_Australia Oh wow, that’s terrible. The mind boggling thing is, this worked when we left, then we come back 8 months later & now it doesn’t. Perhaps NBN Co should pay for our mobile data :-/

    8th day without internet. Thanks to @NBN_Australia as even after 8 days they are still investigating NTD miss-match data integrity issue. Surprisingly it was working from last 3 yrs and issue started when i ported to new provider on 9/9/22. Plz help:-(

    You know, @NBN_Australia are a funny bunch. Sent me a survey to ask about my "recent fix experience". Internet dropped straight after. NBN notes "HFC signal out of spec". But I have to wait until the monitoring period is over before anything else can happen. Very frustrating 😡
