@Jansant @DylanWalkden @HelenHaines1 @Kynes3 @zalisteggall @drkerrynphelps @MakeMayoMatter @juliabanksmp NBN needed to run further & truly could have been Australia's biggest and best infrastructure project. The longer Government's hold off on building it properly, to it's maximum potential, the further behind we slip as tech advances. Ambitious policy gets cut down far too often

@superloopnet @NBN_Australia not sure what's going on but NBN has been down on our street in Collingwood for 3 days with no updates or resoultion timing. Tried to get more info from superloop but no answer after 2 hours on hold. Disruption #XVNVN

@NBN_Australia hi. Before I send a blistering complaint to the ombudsman, do you wanna get in touch with me about your useless & cruel appointment system, and the fact my elderly mother has no phone or internet which is dangerous! (We got her a mobile but it’s not ideal)

@NBN_Australia Please feel free to share an update anytime on the Adelaide hills outage. Some ISP are saying they will update by 1pm tomorrow.. everyone at the local pub are frustrated.

I use 4G when NBN is too slow then revert back to NBN when NBN is OK again

@NBN_Australia Please just be aware it’s impacting a lot of customers so more info is best.. I have people at the local saying their ISP is garbage when it’s the base infra.. people here are hitting over 27 hrs with no internet. Comms is key!

@unfnknblvbl @zerogeewhiz Imagine if the NBN connection box was independently owned by a separate entity to nbnco, and there was “competition” to see and service that box, and nbnco and internet retailers used the data it generates to bill. Makes sense huh.
