@Jansant @DylanWalkden @HelenHaines1 @Kynes3 @zalisteggall @drkerrynphelps @MakeMayoMatter @juliabanksmp NBN needed to run further & truly could have been Australia's biggest and best infrastructure project. The longer Government's hold off on building it properly, to it's maximum potential, the further behind we slip as tech advances. Ambitious policy gets cut down far too often

@NBN_Australia @NBNCoLimited Incredibly poor support from the National Broadband Network. We are now facing 3 with no connectivity and our business is mere meters from the Melb-Syd fibre. #help #customersareeverything

@JaneCaro I'm in Melb and same last night. Turned off NBN, TV, unplugged telephone socket etc. And still not working. Wasn't till I restarted my Optus modem that it was fixed. In my case it was the ISP, not the NBN.

@optus 5g wasn't working for a week...and now my NBN is not working. I guess I should go back to Telstra

@JaneCaro Call your provider. We are in country NSW and whenever we have a problem (very rare now) we call our provider and let them sort it. We don’t really have any more problems now. We had some contraption put on our roof by NBN who said it will improve our internet and it is great.

@TheJkate @JaneCaro @ap1144 Yes - it was massive fail courtesy of the LNP . . . . Not delivering opened the doors for other options which will further weaken the NBN . . .

@JaneCaro @Wallywalta @pws5678 Then it has nothing to do with nbn and everything to do with your customer equipment. Is it a starlink router? What is the problem you experience if you don't reboot? Is your router not giving internet your home devices internet access? Are they all connected via wifi?

@IsZomg @RobertCawood2 Why would a privatised Auspost run an unprofitable service? Is that the same as the rural NBN and "public" transport. Privatisation has never improved anything, anywhere world wide.

@tregevis @JaneCaro They designed a monopoly, just one that could not pay for itself. Nothing redeeming in NBN story but the poor fruit came from a bad seed.

@JaneCaro If you haven't already, do call your provider and ask for help. There are too many people in this country tolerating bad internet, not realising it's a fault or something fixable. NBN has such a bad rep that people let WiFi issues ruin their life.

@JaneCaro I was having the same problem and with slow speeds. I contacted my service supplier. They tested and said there was a definite problem in line. NBN tested said there was no problem. Service provider persisted and NBN discovered dodgy wire, replaced. Problem fixed. PERSIST!!
