@Jansant @DylanWalkden @HelenHaines1 @Kynes3 @zalisteggall @drkerrynphelps @MakeMayoMatter @juliabanksmp NBN needed to run further & truly could have been Australia's biggest and best infrastructure project. The longer Government's hold off on building it properly, to it's maximum potential, the further behind we slip as tech advances. Ambitious policy gets cut down far too often

@NBN_Australia @NBNCoLimited Incredibly poor support from the National Broadband Network. We are now facing 3 with no connectivity and our business is mere meters from the Melb-Syd fibre. #help #customersareeverything

@NBN_Australia Well for a start we have changed providers and we now wait to see if their modem and services are better than Telstra but we were bothered by constant drops in speed and video calling was cut after 2 to 6 minutes, this went on for months and no one could fix it but still no tech.

@kylieedo @deniseshrivell Kylie, I have had the NBN for probably 2 years now. Can honestly say that it is not an improved service.

@NBN_Australia There are two levels of NBN in Australia. Ultra-fast to slow in the 'burbs. Absolutely ******* useless in regional Australia. Again regional Australians being treated like third-class citizens. I hate the way NBN talks about fixing it, yet doesn't. I couldn not hate them more.

@TaodeHaas @nobby15 I've just bought a cheap pre-paid mobile modem to keep me connected while I move house - and the inevitable problems that will arise. It's 50% faster than the NBN!

@NBN_Australia @actualfredsmith You knew full well the fixed wireless network was going to become overcrowded for YEARS

@deniseshrivell We got the first lot of the labor NBN rollout. It was installed with a minimum of fuss and we haven’t ever had an issue with it. It’s very fast and we love it. So much better than what my parents ended up with

@justdreaming12 @deniseshrivell Got my FTTP in spite of Abbott and Co. My neighbours behind me missed out. They can't get more than 20Mbps. I've had 100Mbps since 2015 with no problems ever. #digitaldivide. #NBN

@deniseshrivell We got FTTN to an (outer) ACT suburb. Before changeover, we got maybe 3 MB/s. After changeover, max of 30 MB/s. Investigation found that that's the maximum the local infrastructure will support. **** with multiple kids home schooling and 2 work from home. #nbn #auspol2021

Looks like @Telstra still don't know why I cant get Velocity and blame NBN for not having infrastructure here. Eventhough my area is telstra "smart" community where telstra doesn't allow NBN to install anything. To top it of, velocity only contact is currently down #tesltraFAIL

@deniseshrivell I run two accounts. The adsl is too slow and the satellite nbn doesn't offer enough data to be fit for purpose. It lasted three days last month, speed throttled, and back to the adsl. Pathetic yet costly. I live on the edge of Sydney.
