@Jansant @DylanWalkden @HelenHaines1 @Kynes3 @zalisteggall @drkerrynphelps @MakeMayoMatter @juliabanksmp NBN needed to run further & truly could have been Australia's biggest and best infrastructure project. The longer Government's hold off on building it properly, to it's maximum potential, the further behind we slip as tech advances. Ambitious policy gets cut down far too often

@Optus 3 days with <4Mbps internet after the "problem" that wasn't one before was "fixed" by NBN. On hold 56mins while an agent fault finds a fault that wasn't there beforehand, but now is following an unnecessary fix. #CustomerService

@YaThinkN He’s a yes man, always has been. Telecom had out of date tech and the govt didn’t want to invest in fixing it hence the Keating plan. Rudd ignored the experts when rolling out the NBN which would’ve fixed many of those issues. Turnbull then went about making it worse.
