@NBN_Australia @NBNCoLimited Incredibly poor support from the National Broadband Network. We are now facing 3 with no connectivity and our business is mere meters from the Melb-Syd fibre. #help #customersareeverything

@Jansant @DylanWalkden @HelenHaines1 @Kynes3 @zalisteggall @drkerrynphelps @MakeMayoMatter @juliabanksmp NBN needed to run further & truly could have been Australia's biggest and best infrastructure project. The longer Government's hold off on building it properly, to it's maximum potential, the further behind we slip as tech advances. Ambitious policy gets cut down far too often

@GregWallis4 @MilesHuntWriter @julia16815 And I'm currently watching my local rural PO franchise owners driven into the ground financially & physically to "prove" that Aust. Post should be privatized? Hint: Read driven out of business & local rural NBN poor needs "be damned" to benefit private enterprises only.

@D_Melissa2 Argh. NBN fail in a new rental. LOTS of scolding about how it must be my fault. Still - fish & spuds in the oven, beans on the boil

@laurenmartyn @Aussie_BB @iiNet To be fair to ii, if it's a technical fault with the line, they might not be able to do much other than escalate it to the NBN. But: Aussie's signup and service so far have been stellar if you do decide to move.

@Internode Your guys support is 2nd to none!! With having an unreliable NBN connection every time it rains heavily, having actual, competent support really helps. So glad I made the switch to you guys. Now just need NBN to actually fix their network!

@NBN_Australia Appreciate it Chris. Just extremely frustrating to have such ridiculously slow “broadband” when the alternatives are so close yet so far away.

8am-12pm - NBN install scheduled 12:05pm - no install message, so I follow up 12:20 - finally get through to tpg who transfer me to a case manager, who hangs up rather than picks up 12:30 - I get a message saying install successful while in the queue for tech support. I hang up.

@NBN_Australia I've taken the appropriate steps with my ISP, the only thing NBN could offer me that would help at this stage, would be a contact to speak to directly should I need it so I don't have to spend an hour explaining my case to every again I speak to. Not sure if you can offer that?
