    @NBN_Australia It's stated on your website that it should be phased out after 18 months. It's been 4 years. My provider told me to contact NBN for some answers as NBN is the one who increases the speed at the node, not them. Can you seriously not help at all with this?

    @Jansant @DylanWalkden @HelenHaines1 @Kynes3 @zalisteggall @drkerrynphelps @MakeMayoMatter @juliabanksmp NBN needed to run further & truly could have been Australia's biggest and best infrastructure project. The longer Government's hold off on building it properly, to it's maximum potential, the further behind we slip as tech advances. Ambitious policy gets cut down far too often

    @NBN_Australia Every Friday at 8:30 my bitrate completely dies mid Twitch Stream to the point I have to end early. My ISP says it's an NBN issue in Preston due to congestion, why after 15 months is this happening now?

    @backupbear The NBN around my area is *********, drops out all the time, especially when it's windy. Mobile no better, have to go down the street to make a call. How good was going cheap on the NBN.

    @Scamwatch_gov how can I help to shutdown the NBN scam? I was thinking of using a spare phone and letting the scammers access it via AnyDesk, I can send the access code issued by AnyDesk off to them so they can identify their criminal client and block access?

    @Telstra Hello, need to talk to someone about my velocity account.. can't get through using velocity phone support number. Bit disappointed since you want to charge us NBN rates and downgrade the speed to ADSL levels. Please DM.

    @TPG_Telecom having terrible service in 3025 today. Speed test is 5mb or less. Have rebooted modem. Nothing on nbn service outages. Can you look into it? Stuck inside with two kids 🤯

    @Optus this week has been absolute torture all thanks to you and your lack of service. Internet and home phone down 3 times this week. NBN techs book & cancelled by you each time. No help no understanding. Lockdown in Melbourne with no home phone or internet for most of the week.
