@NBN_Australia It's stated on your website that it should be phased out after 18 months. It's been 4 years. My provider told me to contact NBN for some answers as NBN is the one who increases the speed at the node, not them. Can you seriously not help at all with this?

@Jansant @DylanWalkden @HelenHaines1 @Kynes3 @zalisteggall @drkerrynphelps @MakeMayoMatter @juliabanksmp NBN needed to run further & truly could have been Australia's biggest and best infrastructure project. The longer Government's hold off on building it properly, to it's maximum potential, the further behind we slip as tech advances. Ambitious policy gets cut down far too often

@JaneAlcorn @jmil400 Feel your pain. Spent Thurs afternoon & Friday trying to get so called complaints to act on dangerous NBN cable across road outside my house. Maybe next week! They are as bad as Telstra..

Beware #Foxtel contractors Australia! Foxtel transmission has been booted off NBN and are now having to revert back to satellite coverage. Contractors are routinely wrecking digital free to air cabling in roofs with no accountability. They don't come back to fix their sabotage.

Can the government introduce a law that allows the ACCC to fine any company, providing telephone customer service/support, that doesn't reply personally to the caller within 15 minutes. This would create more jobs improve service and stop NBN congestion.

@Telstra Sorry, I don't tweet much, I might have followed the wrong procedure - part 2 is a reply to my first tweet. I wanted to know why I was told the 4G backup doesn't work in an NBN outage because it doesn't use the same network as mobiles.

Almost 3 hours wasted with back and forth messages to @telstra via their app. Maybe a phone call would sort out this NBN (wifi) problem.
