The longer Government's hold off on building it properly, to it's maximum potential, the further behind we slip as tech advances. Ambitious policy gets cut down far too often

@Telstra 8.05am email on a Saturday morning is not enough notice for a 7 hour NBN upgrade outage on Monday starting at 8am! My son is WFH providing an essential service with the NRS. Unless his boss checks emails on the weekend how’s he supposed to let them know he can’t work?

@superloopnet Superloop NBN is down. Is someone fixing it? Other Superloop users have the same issue in Greater Sydney and Canberra. The distruption page on the Superloop page shows no distruptio, which is incorrect. Not a good way to start the year.

@Telstra getting past your auto helper in the app then spending 4 hours including explaining my issue 3 times end result still don't have an answer stayed with Telstra for NBN and it has been one issue after another

Still haven't be able to stream because Telstra has terrible customer relations and my NBN box is still very broken. :( Looks like we may be streaming once I am able to move later in the month.

@Bowenchris The LNP have a history of this, remember NBN MTM done by 2016!!! Fmd it's 2021 and still not done yet! When are people gonna figure out the LNP IPA dolts are flogs and the worst thing for Australia

@optus hi, when I login into the myoptus app, I just get a “switch services” screen asking me to logout for assistance... I’ve just signed up to your nbn service in a new location, I was previously signed up at an old location
