The longer Government's hold off on building it properly, to it's maximum potential, the further behind we slip as tech advances. Ambitious policy gets cut down far too often

    @NBN_Australia @NBNCoLimited Incredibly poor support from the National Broadband Network. We are now facing 3 with no connectivity and our business is mere meters from the Melb-Syd fibre. #help #customersareeverything

    @NBN_Australia It's stated on your website that it should be phased out after 18 months. It's been 4 years. My provider told me to contact NBN for some answers as NBN is the one who increases the speed at the node, not them. Can you seriously not help at all with this?

    Just another evening of storms for @stemplemanmp's electorate in the Blue Mountains marking a new beginning of more FTTN outages on @NBN_Australia's network. 30 min without line sync & counting... If only the fibre which ran a mere 40 metres away was connected to the rest of us.

    @andy_penn Gold standard incompetence more likely! I’ve been without a business phone line for 3 days! 6th significant NBN service interruption in 18 months - spent hours going around in circles with help desk case number 29417462

    @NBN_Australia I'll save you the trouble Sally. Pretty lousey Adsl2+ is available at cedar creek 4520 with promise after promise of something better one day.

    Our nbn is down... again... a reminder that the LNP have spent more on a bunch of useless tanks than the NBN in the last decade.

    NBN is really fragile, drop out since this morning, and it’s literally once a month. Check on the NBN outage website, nothing, everything is fine, and go to Belong website, surprise, massive drop outs in SA/NT.

    @ByXoxolulz @ladystardust64 @ElieNYC NBN, that's the best U may do. I'm in SMB finance. I got killed during COVID because the government basically ignored "financial intermediaries" in loans and grants and yet I still supported SMBs being saved. I support all biz from being wiped out by COVID including Tesla. 1/2

    @gemsydney1 @dailytelegraph @GladysB Its terrible, they force me to hook up via nbn if wanted to keep internet but have kept me on adsl , they keep telling me will be ready in 24hr, then 48hrs and then have the hide to try sell me some phone deal

    I suspect it will be a decent amount of time before i manage to convince them to just give me another nbn modem (which will actually be the fix here i suspect)
