The longer Government's hold off on building it properly, to it's maximum potential, the further behind we slip as tech advances. Ambitious policy gets cut down far too often

    @NBN_Australia It's stated on your website that it should be phased out after 18 months. It's been 4 years. My provider told me to contact NBN for some answers as NBN is the one who increases the speed at the node, not them. Can you seriously not help at all with this?

    @NBN_Australia @NBNCoLimited Incredibly poor support from the National Broadband Network. We are now facing 3 with no connectivity and our business is mere meters from the Melb-Syd fibre. #help #customersareeverything

    @NBN_Australia I’ve done that. Multiple times. In fact my DH has filed a new support tic every day for almost a week now. The solution so far from them is for us to hire tech support. What exactly are we paying for?!?!

    @toddthepainter @Internode @NBN_Australia How long did it take to get a fix last time you had this problem? I'm just asking as we got a connection going around the road and I'm struggling to get 20Mbps through the day and maybe 30Mbps at night on a 50Mbps connection. Lodged a complaint in the system on Friday.

    @toddthepainter @Internode @NBN_Australia A week ain't too bad 🙄 Pretty sure our wireless dish needs realignment, of 3 signal strength bars it's only holding 1 bar solid which is pretty poor when the tower is barely 5km away.

    @knackers63 @AlboMP How come when we have a problem with the last mile (literally) of copper cable, NBN comes to fix it, not Telstra?

    @NBN_Australia Natalie, this does help me at all. It just tells me to set my router to the exact same settings it’s been on for YEARS or to make sure the router is in the right location. It is. How can I can real tech support for MY problem?

    @AlboMP Imagine being in a party that started us down the NBN path that was always going to be 10 years out of date when it was completed.
