@NBN_Australia @NBNCoLimited Incredibly poor support from the National Broadband Network. We are now facing 3 with no connectivity and our business is mere meters from the Melb-Syd fibre. #help #customersareeverything

  • EricKerrforIndi Eric Kerr (@EricKerrforIndi) reported from Wodonga, State of Victoria

@Jansant @DylanWalkden @HelenHaines1 @Kynes3 @zalisteggall @drkerrynphelps @MakeMayoMatter @juliabanksmp NBN needed to run further & truly could have been Australia's biggest and best infrastructure project. The longer Government's hold off on building it properly, to it's maximum potential, the further behind we slip as tech advances. Ambitious policy gets cut down far too often

@2KSupport My internet is as good as Australian crappy FTTN NBN allows. And I can play other games (albeit with lag). But there's no one else on the servers. And no, I'm never entering another ticket again. It drags on for weeks with no resolution, even with video of the issue.

@mitch_champ already got belong, they said our stuff would be set up within 2-5 days then they sent me a message saying our nbn would be activated on 4th feb. dumb ****, you cant even call them, you have to use the stupid support thing via email but every single response is automated

  • HughMunro16 Hugh Munro (@HughMunro16) reported

@normanswan @MSMWatchdog2013 So, we're going to have to repeat the whole exercise later - at even greater expense? Sounds like another #LNPfail FRACAS to me [think NBN, only this time - withpeople's lives]. Good one @ScottMorrisonMP NOT! Caring more about $ than people is a VERY BAD LOOK for a leader.

  • EICostheta Reg Boyle (@EICostheta) reported

Moved out today and everything’s been smooth so far...expect for the NBN set-up. @Optus, why do you have a 24/7 messaging system but j can’t phone anyone to fix these problems. What’s the point?? Love your work but please help.

  • jerome2179 Jerome Carpen (@jerome2179) reported

@fiveless @Telstra I’ve Given up. Will make the reluctant jump to NBN and go with aussiebroadband. At least they have customer service.

@deniseshrivell We were forced onto NBN FTTN. Our ADSL2 service was more reliable and faster. NBN is ****
