    @Jansant @DylanWalkden @HelenHaines1 @Kynes3 @zalisteggall @drkerrynphelps @MakeMayoMatter @juliabanksmp NBN needed to run further & truly could have been Australia's biggest and best infrastructure project. The longer Government's hold off on building it properly, to it's maximum potential, the further behind we slip as tech advances. Ambitious policy gets cut down far too often

    @NBN_Australia It's stated on your website that it should be phased out after 18 months. It's been 4 years. My provider told me to contact NBN for some answers as NBN is the one who increases the speed at the node, not them. Can you seriously not help at all with this?

    @douglas70958772 Unfortunately it's a problem with the NBN, so switch providers will probably not fix it when the source itself is fault. Getting a technician called in to hopefully fix it tomorrow

    @actuallyleojai My speed comes and goes in a way that's really ******* annoying and not ok given what I'm paying for it, but I can never know if it's the fault of my ISP or the basic NBN structural system ....

    A question please for IT professionals. How can I check if my NBN provider has my service set to what I’m paying? I pay for 50/20, NBN box 70m from my door. Rarely get more than 25/15. How can I check? Could the provider have my service set at 25/10? How can I check?

    @ttmoari The Morning/Sydney 4pm News is probably the sort of role I'm thinking Jane might get on a fulltime basis, down the track. Either Tyson Cottrill or Lauren Kempe (the latter also has future metro potential, I think) would be more than suitable replacements on weekend NBN News.
