The longer Government's hold off on building it properly, to it's maximum potential, the further behind we slip as tech advances. Ambitious policy gets cut down far too often

    @NBN_Australia I just received a call from 0406 728 185 saying they were from NBN and due to someone else accessing our service (“illegal activity”) they were going to cancel our internet access. Obviously a scam.

    Did you know that @NBN_Australia can arbitrarily disconnect and delete your service to your isp @iiNet without your knowledge, without communication or approval? Then no one can tell you who or why. After which your ISP then requests that you pay a reconnection fee? Wow just wow

    Sky muster dead tonight! I rebooted the modem nothing. I called #southernphone they say I should call back after 8am tomorrow.... How do I run a business? I know what it's like to be in the outback but I'm 55km from the Melbourne GPO. @NBN_Australia wtf?

    @ItsMePHIZ Yep. Our whole suburb down since 11am. @iiNet sends sms 8 hours ago saying investigation underway. It’s now 9pm no update since. Called up iiNet they said nbn down. Oh and the nbn service and iiNet coverage health dashboards both say everything is fine. shambles. #nbnDown

    So @Telstra, two appointments to fix internet service, neither of them kept. Modem reverted multiple times to your 4G service in Southern Highlands. Guess what? General 4G outage across the district. Currently have NBN but slow. How about ACTION !
