NBN Issues Reports Near Wodonga, State of Victoria

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Wodonga and nearby locations:

  • CadmanMachinery CadMac (@CadmanMachinery) reported from Wodonga, State of Victoria

@NBN_Australia @NBNCoLimited Incredibly poor support from the National Broadband Network. We are now facing 3 with no connectivity and our business is mere meters from the Melb-Syd fibre. #help #customersareeverything

  • jhinch Jason H (@jhinch) reported from Wodonga, State of Victoria

@NBN_Australia It's stated on your website that it should be phased out after 18 months. It's been 4 years. My provider told me to contact NBN for some answers as NBN is the one who increases the speed at the node, not them. Can you seriously not help at all with this?

  • EricKerrforIndi Eric Kerr (@EricKerrforIndi) reported from Wodonga, State of Victoria

@Jansant @DylanWalkden @HelenHaines1 @Kynes3 @zalisteggall @drkerrynphelps @MakeMayoMatter @juliabanksmp NBN needed to run further & truly could have been Australia's biggest and best infrastructure project. The longer Government's hold off on building it properly, to it's maximum potential, the further behind we slip as tech advances. Ambitious policy gets cut down far too often

NBN Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • DesignedToFade Social Kristancing (@DesignedToFade) reported

Hey @TurnbullMalcolm just wanted to let you know your precious @NBN_Australia is atrocious. We forewent the “clever country” moniker when you committed us to this backwards network

  • arfman Arfman Masked Rider 😷(🚍🚆🚊🏢💻) (@arfman) reported

So today I cut off the Optus cable service that was going to be decommissioned in less than two months and have replaced it with NBN. Not sure why this cuts deeper than I expected.

  • bda2206 brian austin (@bda2206) reported

@NBN_Australia @donatled Nbn is by far the worst organisation I've ever had to deal with. Multiple issues in different states, absolutely impossible to have a sensible dialog. nbn needs to be broken up into competing businesses competing for clients over their crappy infrastructure.

  • Pete_Spring Pete Spring (@Pete_Spring) reported

So @Telstra how’s your new profit generating initiative going? I cancel my NBN in Nov ‘20 but you have such a backlog of disconnections that I am still being billed 4 months later and your rep says “keep paying until we can arrange a credit” nice business!

  • heshanabay Heshan Abayasekera (@heshanabay) reported

@udaraumd @Welikumbura 1 thing I can guarantee is SLT Fibre is much MUCH stable than broadband connections (NBN) available in down under. Due to constant dropouts all ISPs give you a backup 4G modem when you get connection. Honestly SL is way better when it comes to teleco/internet than Australia.

  • DustyCynic DustyCynic (@DustyCynic) reported

@TelstraEnt I’ve been waiting FIVE MONTHS for Telstra to connect my NBN! FOUR engineers booked to fix... ALL no shows! Telstra even breached the first deadline imposed on them by the Ombudsman!!!!

  • donatled Don 🖖 (@donatled) reported

@NBN_Australia It took 18 months to fix an intermittent copper fault. The only reason that this succeeded was the ability to provide diagnostics data and prosecute the case with a good retailer -Aussie Broadband. NBN was utterly useless in resolving the issue.

  • adam_turner Adam Turner (@adam_turner) reported

Doing some yard work alongside the guy replacing my side fence, turns out he used to be a network engineer so we talked shop for a while. Was fun, but gotta get back to the grindstone - there's still a supply chain yarn and an NBN horror story on my to-do list today

  • DustyCynic DustyCynic (@DustyCynic) reported

@Telstra I’ve been waiting FIVE MONTHS to have my NBN connected! FOUR appointments with your engineers to fix it... all no shows. Foreign customer “support” is clueless, no records, start from scratch every time. Had to complain to Ombudsman. Your company ignored first deadline from them

  • Micky_OwiseOne outSpoken_Poi (@Micky_OwiseOne) reported

@Telstra explain why you make it so bloody hard to talk to someone about my damn nbn. If it’s not sorted today I’ll be looking for new plan. And contacting the tip
