    @Jansant @DylanWalkden @HelenHaines1 @Kynes3 @zalisteggall @drkerrynphelps @MakeMayoMatter @juliabanksmp NBN needed to run further & truly could have been Australia's biggest and best infrastructure project. The longer Government's hold off on building it properly, to it's maximum potential, the further behind we slip as tech advances. Ambitious policy gets cut down far too often

    WTF is going on in the NBN organisation. 700 staff got an average of $50k bonuses and these people all get paid over $150k per annum. $78m was paid in bonuses in total. They have 775 staff who get more than $200k per year and 8 who get over $500k. Cushy jobs

    Hey @NBN_Australia and @Optus... I appreciate that “planned maintenance” has to happen on the network, that’s fine, but it would be awesome if someone told me! This is the second “planned” outage in a week that I wasn’t informed of. Makes working from home pretty difficult 😞

    This is the most awful customer service that i ever received in my entire in any aspects. Such a shame for you @Telstra who claim yourself as the best nbn provider in the nation. Instead of solving my problem the issue is getting bigger. The call center hung me up in the convo

    @Telstra It’s resolved now, thanks. I’ve been happy to pay a bit more for Telstra to get better service (I’ve been a long term customer), but now the service has gone so downhill (except you’re v nice Laura!) - I can’t see a reason to pay more, so am looking at moving when I get NBN.

    @BreakfastNews @CraigBlake23 Interesting that NBN have no connection boxes for new customers in Melbourne . I am moving from Yarraville to Malvern and have been informed that NBN Co has postponed HFC new connection orders by at least four weeks. Seems this has beena problem since February . How good is that

    @DavidSligar You’ve never had a decent local cafe then if you think that. Chaplins (my Trentham local) gave me access to their wifi and put me in a seperate room so I could do my uni work for the 6 or more months it took Telstra to discover the NBN is supposed to work in Vic. Free coffees too

    @Aussie_BB Cancelled due to rain, appointment window between 1pm-5pm cancelled at 2pm, rain stopped at 2:30-3pm. Frustrating because I call @NBN_Australia and they tell me they just subcontract the work, it’s up to the isp to escalate issues and organise appointments. I talk to isp and

    @BiggOrsey I get like 115 down and it's still a pain. NBN isn't the answer sadly
