The longer Government's hold off on building it properly, to it's maximum potential, the further behind we slip as tech advances. Ambitious policy gets cut down far too often

    @lucky_rae Hi Rae, that must be frustrating for you and it’s definitely not what we’d want for you. Your provider may be able to perform line testing to see if there are any issues with nbn’s infrastructure? If they do find an issue, they can lodge a fault and we will work closely 1/2

    @Internode I’ve had no internet connection at postcode 5086 since late morning. Have cycled all devices; checked outage pages (yours and NBN) … are there HFC issues atm?

    @Jakebrisbane1 @NBN_Australia I'm in identical situation to you Jake. Lost internet at 3.30pm on Friday. NBN is saying they'll fix it when safe, yet we are not under water here. I work from home and need internet to earn income. I'd prefer bad news than no news so I can make arrangements.

    Another bad weather event, another @NBN_Australia dropout. Oh, and @BelongAU I have put in a support ticket but contacting me during the day might be tough getting hold of me during the day during the week.

    @TPG_Telecom is there an outage in Glen Waverley, 3150 currently? I cannot find anything on NBN website but internet hasn’t been working since past few hours. It was completely fine until 4am. We have been on hold on phone with your customer care for past half n hour now!!

    @NBN_Australia @NBN_Australia your outage finder says there’s no outage at my house, yet their clearly is. How can we trust that you’re trying to fix the service when your own website isn’t even accurate?

    Not sure if #qldfloods #brisbanefloods is causing it, but @NBN_Australia is down in Auchenflower. 4G appears to be stable for now.
