    @NBN_Australia It's stated on your website that it should be phased out after 18 months. It's been 4 years. My provider told me to contact NBN for some answers as NBN is the one who increases the speed at the node, not them. Can you seriously not help at all with this?

    @Jansant @DylanWalkden @HelenHaines1 @Kynes3 @zalisteggall @drkerrynphelps @MakeMayoMatter @juliabanksmp NBN needed to run further & truly could have been Australia's biggest and best infrastructure project. The longer Government's hold off on building it properly, to it's maximum potential, the further behind we slip as tech advances. Ambitious policy gets cut down far too often

    @NBN_Australia Oh they kept me updated. Your updates were the poor ones. Outage notification at 3:20pm and “we are working on it” then nothing till it magically started working at 8:30pm. No communication is poor in a technical era

    @Telstra Mobiles appear to be now back to 4G and mobile Wifi ok. No connection to internet via NBN service or home phone.

    @NBN_Australia Love your work. Respectfully, I'd love to spend *less* time dropping out of meetings to answer crank phone calls, let alone spending less time filling out forms with poor usability on Scamwatch. If anyone legitimately tries to contact me from NBN. I apologise in advance to them.

    FYI Tweeters. Just got a (pretty obvious scam) call from a bloke with a fairly heavy Nth African accent claiming to be from my NBN provider. Anyway his MO was that he reckoned my internet speed was too slow and I could be upgraded free of cost. I politely declined at that point.

    What is going on with Vodafone today in Perth? No NBN/Vodafone coverage and even 4G is terrible. So computer, phone and iPad all reset but not working and Vodafone modem NBN all showing green after resetting twice. Can't get through to Vodafone - help!

    @Telstra Home phone is NBN and one mobile connects internet via NBN. 3G only on both mobile phones and mobile wifi device up & down, mostly down.
