    @NBN_Australia It's stated on your website that it should be phased out after 18 months. It's been 4 years. My provider told me to contact NBN for some answers as NBN is the one who increases the speed at the node, not them. Can you seriously not help at all with this?

    @Jansant @DylanWalkden @HelenHaines1 @Kynes3 @zalisteggall @drkerrynphelps @MakeMayoMatter @juliabanksmp NBN needed to run further & truly could have been Australia's biggest and best infrastructure project. The longer Government's hold off on building it properly, to it's maximum potential, the further behind we slip as tech advances. Ambitious policy gets cut down far too often

    @Telstra The link you sent me states that you have no supply of NBN boxes until may or June so why are you sending me appointment via sms. Why are you also pre determining the day and date without consulting me. Does anyone actually want to help?

    @NBN_Australia EVERY Experience I have had, involving the NBN is painful, drawn out MUCH longer than it needs to be and rarely resolved. If it was an isolated incident, fair enough, but this story is repeated by everyone I have ever met, who has dealt with NBN. PICK UP YOUR GAME!

    @NBN_Australia Hi Adam, I am confused as to why a line fault at external of site requires someone home. Issue will be corrosion on line due to excessive rain which is an external repair. Wouldnt be cancelling stream if I wasnt required to be home to fix something outside the house.

    @GSkullWarrior We understand that the issue has been frustrating but we cannot find a problem in the NBN network. We've seen here that the modem has been restarting itself. May I ask you to do a hard reset on your modem? 1/2 -Geli
