    @NBN_Australia It's stated on your website that it should be phased out after 18 months. It's been 4 years. My provider told me to contact NBN for some answers as NBN is the one who increases the speed at the node, not them. Can you seriously not help at all with this?

    @Jansant @DylanWalkden @HelenHaines1 @Kynes3 @zalisteggall @drkerrynphelps @MakeMayoMatter @juliabanksmp NBN needed to run further & truly could have been Australia's biggest and best infrastructure project. The longer Government's hold off on building it properly, to it's maximum potential, the further behind we slip as tech advances. Ambitious policy gets cut down far too often

    @Ballyurra They’re all pretty average. But to be honest the issue is primarily the NBN. Your isp can’t overcome technology that is decades old.

    @NBN_Australia @Infosys_IKI NBN - Your service is terrible and your customer service is worse!! your tradesman don't turn up and then you continue to keep pushing back connection dates. as a result I'm unable to operate my business!! PM me to resolve before I take this further

    @dmccann65 @Ballyurra @slsandpet Thanks for the NBN rant, I’m well aware of its shortcomings.. but she asked for an alternative provider since Telstra are refusing to help her perform any troubleshooting. Superloop will help her with this
