@Jansant @DylanWalkden @HelenHaines1 @Kynes3 @zalisteggall @drkerrynphelps @MakeMayoMatter @juliabanksmp NBN needed to run further & truly could have been Australia's biggest and best infrastructure project. The longer Government's hold off on building it properly, to it's maximum potential, the further behind we slip as tech advances. Ambitious policy gets cut down far too often

@NBN_Australia @NBNCoLimited Incredibly poor support from the National Broadband Network. We are now facing 3 with no connectivity and our business is mere meters from the Melb-Syd fibre. #help #customersareeverything

@NBN_Australia So can I regard this maintenance as essential or is it non-essential but not limited? Optus says it is to get more customers into the network. And you can’t do it overnight or at the weekend?

@JoBreizner2 Hi Billy, we got an update from NBN Co that the outage has been resolved this morning. We can see that your nbn box is now online but the modem isn't. Try to give it a power restart and let us know how it goes. -Charm

@The_Rail_Life @tzk1810 I’ve heard ABB are good. Our Optus NBN very poor initially due to low CVC provisioning. Now we typically get over 100Mbps, even in busy times. But $90.

NBN Atlas performance issues update: We are still experiencing intermittent but severe problems and full service is unlikely to resume until Monday. Your patience is greatly appreciated while we continue to investigate. We apologise for the inconvenience this is causing.

@The_Rail_Life @tzk1810 Worth noting that advertised speed is their theoretical max. It matters how much capacity (CVC) they buy from NBN Co and can be the diff between great and awful speeds during busy times. Never heard of Superloop, look for reviews.

Aviation Insider
(@Aviation1nsider) reported
@NBN_Australia our NBN is continually cutting out when someone walks by the modem and NBN box or open the door that is near it. We have replaced the modem, replaced the NBN box and troubleshot with ISP to no success. Not the service that we pay for.

@Chinnyb_ What that group means to me. I said when the album dropped that the Grammy win is irrelevant. A Nigerian man born in 1991 has an album executive **** by Puff Daddy, with Timbaland and NBN on it. I will never get over how cool that is.

Called @DodoAustralia after not having internet for 2 days and trying to work from home. Said there was an outage and told me @NBN_Australia would fix a day ago. Still nothing. Using mobile data again but still expected to pay for a service that isn't working... @acccgovau
