Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Wodonga and nearby locations:

  • EricKerrforIndi Eric Kerr (@EricKerrforIndi) reported from Wodonga, State of Victoria

@Jansant @DylanWalkden @HelenHaines1 @Kynes3 @zalisteggall @drkerrynphelps @MakeMayoMatter @juliabanksmp NBN needed to run further & truly could have been Australia's biggest and best infrastructure project. The longer Government's hold off on building it properly, to it's maximum potential, the further behind we slip as tech advances. Ambitious policy gets cut down far too often

  • jhinch Jason H (@jhinch) reported from Wodonga, State of Victoria

@NBN_Australia It's stated on your website that it should be phased out after 18 months. It's been 4 years. My provider told me to contact NBN for some answers as NBN is the one who increases the speed at the node, not them. Can you seriously not help at all with this?

  • CadmanMachinery CadMac (@CadmanMachinery) reported from Wodonga, State of Victoria

@NBN_Australia @NBNCoLimited Incredibly poor support from the National Broadband Network. We are now facing 3 with no connectivity and our business is mere meters from the Melb-Syd fibre. #help #customersareeverything

@mspoppyvgk6 I checked out their deals. Speeds seem slow? Or i don't understand the nbn speed thing. I just did a speed test and I'm getting 82 down and 30 up. Aussie seems to be about $80/mth for that? Is that right?

  • MD00042 M D (@MD00042) reported

Is it possible to die from NBN withdrawals and general tech entitlement and first world problems? Having said that, as someone looking for tech roles, studying tech and a heavy user, this is totally ******

  • Immortalzen Im̶̧̲͇̂̇͂͒͒͊m̷̻̖͂͒̇̋͗̊͌̓̑̇Ωr†ΔL Z̴̙͖͚̗̜̜̍̓̓̕͠ΞN氣⛤☭ (@Immortalzen) reported

Australian and New Zealand Immunology Society (ASI) supports pausing the rollout of the AstraZeneca vaccine in favour of the more effective Pfizer vaccine. The Australian Government continues to **** up because it's cheap and nasty. Rolling out a vaccine as ineffective as the NBN

  • dbell2100 David Bell (@dbell2100) reported

@MeckeringBoy Ha. Our mobile reception is terrible in our area. NBN works fine.

  • RissMeister rissyjay (@RissMeister) reported

@Butters_X The speeds are actually really good, it’s like someone is turning the box off and then on again a second later. Nbn doesn’t see an issue when they come to the house because it doesn’t drop when they’re here so they just leave lol

  • tenancy_toolbox Tenancy Toolbox (@tenancy_toolbox) reported

@NBN_Australia "Planned maintenance is currently taking place" It would be very helpful if you sent out notifications prior to just abruptly dropping our service.

  • Irqqs Irqqs (@Irqqs) reported

@Optus Hey for some reason my NBN service randomly died & now I cant connect to the internet? Any issues in the Hillbank/Elizabeth Vale area?

  • landry235 Sue (@landry235) reported

Taking mum to the local Telstra agent hopefully to change her home nbn over to Telstra I know they have issues but they couldn’t be possible be worse than her current company. Fingers crossed

  • HazRobert Robert Hazeltine (@HazRobert) reported

@dodona777 The ATM specialises in providing 2nd rate services: quarantine, vaccine, NBN, pandemic support. Sound right?

  • JamesCo24018104 Greg (@JamesCo24018104) reported

@AvidCommentator The 200B war chest highlights how biased and stupid the 25B to 65 over with no means test was. Then add JobKeeper to casual/part timers who were making 150-300pw pre covid. The wastage is worse than NBN and Iraq war pit together. No probs though. MMT.
