    @Optus It looks like the Optus telephony is back. The Optus NBN is still down, now for over an hour. It's a nightmarish morning for Teams calls. What's the ETA? I'm managing my work with my mobile hotspot with Telstra. Those who have Optus mobile internet have no plan B.

    @NBN_Australia keeps dropping, my neighbour reports the same issue. No outages on the NBN status page... Great!

    Trying to get @NBN_Australia via @Optus however #NBN did not turn up for the appointment and no contact ever since regardless of constant requests. Optus blame NBN and NBN have ghosted us. Super poor form from both. Thinking on how to escalate so that they both can hear 🤔

    Never trust @Telstra!!! 4 phone calls later and they LIED about a 25AUD discount EVEN WHEN IT BECAUSE OF THEM THE NBN WAS SLOW AND THEY HAD TO CHANGE TO 4G ....NO DOCUMENTATION NOW THEY CALLING ME THE LIAR - AND ASKED THEM TO CHECK THEY REFUSED

    @mausies @UpUpNulla Static IP is pretty standard. A bit crap service. I struggle especially because I understand how things work and being treated like a halfwit pisses me off I have fibre-optic cable from the Tele pole to my house for Optus for 20 yes NBN could not or would not use that cable

    @VodafoneAU how is the nbn in Bondi Beach still down almost 12hours later?! This is ridiculous. It’s Monday morning and this is going to make working for many people very tricky!! Not to mention messing up anyone with Sunday movie night plans. Come on- get it together.

    @Telstra Not so far, by the time I went to the service page, everything was back up to speed. I think it should be up to Telstra to sort it out with NBN rather than me have it to do it. That would be very good service.

    @Telstra 2087 The old cable network is fine ask NBN what black hole they are dropping me into. 4 hours yesterday today again can't pay for such an unreliable service.

    @Telstra Troubleshooting showed no issues on our end. We had the NBN technician here when the initial set up did not work, but he sorted all that out from the FTTC pit to the house. Only a few weeks back.

    @NBN_Australia Update: Thanks for sending someone to have a look. He tried to help but finally concluded that the most speed I can get here is 17mbps! because we are 1 km away from the node. I need to find an altenrantive for NBN. It should not be this low next to a main street. #nbndisaster

    @NBN_Australia one genuine question: apparently because of the lockdown in Wollongong, NBN cannot send out a technician! I thought you are an essential service?! Also, the technician needs to check out the lines and wiring, etc. and they have no contact with a person. why can’t they work?

    @Jakebrisbane1 @NBN_Australia I'm in identical situation to you Jake. Lost internet at 3.30pm on Friday. NBN is saying they'll fix it when safe, yet we are not under water here. I work from home and need internet to earn income. I'd prefer bad news than no news so I can make arrangements.

    @Pyrodarknessan1 Hi there. We currently have approximately 19,883 services offline. Overnight, the severe weather & flooding across South East QLD continues to cause outages across the nbn™ network. The outages are being caused by power outages & damage from floodwaters. 1/3

    @lucky_rae Hi Rae, that must be frustrating for you and it’s definitely not what we’d want for you. Your provider may be able to perform line testing to see if there are any issues with nbn’s infrastructure? If they do find an issue, they can lodge a fault and we will work closely 1/2
