It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

Having no issues with my net working from home, quickly duck out to go get some lunch and on the way back i see @NBN_Australia down in the whole at the end of our street... 10 mins later internet goes out and been down now for like 8 hours :) love it

Waited 8 days for @NBN_Australia to come, only to find out after the fact that there was no appointment. @Telstra never thought to tell me. So I’ll wait another week for (probably) the same thing again. Anyone looking for internet AVOID @Telstra!!

@BelongAU @NBN_Australia internet down again at my home since 6PM and the site doesn't mention any outage. This is happening very frequently, last time was less than 30 days it took 4 days to be restored... Lane cove 2066

@NBN_Australia Similar to others, have been experiencing daily dropouts of our HFC service. ISP says this is NBN's issue not theirs, where do we get help?
