    It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

    @NBN_Australia I've wasted days on the phone to them trying to fix it. Last time the case manager told me it was fixed and he'd close the case after I told him it was not fixed. Did you know you can't actually call @Telstra on the phone any more? You. Can't. Call. The. Phone Company.

    @ellecee07 Hi Leisa, unfortunately, all the techs are run through @NBN_Australia - as they are a third party service. I would suggest giving our CS team a buzz on 1300 880 905 and they'll be able to take a deeper look into this from you and escalate it to NBN. Kindest, Lizzie

    @erstkate Sorry I meant the box thingy around the corner on the street. This was when we had ADSL though, haven't had issues with NBN yet.

    @NBN_Australia @Telstra So, just got a Text from Telstra saying that my NBN Service is now fixed and the ticket will be closed..... Not more than a hour later and we are back to the yo-yo between DSL and GSM. Guess what ? ITS NOT FIXED!!

    @MelanieTait I have NBN at home. I'm thinking of downgrading my ALDI phone plan from its current $25 per month. I am accumulating huge chunks of data I'll never use.

    @NBN_Australia Get Telstra to turn up with the modem and get the service working rather than keep pushing it back. Order logged early Jan.

    @MelanieTait $10/month. I haven't used it; but decided I would need another means of communication if my now NBN and VOIP wired one became useless in the case of an i/net outage. Which are most likely to happen in an emergency situation. Just an unpublicised NBN consequence.
