@_ClaireConnelly Especially in Australia, with our corroding copper Fraudband. Almost every webinar, video call, etc I’ve had has some glitches, dropouts, buffering issues. Thanks to Abbott Turnbull Morrison Frydenberg er al. #nbn Most expensive but slowest & least stable broadband.

Sayeth @NBN_Australia and @TPG_Telecom : "We can't detect an issue with your connection" Also NBN: "We're conducting maintenance in your area twice in two weeks" Really screams quality service.

@NBN_Australia you guys are actually just trolling at this point, right. There is no way this is actually serious. You're telling me that you need 38 days to fix an issue that existed before the floods, that you didn't do anything about at that time?

@Borgus17 Hi there, thanks for reaching out, it does sound like a scam. nbn will never cold call you to request remote access to your devices, advise you’re going to be disconnected, request payment for nbn equipment, ask to access your computer to offer technical support. 1/3

The @NBN tech came. The carrier signal strength is - 15dB. Max is - 10dB. So it's too weak to work. But it's raining, and their test equipment isn't waterproof. So they couldn't check the connection box at the side of the house. So, day off work for zip. @Telstra

@NBN_Australia Geebus this is rude! Are you drawing attention to the point that FTTP would have continued to work in flood areas? What an own goal.

@KaneCaster This is why the government shouldnt have taken over the fibre network its just nothing but a mess and the ISPs are rendered useless in situations like this due to constanct nbn delays and 0 comms...its a absolute joke.
