    @craigreucassel @NBN_Australia I’m with you there. Infrastructure’s failed here this morning and all the NBN site/phone line does is push you to complain to the service provider. It’s unaccountable to anyone!

    @craigreucassel @NBN_Australia I have similar experience. Solution: telecommunication ombudsman and contacting your MP.

    @craigreucassel @NBN_Australia They are appalling, the tech we finally got to set up our nbn (on that **** old copper line, not on our nice cable?), well he stunk, like really smelly ... and what happens to all that good cable infrastructure on our house and on the street?

    @craigreucassel similar issue. Nbn said contact your provider then the provider said it was nbn’s fault. I complained to the telecommunications ombudsman and told them that I had lodged a complaint and surprise, surprise they fixed it next day and asked if I could please withdraw the complaint

    @craigreucassel 3 years ago elderly FIL seriously ill and dying, MIL his carer & totally reliant on home phone. Internet connection constantly crashing, NBN kept posting out new routers when problem was out in the street. Took 8 months to resolve. She still has 3 new boxes NBN doesn't want back.

    @Telstra we’ve been trying to schedule the connection of our NBN, booking app doesn’t work and the stores are overwhelmed with people. Getting very urgent now. Can you help me?

    @robertsondw It sounds like an issue has been identified within the network being controlled by the NBN Co. In this case, this will be escalated to the engineering team who will coordinate the matter with the NBN to have the issue fixed. Updates will be provided as soon as available. -Charm

    @Richard33878882 @craigreucassel @NBN_Australia Thanks. Will do. Telstra’s official response obtained by our local ABC was something like - we know service suffers in holidays and Understand it’s frustrating. In other words, too bad.
