    @PerfectStormo @DavidHRobb @theboatend I've had a Linux-running box as a router at $PARENTAL_UNIT's house for the last decade, whilst not entirely trouble free, the ADSL, then later NBN HFC connections have been far more of a pain than the router. Given I'm an hour flight away (at best), this is important.

    @NBN_Australia Please clarify how a NBN scheduled maintenance has anything to do with my ISP and how they are responsible for compensation. Please stop pushing people around! I am in the process of contacting the news media as NBN does not have a direct complaint line and this is unacceptable.

    @Telstra #nbn is hands down the single worst internet connection I have had! The connection drops more often than raindrops in a thunderstorm. Pathetic !!!

    @the_pimaster Morning Russell, are your services still impacted? We hope you've raised the matter with your service provider. They can run a line test with you. If a fault is found over the nbn, the team will work with them to getting it fixed. Thanks, Maya
