  • mchlcpr Michael Cooper (@mchlcpr) reported

BEWARE! I had 3 very strange calls to my mobile today within space of 10 minutes. The first (which I answered after it rang twice) threatened that my nbn service would be disconnected within 24 hours if I did not respond by pressing 1 (I think), at which time I shut it down.

  • LJPatton Laurie Patton is The Lucky General (@LJPatton) reported

@RNBreakfast @SabraLane Congratulations to @PaulFletcherMP for recognising that his predecessors stuffed up the #NBN. But would moves to fix it be happening if we weren’t about to have an election?

  • BowringSusan SusanBM Queen Rat (@BowringSusan) reported

@BreakfastNews @mjrowland68 @PaulFletcherMP Well talking about having your own head up your own arse. I listened to this guy this am..........all I can say is the LIBS are in panic mode. NBN???????? They've had 4 years plus to fix it!

Telstra NBN outage claims no issue in my area, I beg to differ.

  • jazza1983 Jarrod McCloughan (@jazza1983) reported

No doubt about it that @telstra and @NBN_Australia are terrible at customer service. Had an appointment booked for today between 1pm and 5pm. Rang 4pm to confirm to be told it was cancelled. Can’t get hold of anyone in Australia. Next appointment is Thursday!!! WTF?!?!

  • RayWhitehead Grumpy old sewer rat 🐀 (@RayWhitehead) reported

@Telstra No. The issue, to be fair, appears to be a monument nbn stuff up. Their tech either has no idea of how to install a second line to a property or is incredibly lazy. It will require the nbn to move the blue/white pair back to the original wiring, so I get my foxtel back 1/2

  • benhoad Ben Hoad (@benhoad) reported

*nbn goes out* [checks nbn website for service outages] “There’s no nbn connection at that address” ಠ_ಠ *phone has 2 bars of 3G* ლ(ಠ益ಠლ)

  • borgc 💧Carmen Borg 🇲🇹 (@borgc) reported

@iTnews_au While NBN has stuffed the 4G fixed wireless. Just destroyed my internet use. Takes all day to open a received email. Constant drop out. Damn you, pack of Mafia criminals.

  • pjbrisbane Licorice PJ (@pjbrisbane) reported

@x_sammy_xo For getting set up, I’d go with Aussie. They’re not the cheapest, but they have great customer support and I had zero issues getting NBN to a newly build house.

  • redemptiongiver I am .@PRGuy. So is my wife 💉💉💉 (@redemptiongiver) reported

@Telstra Thanks Brandon. I have HFC cable NBN so I am all good. Just thought the "I dug a hole" was funny and that now Telstra has decided NBN is crap so is rolling out their own cable
