@josh49102628 Have you tried power cycling your equipment, Josh? Turn off your modem (and nbn™ connection box if you have one), and any connected device for 10 seconds. Turn your equipment back on again. Allow up to up 10 minutes for your hardware to reconnect to the network. - Gwen

@Telstra Sean, Considering the Telstra bottom line over the past decade (or two) one wonders why it's taken so long. Virtue signalling and 'dog food' for the desperate does nothing for Telstra's abysmal customer service reputation, over pricing, or the disaster that is the NBN.

@charlietech @NBN_Australia Unfortunately @iiNet keeps failing me, one kid and 2 adults on Teams, all 3 calls keeps dropping, when call , it took 40 minutes to get through, no resolution yet, no 4G coverage from Vodafone either in my areas of hills district

@TechJakes @Aussie_BB You can hardly blame ABB's service on the failures of the NBN in some areas. It's like blaming your car for the quality of the road. ABB consistently delivers top-tier services nationally. We haven't been paid to say this either!

@charlietech @NBN_Australia It hasn’t received the credit it deserves for holding up to the WFH rigours of the last 18 months. The biggest problem for mine is cheap, nasty and ineffective hardware supplied by ISPs.

@jeamland Someone tell me, again, how much the NBN rollout ended up costing? You know, the cheaper solution the LNP pushed...
