    @NBN_Australia Hi @NBN_Australia Its the 8th of August - any NBN outage issues in the 2089 postcode? Optical fibre is down and backup wireless which is super slow - no reports anywhere but it seems to be our reality! Thanks in advance for your attention!

    @NBN_Australia I've had no NBN service since Sat morn (6 Aug). Your status page says there is an outage but does not say what the problem is or provide an ETA. Calling TPG doesn't do anything as they refer me back to you because they don't anything either. Neutral Bay NSW. Pls dm

    Given the NBN network in my neck of the woods is ancient HFC cables strung between power poles, I'm guessing some dumbarse has put their car into pole, or a idiot overhead truck driver took out the cables.

    @NBN_Australia In fact Telstra claim its NBN "Thanks for that, there is a known issue affecting nbn services in the area, techs are currently working to resolve as soon as possible. - Jessica"

    @NBN_Australia I have spent 90 mins or more trying to solve a problem that was not mine. This happened because NBN/Telstra are not placing this information on the website. At the moment the NBN link you recommend tells me there are no outages - true - its mega-slow! Poor info provision.
