    @NBN_Australia The power has just come back on at about 4.40pm, but no explanation from @westernpowerwa. If the outage had extended much longer as it did in 2012, then we could have lost mobile connectivity and NBN and contents of freezers. Power needed for water pumping, heating. Plans needed.

    @VodafoneAU as a phone carrier: good, great. VodafoneAU as an NBN provider: complete. Bloody. Opposite. Really bloody disappointed in them on this 3rd attempt to get our NBN issues fixed only to recieve a message before the technician has arrived to tell us its fixed. (1/2)

    So my internet has dropped out again and now @NBN_Australia has to send out there 4th ******* technician. WHY DONT YOU ***** JUST GET THE FIRST ONE TO FIX IT!!!!! IM SO ******* OVER THIS!! ITS BEEN 3 GOD DAM MONTHS!!!!

    Are modern modems and routers audible? I have HFC, so there's a NBN unit for that and an ISP supplied router with firmware mods to support HFC. I guess the DSL portion goes unused.

    28 days later! Still no internet because the NBN is so incompetent it doesn’t employ a “technician” who can unlock a node and drain out the water that the idiot NBN jerry-built only twelve months ago. Great “service” losers! #stayawayfromNBN.

    @1stExecutive @Optus Mate they just cut my service off apparently after sending a letter to me in September advising NBN was coming in January, never got it, but no second letter/email/phone call/SMS… I’ll be working off my Telstra mobile tomorrow, family not so lucky

    Hello @Optus. Not only have you had zero NBN at my place of business for days on end and none in the foreseeable future, but also zero mobile data. Interestingly enough, your text message tells me if there IS an issue to go to a website. Which I can't. Because there's no data.

    @VodafoneAU I am an extremely upset customer who has been cheated by Vodafone in spite of being their customer for more than 5 years. Extremely pathetic customer service. Please disconnect all my services 2 mobiles and an NBN. Cheater !!

    @iiNet frequent outages with NBN in Richmond 3121. I emailed support more than 24 hours ago, problem is persisting no response from you yet
