@JAYovr It was similar where I worked too. Imagine relocating between NBN premises with the same technology type, and selling the exact same hardware to them under the pretense "it's locked to the old premises" just cop a modem purchase or recontract from the customer.

@NBN_Australia Still out. No maintenance or outages on the website. I've already escalated this through my ISP several times and had NBN technicians cancel because it's come back on when they've been scheduled, doesn't matter that it's off for days at a time in between. That's my issue.

Christ @NBN_Australia are horrible to deal with. Just send me out a new ntd device. Don't know why a tech needs to test it. Wouldn't be reporting the fault if it worked. Very hard to get an appointment when you actually work. #NBN #aussiebroadband

@djdiscusses @superloopnet Experiencing the same issues. I finally got a call back just then, saying it's an NBN issue and ETA for fixing is currently 6 October. I'm in the Tea Tree Gully area of Adelaide, if that helps.

@LindaMelisande This area of Adelaide either the internet is bad or the NBN is bad . When the temp is over 30 net drops out constantly so we have to reset the NBN constantly in the heat .

Urghh woke up early with bubs & stupid me decided to message about my wifi going off with my fetch box. Next minute 2.5 hours gone & nbn guy coming out next week + transferring my mobile + new nbn plan to save money. Last hurdle & fell over now waiting on a call at 11 to fix 😖

I hate Australia’s NBN. Current speed is 2.4mbps. I’ve had constant problems with Iprimus. Ongoing for 7 weeks. Sick of contacting call centre. Thinking of breeding pigeons as an alternative. @iPrimusAU #nbn @NBN_Australia

@kidkerrigan .@skimmytwo and @StormyAUS_ were having that issue just getting NBN installed after someone flogged their NBN network termination unit - I wrote out what they needed to say and they got an appointment for the following week lol. Hit me up.

@MCMLXXIII_AU @shallowchal NBN copper has limitations on the wire quality, promise 12, actually get 8MBps. It’s also capped speed for units who share the same node because of line splitting. I’m on 5G and get bandwidth up to 500mbps/80+ up, some suburbs with 5G can get 1GBps down/100 up.

@Optus Appalling service from my ISP today. 6 confirmation calls for an NBN upgrade, tech booked 8–12,no show, then a last-minute SMS cancelling due to “staff shortage”. My wife stayed awake after a night shift. Serious failure in planning, respect and professionalism.
