after almost 3 weeks my nbn connection box finally replacet , thank you Optus for excelenet customer service #optus #nbn #Broadband
@NBN_Australia Hi Maya. You haven't understood. There was an NBNCO van outside our place and a person working on an open pit. I spoke with him. He confirmed the fault. Obviously NBNCO was aware of it otherwise they wouldn't have sent someone out to fix it. But the outage page showed nothing.
3rd time in 10 days the ******* nbn has to do whatever work and interrupt services ALL day. ffs sort yourselves out!!
Is it actually possible to hate a company more than I currently hate @Optus ? It's like a ******* never ending cycle... On hold now for 30 minutes to change an NBN plan - they ****** up......
@NBN_Australia @Melanie_Kers Don't bother looking at that link. It isn't accurate. We had an NBN van here fixing a problem and the outage wasn't listed.
@NBN_Australia What's the point of the Network Outages web page if it doesn't have any current info? We have an issue with our connection, there is an NBNCo van outside with someone working on it but there is no mention of it on your network status page. How does that work?
@Optus So NBN has been restored but still unable to get wifi access through the NBN modem. Have turned on/off, troubleshooting through Modem User Guide and checked connection via 192.168.0.1 and all looking good but unable to connect any device to network. Any tips?

@Telstra Tomorrow afternoon - as a small business owner - having this NBN service that drops out a lot does put me in difficult positions a lot... Is this the norm for the NBN product...?
I wondered why I couldn’t log into work there’s an LBN Co outage in NSW. At least this is one occasion where NBN Co may have been better. This is quite rare.

@NBN_Australia If only that were true. Your infrastructure is the issue.
