@Vanished00One I’m sorry to read this, Robert. But isn’t Hobart in Brisbane? I checked on a map (our internet is still down, so no Google maps) and it’s in the same region. Please allow a further 3 weeks for our NBN to return and a further 4 for the delivery of your socks. ~Teddy

  • _FredMackay Fred Mackay (@_FredMackay) reported

@NBN_Australia I would LOVE to, if it weren't an intermittent fault. I'd hazard a guess and say it's a problem at the exchange level, not my freshly installed and tested line.

  • JD1337 JD1337 (@JD1337) reported

    3) this just shows absolute continued poor direction at @NBN_Australia . Money focussed rather than actually building infrastructre for Australia. Cost cutting, and nickel and diming is going to continue to hurt our economy AND our international competitiveness. Invest!

  • jxeeno ken tsang (@jxeeno) reported

yes, it's a bit more nuanced than that. but what NBN Co has done is modelled that by 2022, customers will need an additional $2 worth of CVC per customer. the only "consultation" is whether you bundle that into the AVC or get providers to pay for the CVC overage

I switched to @Aussie_BB in Aug! They have been so great with service, price and communication. In July I tried to cancel my Optus ADSL - but they couldn’t find my account I’d had for years & told me NBN probably cancelled it. They didn’t. I paid four months auto direct debit.

  • simpetted Simpette (@simpetted) reported

@NihachusSpotify Please do, the nbn is bad

  • 8uttersBen Ben Butterfield (@8uttersBen) reported

@Telstra I currently have a fault with my NBN connection there is an appointment to hopefully get this resolved my issue is not with that but the poor service I have received from your so called valued staff. And long wait times

  • hohum3001 hohum (@hohum3001) reported

@NBN_Australia if you're having trouble with sourcing chips for CPE couldn't you press the (probably vast) fleet of older equipment back in to service? For example, I can get my hands on an older ARRIS modem - why couldn't I give you that MAC address & use that temporarily?

  • gorstenbortst Dave Abbott (@gorstenbortst) reported

Hey @Optus, your ****** website sucks. I want to change my NBN plan but your stupid process requires that I first chat with a bot which isn’t available... Can’t you just be ******* normal?

  • bittenbydesign Bitten By Design (@bittenbydesign) reported

@JeffC42 @BethanyinCBR Yes, but now Scotty has announced they will ‘fix’ the NBN (by using the original plan. The announcement came strangely just a fortnight before Murdoch launched his online streaming service called Binge. Libs pandering to Murdoch again? No of course not, totally coincidental!
