However in the time it took to send that tweet, the red light on the modem came on, so I reset it and were away. Odd that I’ve had issues two days in a row. Could it be related to the NBN construction going on.

It’s so hard to pick, at times there are some providers are so far ahead of the rest, and other times where they’re competing for who is worst. We’re hoping this last month and a 1/2 is refunded - the service was shocking!

I work nights until quite late so this is when I relax and watch tv. We have no digital tv signal here so all our news and media comes through the NBN. 😣 So frustrating when it consteantly drops out.

We are on FTTN and ever since it launched we have had dropouts at least 2-3 times a day. We are just hoping an upgrade will fix it. And 150 a month is very steep. Cheers again.

David Stafford (@D_A_Stafford) reported@NBN_Australia Hi Maya. You haven't understood. There was an NBNCO van outside our place and a person working on an open pit. I spoke with him. He confirmed the fault. Obviously NBNCO was aware of it otherwise they wouldn't have sent someone out to fix it. But the outage page showed nothing.

We've tested the line with 3 different handsets but there is no dial tone. Restarted both the NBN modem and router/phone box multiple times.
