7 months after informing TELSTRA we are moving and no longer need our land line and NBN service we are still being charged multiple calls emails and 3 visits to a service centre still being charged

@GamersNexus @HardwareUnboxed Though I've got mine on a special early-bird deal, pay 30AUD for like 55GB per month. Though am using the Optus network so it's usually congested during the day and only get 50/20Mbps with my S10+ in the middle of the night xD Which is the same speed as my NBN :P

@stevol321 @InsidersABC @David_Speers NBN and NDIS were ALP ideas, too. When has that stopped the LNP from stuffing things up? Try to tell your provider you're not going to w-f-d. RC told them what was needed, but did they fix the problems? LNP have been in for 7 years, complain about ALP when they're in.

@Optus you’ve done it again. #Floptus I’ve tried to assist setting up my mums home phone for a month now. You cancelled her nbn setup visit and still haven’t contacted her after a week and now send her another nbn box. You guys are the worst for customer service. @acccgovau

@Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia Done and the faults been fixed since. Hopefully for good? Because last time there was a ‘it came good and sorted itself’ as an explanation and that’s never a fix.

@RickTheWarden @me_dc NBN technician came yesterday to fix outage fault, changed some hardware inside & outside... was working fine until now. It seems like it’s tripped the front room where the NBN/modem is inside - safety switch won’t stay on. Still try what you’ve suggested?

On the phone to AussieBB, wow since yesterday’s outage I had 25 dropped connections. I’d like to say ‘damn HFC’ but apparently not necessarily. Anyway it’s time for the NBN man in the van to do his thing.

Last night my internet provider said they’d raise a service request with NBN and a tech would attend within 24 hours. They just said they need to do another test w me tonight before they can raise the request. So it’ll be another night w no internet and no way to deliver prizes!

@NBN_Australia Hey there, it says that I can connect, but RSP are telling me that NBN will not process any service requests. Previously had a service at the same address.

@Unholeh I’ve been using a few routers after they asked me to change multiple times. I’ve even replaced the black nbn box. Done every troubleshooting steps known to man but nothing helps. I think it’s just an nbn wiring issue but they refuse to help.

The LNP gave us a 2nd rate NBN to protect Murdoch's assetts & despite the LNP saying it would cost practically nothing blew out by about $60 billion. Thankfully Labor is fixing it to catch up with the rest of the world

@newscomauHQ All I will say is I moved to a place where I could only get a 5G modem & it is **** buffering, dropouts, not loading streaming, When I was on NBN i didn’t even come close to half a TB of use now 5G with 8 less devices connected & I’m hitting 1TB in 2 weeks. Just sucking up the GB

Been getting calls from “NBN” A) @NBN_Australia do not call ppl for tech support. B) Call their bluff. “my ip has been made public & is being hacked” “So what’s my ip?” “Ok, go to goo..” “No! I know my ip, if it’s public.. what is it?” [guy hangs up] @ScammerPayback @Aussie_BB
