Hey @iiNet this NBN business is the worst!! Had it for two weeks wish I’d never switched from naked broadband. Internet is so slow, it’s unusable. Having to rely on my phone data. HELP.

@TPG_Telecom 4am and right on cue, no WiFi. Happens every night, several times. I work nights until quite late so this is when I relax and watch tv. We have no digital tv signal here so all our news and media comes through the NBN. 😣 So frustrating when it consteantly drops out.

@LAMcCormick @NBN_Australia Exactly. It’s so hard to pick, at times there are some providers are so far ahead of the rest, and other times where they’re competing for who is worst. We’re hoping this last month and a 1/2 is refunded - the service was shocking!

Tonight’s temperature will not drop below 28/29°C in #Adelaide... and the local power company has decided to switch power off at 11:00pm. - Also, after 36 HOURS, our home is still without internet. The #NBN is fine to take money from customers, but fails to deliver a service.

@Internode The cable is only a year old. However in the time it took to send that tweet, the red light on the modem came on, so I reset it and were away. Odd that I’ve had issues two days in a row. Could it be related to the NBN construction going on.

In Australia, more players seek to operate in the #NBN backhaul space. This sounds great for customers, but it can lead to problems with the quality of the commercials, service level agreements & services. Wholesale differentiation therefore has to be grounded in service quality.

@TheDSingularity Telstra's shocking customer service is renowned. For info only: my voice calls to Optus get answered immediately by friendly competent staff, and my Optus wireless broadband internet service provides unlimited data at speeds ~100Mbps or faster (and is way cheaper than the NBN).

@NBN_Australia my NBN has been down for over 12 hours … called my provider 3 times they are waiting on update form yourself - can you please give customers some sort of ETA … we work from home and rely on NBN. I believe over 70 iiNet customer are effected

@EtIgnis I live outside of the CBD so Internet has never been good until they rolled out the NBN (National Broadband Network). It's FTTN (or FTTC).. Not Cable.. But, I live close to the node box and have a 100mbit/40mbit connection. I use a Fritzbox 7490 and have a shielded Cat7A Cable.
