I have just been told by my ISP that I will have no internet connection due to NBN issues until they can come & inspect equipment earliest appointment available 30th December. So I have no wifi internet for next 12 days over the Christmas period... Brisbane Australia WTF!!? #NBN

The ADSL has dropped out across our whole village. Everyone not on the NBN has no internet. @Telstra have confirmed the outage and say it will be fixed by 7pm on December 29th. 11 days! What the hell!? How the hell is that any kind of acceptable response!?

We are with Telstra for our phones and internet...we have no choice in the matter. We have had no internet for 3 days now. The call centre in India is not helpful. It is an NBN issue. This is fkd.

Just had my FIFTH NBN tech visit since August. Despite two days of civic works last week, he's now identified a NEW hardware problem. He has no solution, and I now need to wait to be contacted, again, to arrange a time for someone to come sort this out. Ridiculous.

Is this just me? NBN sign up... @tpg sent the modem to the wrong address & then tried to activate the account 2 weeks before agreed - so cancelled @Optus assured us the modem would arrive Tuesday (as we're moving) - looks like 23rd now. So will cancel this too. @Telstra next??

@Optus (2) I still have NBN FTP with you and 2 mobile phone packages. I used to get a new phone every 2 years, no longer available. Am still paying same amount but without a new phone. Optus shop staff are rude at my local shop. Customer Service puts you on hold for at least an hour.
