    @NBN_Australia Thanks for the reply. Can hardly wait for this process, our connection is getting a lot slower. Down from ~40 down a couple of months back to ~31 now. Nothing has changed in my house, presume we’ve got contention issues in the area or faulty cabling after the heavy rain.

    @parana_man Hi there, Lahiru. Sorry to hear about the issues you're having with your WiFi. I've had a look at Epping NSW and can see we have a fault impacting NBN customers in the area. Our tech teams are working to resolve this asap (1/2)

    @NBN_Australia Internet is down, just checked NBN site and apparently scheduled maintenance is underway. No notification from NBN co or my ISP. Pathetic.

    @theage More strain on the broadband network? if the office workers are at home then they are not using broadband at work. Is the NBN that useless?

    @NBN_Australia Does NBN not have a record of past tickets logged from our addresses? I have logged multiple tickets, my neighbour has logged multiple tickets. Do the technicians leave notes? This is a recurring issue for us that is never fully diagnosed.

    After suffering various technical Wi-Fi issues on NBN since July, massive shoutout to a new product from Amazon called @geteero it's called mesh Wi-Fi, 3 gizmos installed around the house, we now experience 100Mbps download speed, even on MS Teams video calls 👏👍 #wifi #router

    @NBN_Australia Hi there, thank you. I have contacted Telstra and they are sending out a technician tomorrow. However, the root cause is never resolved. The pit dries and the issue resolves itself until next time and round and round we go. I have my neighbours also logging service requests.

    @NBN_Australia Is working from home considered an essential service? Because it is to me. My employer expects me to be online during business hours and yet I am dealing with NBN issues when there is severe weather. I have 4G failover for a reason and that is because we cannot rely on the NBN.
