  • raywilton4 💧Ray Wilton 💧💦 (@raywilton4) reported from Lennox Head, State of New South Wales

“Mr Mullen claimed that the NBN’s high wholesale pricing would force resellers to “withdraw or go broke”, with consumers ultimately losing out. “The downside of this in turn will be fewer service providers and ultimately higher broadband prices to the consumer,” Mr Mullen said.”

  • teeser 💧Linda Teese (@teeser) reported from Byron Bay, State of New South Wales

@platykitten We're already paying for a substandard service. Let NBN pay the fkn tax

  • raywilton4 💧Ray Wilton 💧💦 (@raywilton4) reported from Lennox Head, State of New South Wales

“Labor had spent around $6.5 billion on the NBN when the Coalition took power in 2013, with the government since splashing more than $44 billion of taxpayer funds to create what experts have described as an “obsolete” and “third-world” broadband network.” Arrogant f**king lnp.

@markhumphries Can’t you give the property a bad review, ie owner won’t pay NBN a once only fee . Surely if enough people do it it will catch on . Should be the responsibility of the owner and part of the allure of the property

  • RobRobbEdwards Robb Edwards 🌱 (@RobRobbEdwards) reported

@NBN_Australia NBN is a failure Speeds are very low Responses to problems associated with ongoing interruptions are second rate at best If there was another option I would take it In fact 4G IMO is far more reliable than 5G

  • georbear AusValues (@georbear) reported

@marauderlil90 @markhumphries Yes, it's a terrible market for renters. There are huge shortages of rental properties. These issues are much bigger and more important than a $300 NBN connection.

  • pasull Paul Sullivan (@pasull) reported

@markhumphries The NBN fee just replaced the Telstra Connection fee $250 10 yes ago and my landlord paid it back then. FYI Home Wireless BB or 5G are **** when weather is bad. PS: why changing rental so often?

  • FreeKs66 Kai Free (@FreeKs66) reported

@markhumphries Yup, daughters rental has dodgy wiring for nbn that keeps cutting out. Landlord refuses to fix it.

  • _SocialDemocrat Leftwing Bastard (@_SocialDemocrat) reported

@markhumphries Its never cost me a cent to get NBN installed.

  • Bombers83 Callum #Whatever (@Bombers83) reported

Help out a friend get connected to NBN only for them to also get a new phone.. phew

  • anncherie49 💧Ann McGlynn (@anncherie49) reported

@odeo64 @markhumphries It’s either NBN or no internet as Telstra owns the copper network that enables ADSL and cuts the service off a few months after NBN is connected. Your ignorance and rudeness makes an absolute fool of you.

  • BhagsNStonks BhagsNStonks (@BhagsNStonks) reported

@markhumphries 100%. NBN is spending an estimated $18k to upgrade existing home owners to FTTP. The cost? $0. Yet a new home builder or renter needs to pay $300 to connect a vital service. Especially tragic the renter must pay given they don't own the home

  • sam_therman Sam Harrison (@sam_therman) reported

@NBN_Australia @leeiberry98 You shirk all responsibility to the provider? But you own the infrastructure that can’t handle the basics speeds of 40-50mbps every single reply is “ have you spoken to the provider “ it’s the hardware, that’s the problem.
