@platykitten We're already paying for a substandard service. Let NBN pay the fkn tax

💧Ray Wilton 💧💦 (@raywilton4) reported from Lennox Head, State of New South Wales
“Labor had spent around $6.5 billion on the NBN when the Coalition took power in 2013, with the government since splashing more than $44 billion of taxpayer funds to create what experts have described as an “obsolete” and “third-world” broadband network.” Arrogant f**king lnp.

💧Ray Wilton 💧💦 (@raywilton4) reported from Lennox Head, State of New South Wales
“However, Internet Australia chair Paul Brooks slammed the report as “self-serving” & “disingenuous”. “Clearly [the NBN Co] have an image problem they’re trying to repair, and that image problem is justified,” Dr Brooks said. Speedtest ranks Australia 61st for broadband speed”

@charleyb2355 @ajhill_alan @AntonyGreenABC Also given the technological divide and the fact we have compulsory voting, I would see a lot of problems here. NBN Co are now admitting that FTTN is woefully inadequate and are upgrading it to FTTP.

Constance Alexander 🐀 (@ConstanceAlex23) reported
@Telstra Yes - update is 3 more pointless, soul-destroying conversations with 3 more Telstra staff, all contradictory, one visit from NBN technician who said there's nothing for him to do & left, a day's lost work for me and still no solution from Telstra.
-
Michael Bayly (@dmbayly) reported
An Afghan minister has requested technological assistance from Australia to help fight the Taliban. Given our NBN, submarine and dud fighter plane experiences recently I'd suggest we have nothing positive to contribute.

Please be patient. The link here in Melbourne is Australia’s NBN with 20 mbs uplink. This is a home service. It is being overloaded. Apologies.
-
Osh Bagosh (@BagoshOsh) reported
@SageAU @rhysam Wrong, the Australian people were convinced to vote for the connection on the right because they're stupid as dog ****. Turns out the lambo\Labor NBN FTTP connection would of been cheaper, vastly superior, and not be a complete clown show of corruption.

@Telstra We r on nbn copper wires to the end of our street. We did a trouble shoot thing that we were told to do a while ago and it fixed it a little. Any way how to make the internet more consistent so It dosent fluxuates too much
-
Lakey Farm (@RayMondeDeux) reported
@Option1 @rhysam People have been forced to down grade their connection in order to be connected to the NBN. Unfortunately it has become another LNP national joke...... Like the vaccine roll out....
-
Neil Cameron ️🕯️ (@Option1) reported
@RayMondeDeux @rhysam Yep, and even here in Brisbane, I finally (like less than a year ago) managed to get connected to the NBN. Sadly it's the #LNPCorruptionParty's FTTN BS which means I still get slow speeds & dropouts during peak times. So even 5 years later STILL worse than I had in Nth America.

Gelly Starr (@GellyStarr) reported
@EmRusciano @Telstra Scammers r calling landlines including silent nos. 1st, auto msg saying from NBN “ur internet is going 2 b cut off in 24hrs” Then some Indian says they’re from @Telstra. I tell them, not Telstra customer, response is “Telstra controls all services” parents r old could get scammed

@Telstra thanks for mucking up a move order and cancelling my internet. Greatly appreciated when two working from home & at home schooling. NBN help line also closes before time stated on call. Modest organisation.
