@charlietech @NBN_Australia Charlie every time it slightly rains at my parents place the NBN drops,why? Optus have said it’s common problem and will only fix or report to NBN if happens 5 times in a day - my parents are old is there a way I can have consistent NBN for them including phone connection?

@NBN_Australia Everything. Have contacted our provider. They say it’s an NBN issue. Unfortunately, we have to wait for a technician till Monday. Hoping somehow that it could be sooner rather then later?

@NBN_Australia Yep; we did. Needed to get rid of the filter on the phone line. It was that which caused the problem. Now download/upload speeds are 53.8/18.4 Mbps.

@DodoAustralia what's the URL for seeing your *existing* support tickets for your account? I can create a new ticket but there doesn't seem to be a link/URL for checking on pending/existing requests. Have lodged multiple requests about my NBN speed and no response as yet.

@jasonandrade @GrogsGamut @Aussie_BB Agree on Aussie BB - I’m on HFC so have occasional issues with ageing infrastructure breaking and their customer service/support/comms has been good (issues are usually at NBN network end)
