@NBN_Australia @awssecuritysyd @awscloud @AWSstartups @thelivecoders My other problem is I have NBN to the node but copper up to the apartment (1st floor). I don't really want to pay the $350 for @Telstra just to provide a quote. Just tell me how much for free and I'll most likely just pay you to upgrade me! 🤣

@theprojecttv @Telstra @NBN_Australia - IF only parents could keep ALL kids off the internet between 7am-6pm M-F - then that would help US people working from home do our jobs for the economy. AU internet is SHIT! #workingfromhome #Covid_19australia

@vanOnselenP The ex Telstra copper wiring was never going to be up to the job according to ex Telstra techies I have spoken to. We have waited two years and only now have we been told we are eligible to connect to NBN because the old infrastructure needed to be upgraded in our neighbourhood

@refoxing @TurnbullMalcolm Turdball you have fibre to the home and most of the rest of us have crap. Your mongrel nbn includes heaps of crumbling ex Telstra infrastructure that will require replacement in 5-10 years and cost us billions extra

@NBN_Australia @awssecuritysyd @awscloud @AWSstartups @thelivecoders Intermittent connections, and when it is connected very very slow. I can't run speed test to see how slow. Internet times out when connecting to lots of websites and pages need to be refreshed multiple times before something happens.

@NBN_Australia and Belong Internet have really made life difficult for us no. We're students who are indoors as advised by the govt. but have no internet since we got our confirmation message. Nbn says the issue is with Belong and Belong doesn't help us out at all. (1/3)

@worldofBG Hi Brett, sorry to hear your Internet service hasn't been working as intended. If your address is now NBN ready, you will need to make a move over to NBN before the old network is shut down. As the NBN network takes over more of the Internet infrastructure, (1/3)

@heidisapirate I was with Optus and changed to Aussie Broadband. Great reliability and they tell me whenever there is an outage and planned outages. Prices are better than Optus It's best to check on nbnco to see what type of connection your NBN uses. FTTP and HFC are you better connections

@InCythera @AlboMP Yes, really. 286k homes can’t reach min mandated speeds. Depends on your infrastructure. You know that. I’m not referring to my own speed, just the poor losers forced on to FTTN or some such crap. Unfortunately people just blame the NBN.

@matthewlewis061 @AlboMP Well, Good on you Mathew. Now what about all the good citizens of OZ that have a fairly ordinary service? Just because your NBN is good doesn’t mean everyone’s is good. It could’ve been so so much better if the dumb arses at the LNP had kept the FTTH connection proposal.

@AlboMP LOL. 5G & then 6G is coming ALBO, that'll make Labor's stupid brain fart redundant. "NBN Co says about two percent of all premises - up to 238,000 - are still incapable of minimum 25Mbps peak download speeds, though it claims “the vast majority” of those see speeds over 20Mbps."
