  @Henjam48 @JaneCaro @TonyAbbottMHR @NBN_Australia They’ve been set up to fail. Like most entities that are answerable to govt. The person responsible for it all is JWH. Had Telstra not been sold in the first place, it would have continued to upgrade its network and we may not have needed an NBN on the scale the ALP envisaged.

  Summary: we almost-delivered an obsolete network not fit for purpose and now we're struggling with finding a way to make it valuable as a private asset and service our debt, and raise capital to rebuild it post-2020 instead of it being made a public utility #NBN #NBN2

  Why is @3AW693 targeting @Telstra about the NBN and how it’ll cope with the increased load on the network. There are other providers of the NBN out there. #sheeple listening will take any slow downs or outages as being Telstra’s fault/problem.

  @kr0der Fair call, I’m from Melbourne, I’m a streamer so reliable internet is literally key for me lol… losing $100s each day. It’s been an issue for the last 4 days and they can’t send anyone from NBN out until Monday unfortunately. But they know it is on NBNs side, so that’s a start..

  @Carlsie555 Depends if it is a provider or NBN hardware issue. We’ve found Aussie Broadband to be good to deal with and reliable. I can’t remember who the kids are with. I’d have to check.

  @NBN_Australia any update on service outage in Seven Hills/Norman Park in Brisbane, QLD? Your website is lagging and blaming a power outage for the issue. @Energex did their job, we had power back on within 4.5-5 hours, that was yesterday 16/06/26 Still waiting 27+ hours later…

  All I want from an RSP is suitable communication on why the service cannot be connected, and the timeframe in which the condition stopping it from being connected resolved. How hard is it to get decent feedback from the NBN co processes.

  When I went into the carport, the light was on, the power point was turned off and the ethernet cable ripped out and the port was broken. He had taken the cover off the NBN box and that's what woke me up- when he was putting it back on. Pretty sure he was looking for a spare key
