  @Henjam48 @JaneCaro @TonyAbbottMHR @NBN_Australia They’ve been set up to fail. Like most entities that are answerable to govt. The person responsible for it all is JWH. Had Telstra not been sold in the first place, it would have continued to upgrade its network and we may not have needed an NBN on the scale the ALP envisaged.

  @Telstra If you REALLY want to help and really imagine my frustration how about moving the NBN appointment back to it's original date! The amount of money Telstra has cost me trying to get this fixed is disgusting!! And stop cancelling the dates of the technicians!!

  @TPG_Telecom Over 3 weeks that I signed the NBN plan, and still not working, 3 NBN technician and 2 TPG came home and couldn’t fix my problem. When I got the plan I paid 89,99 and today they charged me 79,99. Today I finally canceled and I demand to be completely refunded.

  What I really hate, is that our internet infrastructure is so garbage, that I cant hold a solid internet connection long enough to stream. Streaming has become my lively hood, and not being able to do it, is hurting me. #NBN and #AussieBroadBand GET YOUR **** TOGETHER.

  I truly believe the worst part of being in lockdown with two adults who have to remote work and three kids in homeschooling is @NBN_Australia doing one day of scheduled maintenance every week.

  @marblewraith @JJKALE2 We like many others around us we don’t have NBN on the farm and luckily everything works fine and the only time we’ve had any outage has been during the occasional thunderstorm. Maybe in the city it would be a problem? My husband has been remote teaching without issues.

  @Telstra do you have an outage at the south coast ? Can’t get through to your network (nbn) or website to do a check … call centre not responding

  @UACinfo @Telstra … looks like the Uac website is unreachable from bigpond nbn cable .. mobile works fine, might fix itself automatically, if not, thought you should know.
