    @Telstra I fail to see the humour in a now 28 hour old NBN outage that has meant I have spent the best part of 2.5 hours in the Telstra app chatting with 3 separate customer service reps asking the exact same questions and still no further along with answers

    @Telstra How on earth do you suggest I resolve my problem when your app won’t run a diagnostic or tells me the NBN diagnostic failed and you are prohibiting telephone call contact due to COVID 19 ... how do I study or work??????????

    I have to say @Telstra I smell bollocks when your Conplaints Department confirm the planned outage has been resolved and organise a technician to investigate your NBN service but 4 hours later another Department calls you to advise your wifi functionality will be fixed by 5pm

    @NBN_Australia @NBN_Australia ... Telstra cancelled my technician appointment claiming issue was resolved ... it wasn’t ... earliest a technician can attend is Friday 16/4/21 ... NOT GOOD ENOUGH

    @NBN_Australia Even though @Telstra confirmed at 11am yesterday the outage was resolved and a technician needed to be organised ... at 3pm yesterday I get a call from an entirely different department of Telstra saying my wifi service would resume at 5pm yesterday = bollocks

    @TheSaltminer @NickRossTech @abcnews @netflix @abc730 The story is specifically about streaming TV killing the NBN’s dream of fast broadband on fixed wireless. Whether it was a stupid dream to begin with is another issue. There’s a strong argument that FW has been poorly deployed - but it was in the mix for all ministers.

    The earliest @Telstra allege they can get a technician to inspect my NBN fault is 17 days after the issue began ... @rayhadley2gb - interested in hearing more about how this ISP has treated a customer of 15 years ? No NBN, wifi, landline for 17 days

    Just moved house, been unhappy with Telstra for a while so switched to @Aussie_BB because service supposed to be good! Need a @NBN_Australia tech to connect us, he says not very busy atm @Aussie_BB say it will take a week! #nocommunication #badservice

    NOW @Telstra ... between 4pm & 6pm I had wifi connection ... between 6-7.30pm my Telstra smart modem has restarted on 5 occasions ... since 7.30pm I’ve had a blue light on my smart modem & NO NBN ... MY ISSUE HAS BLATANTLY NOT BEEN RESOLVED!!! POOR FORM

    @Telstra I feel like I am in a Monty Python skit ... after an ongoing TEN DAY NBN outage until 9pm last night, you assured me the outage was fixed ... between 11am & 4pm today there was yet another outage WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTIFICATION BY YOU OF SUCH OUTAGE

    @Telstra I’m having trouble with the fact I have an nbn internet contract & @Telstra has been in breach of contract for 15 days ... for 8 days I had no wifi, nbn or landline ... for 7 days I’ve had 4G backup ... NOT GOOD ENOUGH

    @NBN_Australia I’ve been checking @Telstra ‘s NBN outage website for the past 10 days and each day it says no outage in my area despite Telstra assuring me of a planned outage between 21/2-5/3 which they failed to notify me about prior

    Well neither @Telstra or @NBN_Australia have managed to resolve my issue between them ... 30 days & counting ... shame on you both ... I have an online University exam worth 40% of my mark to do this weekend ... back to Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman

    @Telstra @NBN_Australia Thankgod for a switched on technician ... my wifi issue was the result of my modem disabling the wifi functionality during a firmware upgrade and had you bothered to run a diagnostic @Telstra could have confirmed this 12 days ago - 👏 ineptitude #bravo

    @Telstra Read what i wrote you are as bad as compatriots in your fault centre. The NBN tech has replaced the NBN box which was blown by storm Friday and considering your router automatically cuts to 4g wifi backup how would an outage show up???????. Now its your router thats stuffed.

    @NBN_Australia cant get NBN to my property so offered #skymuster satellite. At least free to install. Totally useless Speed slow, latency high & data restricted. Back to 4G Asked NBN to remove equipment “costs will start from $420 but it can be significantly higher than this”

    @rtennantwood Lightning does that, my NBN just went down. When it happens I don't do anything. It often resets itself within hrs or day. In town, we're still using copper we don't really have quality NBN. Had them out x3 boxes & told me to turn off when it rains. We were sold dummy nb. 🤞🤞

    @NBN_Australia's FTTN strikes again: 24 of 30 days with unreliable or no service. Faults with the copper in the street were fixed but yet again we're without service with at least 3 days before someone can look at it. @AlboMP, it's time to fast-track fibre for the Blue Mountains!

    @NBN_Australia 2/2 prevent the box from failing. You still end up with the same issue: no service. It would be great to have a spare box on hand for such events. We’re heading into a week of storms and public holidays. Can you send me a spare box for when this one inevitably fails again?

    @NBN_Australia I do but clearly there's something wrong on your end if every time rains hard or storm your system goes down There's a fault & no matter how many times your techs come out they clearly miss it. & your communication sucks. U don't talk to each other so same thing happens agsin

    Oh look storm and @NBN_Australia down again. Wonder how long will it take them to suss yet again EVERY TIME rains hard or storm NBN goes. Ev bloody week last month. Hav 2 phone up book appoint Its your system not mine ffs
