  • JennaPrice Jenna Price (@JennaPrice) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

hey @NBN_Australia your blokes tore up my landline, promised it would be ok by the end of the day (and it isn't). Seems a bit rich to ask @telstra to fix it.

  • MitchOates Mitch oates (@MitchOates) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@TheSarahMoore @optusbusiness @Telstra Telstra is also rubbish. I left Telstra for Vodafone which is actually faster mobile phone speed and our Vodafone nbn is mint. Better service and cheaper too

  • HughJimBissel Hugh Jim Bissel (@HughJimBissel) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@smh @latikambourke Given the complete cluster **** of an NBN presided over by @TurnbullMalcolm, Britain would do well to ignore him completely.

  • manaz_d Robert Hudson (@manaz_d) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

My wife got an email about a planned outage due to NBN work on the 27th of Feb. She's not listed on the account, and I didn't get the same email.

  • snes___ Sarah (@snes___) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

    Why is NBN so shit!!!

  • buszwack jg (@buszwack) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@yasandisaac @alexbhturnbull Apple never falls far from the tree, one long post bemoaning the nbn & the criminal waste it was would do

  • SensibleUnderp1 Sensible Underpants (@SensibleUnderp1) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

It's on track to deliver NBN over copper. A totally substandard solution that will have enormous implications for the digital economy. Another LNP ***********.

  • JennaPrice Jenna Price (@JennaPrice) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

I have just shouted at a scammer on the phone. It was a variation of the "I am Nicole from NBN". This time the person was pretending to be Telstra. That was my fourth call today from them. Please send help @Scamwatch_gov - I am losing my mind.

  • manaz_d Robert Hudson (@manaz_d) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra Every time I check, it blames the NBN. They are in active build in my area at present (lots of trucks with spools of green cable on them), so I do believe it - it is just incredibly frustrating to have the service so unreliable. It has effectively stopped me working from home.

  • GeorgeNewhouse Prof George Newhouse (@GeorgeNewhouse) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@michellegrattan I have had two appointments where @NBN_Australia never turned up. They are hopeless and rude. They Never call to reschedule and they never apologise.

  • lyng62 Lyn (@lyng62) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Toddy2102 @Optus @NBN_Australia I get well over 90 down speed at the moment and I need it for work.

  • lyng62 Lyn (@lyng62) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Toddy2102 @Optus @NBN_Australia Thats Correct. I rang Optus while the tech was still here and said - do not switch anything over until we discuss the issue of the NBN modem and router being DOWNSTAIRS now when my cable connection comes straight into my office which is UPSTAIRS.

  • murdochsj Scott Murdoch (@murdochsj) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Optus @australia2 Good luck mate. Seriously the worst customer service company in Australia esp issues around nbn

  • buszwack jg (@buszwack) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@TurnbullMalcolm @JulieBishopMP can’t read your message my nbn is sooo slow

  • manaz_d Robert Hudson (@manaz_d) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Another day, another intermittent 24hr outage on our @Telstra HFC (nom-NBN) service. Has been like this for over a week now. All sorts of excuses, no resolution.

  • manaz_d Robert Hudson (@manaz_d) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra And down again just now. Outage page blames nbn again...

  • deniseshrivell Denise Shrivell (@deniseshrivell) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@TatteredRemnant @RNBreakfast @frankelly08 Incredible to me - as they showed no shyness in dampening down their #nbn coverage prior to the 2013 election based on an incoming Lib Govt. Why not the same for the strong possibility of a Labor Govt.

  • catiger1 Cath~erine (@catiger1) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@ScottMorrisonMP You’ve also invested over $50b in the NBN of which my taxes helped fund and yet you service my street and leave me without it. I’ve written to your Minister and still *crickets* Not good enough

  • manaz_d Robert Hudson (@manaz_d) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Our @Telstra cable Internet has been down for two days straight now, after repeated short outages over the preceding days. The outage page says it's @NBN_Australia's fault (even though I am not on the NBN), no ETA on resolution given.

  • allisonBeDemure 🎶 Allison O'Donoghue 🎵 (@allisonBeDemure) reported

@AlboMP Our internet speed is an international embarrassment. #NBN should hang their heads in shame. Nothing to boost about.

  • DictatorTrump20 Protect Democracy (@DictatorTrump20) reported

@superloopnet NBN has been down since 9am. How can it take more than 9 hours to fix an issue? This has really impacted working from home today. Acacia Ridge Depot (4BNA). No apology has been given. What compensation will be offered? Really disappointing.

  • Russell37185410 Russell Griffin (@Russell37185410) reported

Well done guys. Like many, I'm forced to work from home & NBN faults making it difficult, but hey I only have to wait 4 days for assistance....at least the $ saved in customer service can go in the bonus pool

  • snoccc satisfyer pro 3 (@snoccc) reported

modern day isp switching: aussiebb assigns to next free port in nbn box in under an hour. **** tpg tho for still charging me for 30 days

  • thmcmahon Thomas McMahon (@thmcmahon) reported

@SHamiltonian @jacobgreber @ALeighMP There is literally no reason to not have good internet in Canberra. The FTTN network that was setup 10 years ago is faster than the NBN here it's ridiculous. The problem is the stupid public financing model of the NBN not fundamentals.

  • GGibbers GibbyGibbers (@GGibbers) reported

@PaulFletcherMP @NBN_Australia Imagine defending this $51 billion pile of copper wire with a straight face, Paul does this everyday. YOU SHOULD HAVE BUILT FIBRE FROM THE START! This gov wasted so much money on a network that will need to be upgraded in future just to keep up with 3rd world country networks.

  • DavosChris chris davos (@DavosChris) reported

@deniseshrivell @larissawaters @PeterCronau It’s great Capitalism at its best, Fb are here to make money, not friends Making friends is up to us - using Fb Fb doesn’t pay tax & they don’t provide a free service, let alone pay to provide the service So that’s 3 down, NBN, China & Fb Who’s next? Morrison’s got to go!

  • NoSpinPolitics australianpolitics (@NoSpinPolitics) reported

@AlboMP The NBN was "planned" by Labor but rolled out by the Coalition. Labor connected <200k homes. The NBN sounded good, but was never going to deliver faster cheaper internet than emerging wireless technologies. Rudd's failed network!

  • hilly_syd gjayh (@hilly_syd) reported

@Telstra and @NBN_Australia now saying that even though we are existing customers and this is a replacement device, they cannot supply us. Back to where we were a week ago. 55 contacts and nearly 8 hours of our time. They did send us the bill though. #Telstra #NBN #fail

  • quietnormally curmudgeonandtonic (@quietnormally) reported

@AlboMP We are currently being messed around by the NBN .. service is appalling. So a big NO from me!
