@Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia Three of your customer staff gave us contradicting updates and your engineer turned up an hour after the slot with no apology or explanation. Internet is restored but is now currently tracking 25mb on a 100mb contract

@MeckeringBoy @LesStonehouse No one wants to know, you can't deal with NBN, as they say "we are a wholesaler & you must speak to your provider "....Telstra say its NBN, take a complaint & you wait.....up to 47days our experience. Yet once you have NBN pass you property you have no option.....total disaster

@weupshitcreekoz Apparently the tower was affected by the NBN loss during blackout. Not obvious at home because of the power loss. Three days later when power returned the modem had no input for a full month. The phone to tower had severely limited service. Driving to another cell was a temp fix

The last contractor in September who last repaired the copper between my premises and the pit had to chop and re-terminate. I am told there was corrosion. #fttn #nbn #fraudband

The government needs up their game to accommodate not only web-based applications but ATO obligations such as TPAR and STP data obligations. Government not meeting obligations of NBN business service

Tech issues. Gah! Apparently I have an NBN problem. I have been 'escalated' which sounds much more fun than it is. Meanwhile, I'm not sure if I should go in to work or stay home and wait for this to be resolved. Supposed to be WFH today but I need the interwebs.
