  • mikeaubrey2 🇦🇺mikeaubrey🏳️‍🌈 (@mikeaubrey2) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@lynlinking Blame LNP Government for this, they have stuffed up the NBN & won't be told, won't discuss, won't write down the $51+bn & therefore taxpayers pay twice, once for build & second for overpriced connection deals through RSP's.......LNP were warned......watch how much this costs us

  • thepatrick Patrick Quinn-Graham 🏳️‍🌈 (@thepatrick) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Oh goody, half an hour in to an NBN outage. Technology hates me lately.

  • Ms_Callie_B Callie 🐝 🌻 (@Ms_Callie_B) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@JasonMorrisonAU @NBN_Australia Pathetic. Absolutely pathetic. We are going backwards at a rate of knots. And @NBN_Australia & @Telstra do not care the punishment they are doling out to individuals & businesses due to their incompetence & inability to provide a reliable service.

  • manaz_d Robert Hudson (@manaz_d) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

    @Idealaw @NickRossTech @kcarruthers @TurnbullMalcolm @NBN_Australia @matt_barrie @Aussie_BB Reminds me, I need to cancel my Telstra Bigpond account now I am on @Aussie_BB NBN...

  • jasonbak Jason Baker (@jasonbak) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

I really can't wait until I have 5G coverage so a can shove the NBN where it belongs. Sick of dealing with ISP technical support.

  • gb_satishkumar Satish Kumar (@gb_satishkumar) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra @NBN_Australia I can’t wait anymore to have my NBN DROPOUT compliance fixed that is on going from October 22nd. There were multiple calls with your customer service but no progress yet. Compliance reference 1-2258 557 835 814

  • foadfadaghi Foad Fadaghi (@foadfadaghi) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

4K wars - Optus to show the Tokyo 2020 Olympics in 4K Ultra HD to its 5G Home customers - meanwhile Foxtel has the only broadcast 4K satellite service in AU. Wonder if nbn or Telstra will join the 4K battles! 📺 #Telsyte

  • bigmig81 ⚫️⚪️🔵Michael ⚫️⚪️🔵 (@bigmig81) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Nice work @Telstra ... issues with internet, " system glitch" inability to have an NBN connection processed and no real time frame for having it rectified...at least you offered the disconnection team 😂

  • mikeaubrey2 🇦🇺mikeaubrey🏳️‍🌈 (@mikeaubrey2) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@deniseshrivell Agreed.....but let's wait for the screams when MSM & taxpayers find out the cost on them to fix.........LNP stuffed up our NBN 👎🏿👎🏽👎🏼🤡🤖💩

  • fictillius Quiet, Evan (@fictillius) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@NewtonMark @NBN_Australia Heh. Big T are proposing to use NBN FTTB to deliver an enterprise service to our office in the CBD. I think I’ll decline and use a provider that brings their own pipe in.

  • manaz_d Robert Hudson (@manaz_d) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Originaltibbedy @marckean @NickRossTech @TurnbullMalcolm @NBN_Australia @matt_barrie @Aussie_BB It is my understanding that backward compatibility is limited to a version or two. One of the big delays in Telstra going to DOCSIS3 was apparently because they had old kit (theirs and customers) still on the network.

  • camozspurs Cameron Whyte (@camozspurs) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Kezzacarpenter @Optus Yes but it’s working ok now they have there own NBN support team and you get a case manager so not as bad as I thought

  • fridley James Fridley (@fridley) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

So now if I want to connect the $380 device we were sold to fix the poorly working backup connection while we wait for the poorly ordered NBN location move to be completely cancelled before it can be re-ordered correctly, I need to buy another sim card for $80/mth to make it work

  • AUSFestivus It's dogs all the way down (@AUSFestivus) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@GordyPls The concept of over provisioning a service to account for header and encaps overhead isn’t new and has been a standard WAN product factor since before NBN was born. NBN chose to do this solely because they don’t exist to satisfy consumer sentiment. 🙄

  • DeborahKent10 Deborah Kent (@DeborahKent10) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

    @JBSFinancialJB @NBN_Australia @Telstra sure was looked like I had a mailware problem 🙄

  • TracyMcNamara6 Tracy McNamara (@TracyMcNamara6) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Guess I’m lucky I’ve just lost NBN and Foxtel, still have power Very scary storm, some big branches down but luckily no trees

  • Jock500 Keith Stewart (@Jock500) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Why should ANYONE lose a spot just because NBN are **** stains and you dc for a single minute?

  • dawnstarau Dawnstar Australis (@dawnstarau) reported

@stilgherrian And there was a noise as if suddenly the same gods damn nbn NTUs that always get nuked in storms get nuked in storms yet again

  • surlyITguy James Wallace (@surlyITguy) reported

Every tech that NBNCo sends over has no idea what the previous one has done or what the issue is. If this was any private company they'd go out of business. I don't blame the techs, it's management. Who's running this **** of a corporation? #nbn #nbnco

  • TwitchyCorner Twitchy Sharon (@TwitchyCorner) reported

@NBN_Australia From what I can tell, very few providers have notified customers incl the majors. Customers only check your network status page after already losing connectivity, missing work, calling ISPs and gaining nothing but redirects to information on how long we must now wait.

  • LJPatton Laurie Patton is The Lucky General (@LJPatton) reported

@DanConifer @abc730 Actually nothing new in this report but good to have the #COVIDSafe app back in the spotlight. As it points out (and I have repeatedly, too) the government refuses to fix the app for some reason. I guess the same reason two communications ministers refused to fix the NBN. 1/3

  • tosimonluvwille chantelle || stephs number 1 fan (@tosimonluvwille) reported

@NBN_Australia @y0ungr0yal your network is trash

  • taswegian17 Taswegian17 (@taswegian17) reported

@macsween_prue @SenPaterson Luckily our NBN is **** & it takes hackers 3 months to download a 2 Gig file, they should use satellite like Stu Robert's 12k a month connection

  • John_Michaels1 John (@John_Michaels1) reported

@tanya_plibersek The nbn rollout was pretty bad too

  • vianhazxeed VHX (@vianhazxeed) reported

@NBN_Australia I got in contact with my provider, who contacted you & guess what, you won't do anything because we still have copper to the node, not fibre to the node & therefore its an issue in the house. Who knows how long till you upgrade. Australia in the 21st century, not!
