benjdunn (@benjdunn) reported@NBN_Australia We have a WhatsApp group for our neighbourhood. It seems at least seven of us have had multiple issues with our NBN connections since the storm. Everyone is with different providers so it seems like an NBN issue. Are you solving this at an area level ?

kevin fregon (@kvy123) reported@Telstra I've just spent two weeks trying g to get my intermittent NBN fix. Raised half a dozen INC and three technician appointments. All to be closed off with a text saying there's nothing wrong. The last appointment was closed before is hung up from customer service. Goodbye.
