Someone is on a 12/1 NBN plan trying to work from home and it’s my fault it’s slow. I should just make it work faster apparently.

💧McFly (@mkrsek) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@Squidhump @MagikMilly ✅ Heartless: Manus & Nauru ✅ Brainless: #NBN , FTTP -> FTTN ✅ Incompetent, bordering on stupid: Making Home Affairs super portfolio; giving it to Dutton; being rolled in return.

melgianoutsos (@melgianoutsos) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@ScottMorrisonMP @GladysB @leighsales @vanOnselenP @hamishNews @drkerrynphelps So NZ can lock down community and close schools but then they have LEADERSHIP and high speed NBN. 🤬 #FlattenTheCurve NOT #COVIDー19

Just Davo (@hitinman) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
What a totally unfit for purpose the #NBN is. Trying to access Mygov website. And servers crash. Shows how bad under pressure the internet is.

@albericie @OzCaroin But that was the anti NBN wackos 🤡speaking to support Murdoch's trash bags, most of us, thought differently & look @ the total mess & mishmash we have 🤔😉😉

Dianne Draganovic (@MsDovic) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@fi_shep @TurnbullMalcolm Although the NBN is shit. So he’s not off the hook, but i know deep down he’d care.
-
Robert Hudson (@manaz_d) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@tonywbrown @mukimu A game that could have been avoided with a more appropriate technology choice. I don't blame NBN for this, they're just implementing the policy they were given and trying to make the best of it. The issue from the start had been bad govt policy. LNP made it worse.
-
Illmatic (@JohnByName) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
NBN outage in Stanmore NSW @Optus
-
🇦🇺mikeaubrey🏳️🌈 (@mikeaubrey2) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@MeckeringBoy Been saying this along with many engineers for years, but still this toxic LNP Government persues this bag of shit NBN, as last count we were 62nd.....it's overpriced, underperforming & going to cost $bn's to fix........thanks LNP Government

Dave The Trampoline Venue Avoider (@HappySinger) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
Me, on a video call: can't wait till I get the NBN, this is shit. Oh, wait. I do have the NBN. This is NEVER GOING TO GET BETTER. Thanks, @TurnbullMalcolm.

Lesley Hitchens (@lesleyhitchens) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
In this time of confusion & crisis, there is one constant, emails from @Telstra : “nbn™ service interruption during network updates”. How reassuring. 😒
-
I'll be letting my hair grow out (@SMHFConvoy) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
If being knifed by Morrison wasn't bad enough history is only going to ever remember Malcolm for deliberately ******* up the NBN. 🤣🤣🤣
-
🇦🇺mikeaubrey🏳️🌈 (@mikeaubrey2) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@Leesidge @OZloop I seem to agree with you, but NBN is such a stuffup, sure it contributed as well as totally poor planning
-
Ross Coster (@Ross_Coster) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@JonDeeOz @NBN_Australia @MrKRudd If the NBN is struggling under load it is a backhaul problem, all of which is fibre.
-
Tim Stephens (@ProfTimStephens) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@MargotSaville Ha! Legal Insts was my best subject at law school (I topped it). It was a bit down hill after that. Like the NBN.
-
Paul Brooks (@PWB_inAus) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@shara_evans @NBN_Australia Indeed. I guess that's what you get when there's no meaningful SLG. At least it's not as bad as the incredibly useless guidelines on fixed wireless tower congestion.
-
Simon Pallister (@simonpallister) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@iiNet no internet in Turramurra again, over an hour for technical support, no outage showing on @NBN_Australia
-
Eric Fremouw (@EricFremouw) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@AttardMon Got NBN last week. Upgrade from ADSL. 10x faster. WFH definitely better. Not a hitch, happy costumer. Great service. @Telstra @NBN_Australia

Peggy Sanders (@peggymel2001) reported
@CaptJeff If Scott Morrison is re-elected he will come in hard and fast with his not so secret IPA Change Agenda. My bet is ABC national broadcaster, emergency channel will be first on chopping block. NBN to waiting mates. Then universal health, education system to US insurance corps.
-
Turquoise Bear (@turquoisebbear) reported
@PaulFletcherMP My NBN is really slow.
-
DavidW2035 (@DavidW2035) reported
@NBN_Australia @TPG_Telecom Why the outage in Maroubra Junction tonight. We pay for a service. Where is the service?
-
James One😷 (@james00000001) reported
Morrison says our debt is lower than other countries. So it's all sweet when LNP doubles the debt pre-pandemic, but when Labor builds infrastructure like NBN, it's somehow bad. #LeadersDebate
-
Vikim (@Vikimtourer) reported
@MichaelSpring17 I have heard many small businesses are not happy with the NBN and I know it's ok in some areas but a lot that has a lot of dropouts and is slow.
-
MadSci 💡 (@MadScintst) reported
@KateEmerson88 I don’t understand where Mr Proudfoot is coming from though. He’s chosen not to connnect the NBN. There is starlink (I’m on it) there is cellular. I know Skymuster is inferior to fixed line NBN but it is an upgrade on adsl and it would cost 1 month service for him to find out.
-
Chris Molloy (@ccmolloy) reported
@Milliganreports Nope not working probably using NBN
-
Sally 🐀🐥🌈 💉 x 4 🚫DON'T DM ME! (@186baaa97958443) reported
@KateEmerson88 We had the same issue and I work for an emergency after hours service at home for aged care and disability. We changed providers and couldn't be happier. Telstra and the NBN are crap
-
Kirblitz (@Kirblitz1) reported
@5175151x @KateEmerson88 Yes I'm your NBN technician what seems to be the problem.
-
Ray Wilton 💧 (@raywilton4) reported
“Our modem takes five to 10 minutes to reconnect so this can often mean at least 25 to 50 minutes a day of disruption to our service and this is still considered acceptable by NBN and they will do nothing to fix it.”
