@peterp79 @Aussie_BB @Telstra @NBN_Australia Also, 25 is minimum - so you should be getting 22 ish... plug a laptop INTO the modem and do a speed test. WIFI is probably what’s slowing you down too

@DaveIrving99 @snapipup @zdnetaustralia It's a total failure since LNP Government got involved, it's overpriced, outdated, way too slow & Australian taxpayers are being double hit 💸💸💸 & recently Parliament passed a monthly increase to give NBN additional 💸💸 for what......to assist Murdoch 👎🏾👎🏽👎🏿💩🤡

My @NBN_Australia HFC service is down. Fault logged with my RSP (@Aussie_BB). I wonder if nbn will book "planned maintenance" again to fix the fault - it conveniently stops the "unplanned outage" timer when they do that...

I’m praying. Of all the wretched, spineless, turncoat, appeasing gestures Turnbull made to the pseudo-religious fascists in his party while in office, that amendment takes the bloody cake. It’s more damaging to democracy than even an inferior NBN - but fortunately simpler to fix.

@simonahac @NBN_Australia @Telstra Take screenshots of your speeds. You’ll need them as proof when you end up with slower speeds..We ended up with 1/2 the speed overnight. They pushed more through.Never got back to our original 110kbps download, but ended up with 90 down/30 up, which is good result now we’re WFH

@NBN_Australia I have and there is no way to contact them. 20 minutes on the phone now and send several messages via Telstra App. No one is responding. I could not believe Telstra will become so bad. Could you please kindly advise how can I speak to someone in Telstra.

@trevorlong To be fair, they had to offer 40% additional CVC bandwidth, and streaming providers have cut the visual quality of their product to help the NBN cope. Whilst a lot of the problems with the NBN are not actually @NBN_Australia's fault, they do get a lot wrong.

@NBN_Australia There is no planned outage in this area. The internet stopped working at 10pm last night and despite of sending several messages on Telstra App, no one has responded back. I m currently over the phone with Telstra for last 15 minutes and still in the waiting queue 😡

The issue being that recent firmware versions are (supposedly) FTTC NBN compatible, but the original version isn't. So I had to download the firmware update to phone via 4G, & am now transfering it to laptop over Bluetooth so can then upload to the router via WiFi...

@ChrisLXXXVI I had to reset the nbn every day, sometimes more. Lightning nearby? Internet gone. Flip certain switches in the house? Internet gone. The problem? Original ph cables in my house, wired to every room. Antenna much? I fixed it by disconnecting the lot...

@GT_AUS I wouldn't say aussie are without outages... but you can usually find information about them soon enough and unlike IInet your internet won't be down for weeks before they admit ok yeah the nearby works are impacting your connection even though its on the nbn and not the copper..

@kbrspace kindly look into this issue: What a poor service from @Optus ,closed a ticket without resolution after making me to wait for more than 10 days. Ref number 200102418. Also, bad NBN booster won’t connect to the modem at all. Deeply dissatisfied with it service.
