So, you think @Telstra technical support is bad. Try booking a move to a new house which has a pit out the front, everyone around you has nbn but you aren’t on the map…. What a nightmare. This is going to go on for 6 months I can feel it

@NBN_Australia I have already spoken to @Optus, the issue is with NBN infrastructure. It just doesn't seem fair that they should have to pay for @NBN_Australia's failure to provide a service.

@Telstra Yes! Our NBN internet has been down since 17/06/21, tech was supposed to visit 19/06/21 but never showed up. Now we are told earliest someone can come is 25/06/21. 4G backup also down since 17/06/21. Both of us work from home so need internet ASAP

@SkrappEdits @SneakyShadower Yeah the biggest thing with the NBN here is that RSPs like to not supply enough bandwidth to end users. There's a thing called CVC and basically if a provider doesn't buy enough of it for a particular area, speed and latency issues appear and I know that ABB always buys more.
