    @NBN_Australia I have spoken to my provider and they said they have to wait to hear back from you with some report before the technician appointment can be confirmed. Thankfully no one in my house requires this service for medical reasons- I however require it to work

    @NBN_Australia But the point is they didn’t. Telstra techs put us onto their nbn techs but they spent sometimes 2 hours on the phone with us trying to diagnose/ fix the problem but never did. Why would won’t send out a technician after 3 months? It’s just not good enough.

    @normanswan @MSMWatchdog2013 So, we're going to have to repeat the whole exercise later - at even greater expense? Sounds like another #LNPfail FRACAS to me [think NBN, only this time - withpeople's lives]. Good one @ScottMorrisonMP NOT! Caring more about $ than people is a VERY BAD LOOK for a leader.

    @BreakfastNews I had NBN FTTN no choice at all. It was slower than dial up. I would click to load a page then turn my kettle on wait for it to boil, make a cuppa sit down & wait another 5 to 10 mins for the page to load. Soon as my contract was up I got a Nighthawk dongle faster
