@PaulFletcherMP @NBN_Australia Never heard so much bullshit. You sabotaged Labor's #NBN for more than a decade. Now you're adopting FTTP after wasting $Billions on outdated technology. But here's the zinger, you're still blaming Labor for your mistakes . The sooner LNP are tossed out the better .

  • G_bus23 Gareth Williams (@G_bus23) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@NBN_Australia apparently your network is out in petersham according to @iiNet .....

@NBN_Australia @telstra Received my bill for the first Two Months service Plus a call-out fee I’m sure I signed for all of that somewhere However I am currently applying for the first month free given the (ongoing) issues we’ve had 🤞 (PS- I got an automated response to my DM)

  • the_jongleur Michael Mulhern (@the_jongleur) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Hey @NBN_Australia just hung up on another scam caller saying they’re (you/NBN) are going to cut off our phone/Internet service. What are you doing about these scamsters?

  • SaschaHunt SaschaHunt (@SaschaHunt) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@NBN_Australia I am having issue with my NBN this afternoon is this network issue. Dudley street Bondi 2026. Can you assist?

  • JohnLutge John Lutge (@JohnLutge) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

I have to move my business to the #nbn in October. I feel sick at the prospect. Slower and less reliable, as well as more expensive than my current service. And very special thanks to @TurnbullMalcolm for saddling us with third word internet.

  • G_bus23 Gareth Williams (@G_bus23) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@iiNet NBN not working in petersham?? internet speed is ZERO MB....

  • jimkoopman1957 💧Jim Koopman (@jimkoopman1957) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@MikeCarlton01 @Telstra Took Telstra 3 months and a complaint to the ombudsman for a human to come to Newport last week, open a pit and tell us the problem was nbn workers had cut the copper wire to our house.

  • i_before_e Dave Bloustien (@i_before_e) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@JohnBirmingham I third Aussie. I joined them be auae they built their own ... network or something. Rarely go down, decent NBN speeds.

  • kaz_a_blanca Karen Barker (@kaz_a_blanca) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra can you please sort out my nbn issue. It’s been out since yesterday. I’ve tried contacting you via your text message service, nobody responds. Pretty ordinary

  • grouponegav Gavin Ryan 🇦🇺 (@grouponegav) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Cmon @Telstra my @NBN_Australia is still down yet both your websites say there’s no outage. It went down at 9:45pm last night. Fix it please

  • grouponegav Gavin Ryan 🇦🇺 (@grouponegav) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@NBN_Australia typical it’s gone again in Engadine. Trying to watch the EPL and it goes down. When are you going to sort this out. Pathetic

  • TwoHalves45 Will G (@TwoHalves45) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Had @NBN_Australia installed today. Thank god ADSL2 is now a distant memory. Horrible when you have streaming services and you can’t watch them because of horrific buffering. So far so good. The picture is ace and the Service from @tpg has been brilliant. ✊

  • LieletteCalleja Lielette Calleja (@LieletteCalleja) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@NBN_Australia Thanks @NBN_Australia So far super impressed with @Aussie_BB who have kept me updated on everything. Their customer communication is first class! Just waiting on my router so I can get connected 🤞🤞

  • PiesJosh Josh Button (@PiesJosh) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@NBN_Australia Doubt it. Service just sucks

  • exploreeats99 Anthony Pham (@exploreeats99) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra Hey Telstra, I have issues with the NBN service that NBNco has told Telstra that it would be resolved by Friday. It’s Monday and I’m still not connected to the internet.

  • prasadhasan Prasad Hassan (@prasadhasan) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@ShiannonC I sort of agree with you! However, Govt and its monopolized and duoplolized sector have created a lot of unproductive and redundant, laidback jobs, like Telstra,NBN many banks, many without competitive service and poor innovation. Banks just punts on real estate.

  • manaz_d Robert Hudson (@manaz_d) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@moylecroft @caskings @LapTop006 That I get. Are you saying there are no technical issues with the NBN at all? Nothing that a change of technology could fix or improve?

  • WarrenFWelsh Asphalt Jungle (@WarrenFWelsh) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra There is no outage . Just trying to move to NBN with no porting help . No one to speak too . No one at all . 5 weeks now , my mum is 80 and is in 😭 tears .

NBN Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
  • r4dyc Robbie (@r4dyc) reported

The changes to NBN signal two things to me. Firstly, that the original plan to roll out FTTN/FTTC systems set up an infrastructure that was known as needing to be replaced before it was finished. Does this same logic apply to these new developments?

  • NikhilDhruv1 Nikhil Dhruv (@NikhilDhruv1) reported

I'm no sure what's happening to my internet service provider @TPG_Telecom who cannot give me enough information on resolution and customer team hanging up the phone...@NBN_Australia please assist to fix this network outage.

  • HEB2205 💧Heather (@HEB2205) reported

@PaulFletcherMP @NBN_Australia Gawd, you numpties is really think we are stupid, don’t you?

  • GoldinPaul Paul Goldin (@GoldinPaul) reported

@joshburnsmp @PaulFletcherMP Josh, the fibre to premises still doesn't work take it from me. Welcome to come to try (after lockdown). The NBN is dismal. Bloody redundant and useless. I had better internet in the Namib desert 15+ years ago

  • Leepace02227709 Lee pace (@Leepace02227709) reported

@NBN_Australia So, no. I give up. I believe we have been stuck with a dud. I now have 160gig on my mobile phone and I use that most of the time. It is faster and more reliable. Honestly the NBN has given me the worst internet I have ever had.

  • PeterWi05879624 Peter Williams (@PeterWi05879624) reported

@albericie FoxTel's move to network streaming services means that a viable NBN is now an assert to Rupert's business interests instead of a threat. I wonder if this spurred the epiphany?

  • jaci_wiley Jaci (@jaci_wiley) reported

@TheMackley @traverselife @TonyHWindsor And how many people we be able to afford it? $149 per month is an enormous cost for those on social security/Centrelink. Also, our NBN node is around 2km away (rural). Are the Libs **really** going to run the cable down my street? Nah.

  • jworthington Johnny Worthington (@jworthington) reported

Today's #NBN news ISN'T a backflip. It's worse. They're putting the cable in the ground that should have always been there, then charging the customer a premium to get connected to it.

  • masericha Masericha (@masericha) reported

@Vic_Rollison It seems to be the LNPs m.o lately. NBN, sabotage it, then have to fix it after admitting it was a failire . National energy guarantee, sabotage it then be forced to cobble together half-arse solution not supported by the free market. Ideological fools, economic vandals.

  • NickSchwanck Weltschmerz 🇫🇮 (@NickSchwanck) reported

@PaulFletcherMP @NBN_Australia What crap. Should've been done right the first time. Wasters.
