@TPG_Telecom I'm already on the best nbn tier - FTTP - and I'm still getting issues with your service. I can't imagine how it's like for your FTTN users. If TPG can't or won't resolve this issue speedily, I won't think twice about moving to more expensive RSPs with better customer support.

@TPG_Telecom Over 3 weeks that I signed the NBN plan, and still not working, 3 NBN technician and 2 TPG came home and couldn’t fix my problem. When I got the plan I paid 89,99 and today they charged me 79,99. Today I finally canceled and I demand to be completely refunded.

Australian NBN are really a terrible service. 9 hours of maintenance on a Monday so work cannot get done yet they tell you there is no outages and everthing is running correctly. Weak.

@Cyclify Yup, and unfortunately I’m probably going to be forced to give my business to the dreaded Telstra, because Optus confirmed that my reception is poor in this apartment, and that I haven’t got the option to get ADSL or NBN, because it’s already maxed out in my building. Huh?👀🤨😑

@NBN_Australia Thanks Jo. It is just disappointing to have had so many problems in getting 2 standard services connected, and each time it comes back to the interaction between Telstra and NBN Co. In 4 weeks NBN has incorrectly cutoff 2 active services that I'm involved with! 😣

What I really hate, is that our internet infrastructure is so garbage, that I cant hold a solid internet connection long enough to stream. Streaming has become my lively hood, and not being able to do it, is hurting me. #NBN and #AussieBroadBand GET YOUR **** TOGETHER.
