    @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    As usual @iinet and @nbn having their monthly ‘no Internet for a day’ period. No reason provided. As a customer you pay daily for service and they never credit your daily loss. Big companies can do what they want with impunity.

    @iiNet you've not called me back, hung up on me, refused to escalate my problem, and sent me a router that I cannot configure. I'm making calls to your parent company's Head of CX hourly. Not good enough.

    @iiNet our internet down for 2 days. Ring support. Business centre is closed (closed at 5.30pm on Sunday). But I called at 4.50!! What rubbish service is this!!??

    @iiNet @VocusComm what happened to support for bizphone? No client comms, no support, no ability to make changes or add handsets… after 11 years of working together, out of necessity to maintain telephony it’s time to go elsewhere…
