Kit (@BirdNoises3356) reported@iiNet Funny story time! It just took less than 15 mins to swap back to Optus yet it took @iinet nearly 12 days to swap me over to their system about 4 months back. It's almost false advertising to say you provide a phone service. It's definitely not worth the $15 or so a month.
