    @iiNet Yup already spoken to them and there response tbh is not acceptable at this stage. For your interest here is the invoice that caused this problem. 695673371 you might find this a rather interesting case. This is just the start of the exposure of the illegal billing practices.

    @iiNet Its too late its all ready with the TIO. Your support team failed to provide adequate support and at times ignored my requests and constantly spoke over me. I guess happens when you cut costs and move support overseas that have no idea about Australian consumer law. Damage done.

    Sooo @iiNet amazingly fast service but you gave me less than 24 hours notice that someone was coming to install it today AND you apparently need 24 hours notice to reschedule? And no one replied to the text I replied to yesterday. I'm very confused?

    Customer service @iiNet is really really bad. Cue waiting times blown out to 30 mins and to make it worse they hang up on you. 3rd phone call in 90 mins to try and resolve issue of their making. Avoid them if you can...

    @iiNet since being taken over by @tpg you have gone so far downhill, constant drop outs, I am without internet more then I am with it, customer service is terrible with abusive workers, please go back to the good old days, I will most likely leave your service, many agree!
