    So @iiNet says it provides 24/7 support but when I call - after a week of intermittent service - they say nobody is available. So I keep using data and end up with a massive bill and still can’t watch the olympics!

    @iiNet Have already been in contact with the "help" centre which is choosing to blame me/insinuate it is my end where nothing has changed in the last month... except service speed which has gone through the floor.

    @iiNet Everything about initiating my new BUSINESS phone account with #iiNet is all ****** up, and its service is as bad as I remembered from 15 years ago. AVOID PAIN. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH #iiNet.

    @iiNet really bad customer service!!! YOU MUST CONTACT CUSTOMER BY PHONE OR DOUBLE CHECK BEFORE MAKE ANY CHANGES!!!!!

    @scotinoz @NBN_Australia @iiNet I know outlook and teams have been having issues. Chrome is working fine for me. Looks like iinet are onto it.

    @iiNet Everything about setting up my new iiNet BUSINESS phone account IS ABSOLUTELY ENDLESSLY ******* USELESS. Its support service is set up for maximum inconvenience to its customer. AVOID PAIN. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH #iiNet.

    @iiNet 1.97kms away from the node, When there is one 300m up my street. Paying for 100/40, getting 17/3 when it works Constant dropouts. Always the same answer.. pay $10k to have new "jumper" put in. Just piss poor to think of all the wasted money im paying for a service

    @redruby17 @iiNet Scam calls. I received the same message on Thursday 3 times. They never listed the ISP name though.
