@iiNet What is happening in New Farm? We haven't had any network for 24 hours. No updates since 3:30pm yesterday? We need to be able to plan work etc so can we please just have an update?

I hate having to complain about customer service online but @iiNet have been pretty ordinary in getting back about an internet problem. Been nearly a week waiting for a call back about the issue and now cant contact on phone unless I’m prepared to wait for an hour.

  • DieterSmyth Dieter Smyth (@DieterSmyth) reported

God @iiNet is pretty damn useless Download speed is good as but its no good when upload speed drops from 40Mbps to 4-6Mbps with 1000ms of ping. 40 is slow enough as it is for cable. If i call they will just send someone out to replace the connector again and not the cable.

@iiNet switched my business service from Optus. 5 days and still no ported number. Losing thousands dollars daily because we can’t receive calls! and no help from provisioning team just empty promises. Fed up

@iiNet Almost every day I’m receiving several emails claiming to be via mailing lists from companies or people I’ve never heard of. If I “unsubscribe” am I clicking on a link or should I just bin them?

@NBN_Australia Thanks for that info NBN! @iiNet why are you not participating? So I have to choose to change service providers because you want your customers to just suffer?

  • Benny_Mitch Benny Mitchell (@Benny_Mitch) reported

@iiNet are there any plans for you to become a “Participating Provider” for @NBN_Australia to upgrade FTTN premises to FTTP? Or is a Customer of 15 Years going to have change providers to get access to a technology available to everyone?
