@seamus @iiNet I'm so sorry to hear this has happened! I really hope the activation of our service happens swiftly for you so you're not without service for too long, and welcome to the family! 🥳🥳

  • JackHigh4 John Highfield (@JackHigh4) reported

@iiNet Thank your team for getting things working again. If only iiNet Senior Management would adopt best corporate practice instead of trying to keep things inhouse lest it frighten potential customers. Use sm sites to let customers and the public know upfront of problems

  • Cloudcitymelb Sarah Campbell (@Cloudcitymelb) reported

@iiNet will be canceling my account today. Absolute nightmare trying to get any kind of support or customer service. It is faster and easier to switch to a new ISP than to wait for you to fix my current connection!

  • seamus Seamus Byrne (@seamus) reported

@EmJaeCaer @iiNet @Aussie_BB I did same. But I got an SMS from iiNet saying “your service has been transferred to another provider” before Aussie had time to confirm their end. It’s now active. But it was 20 minutes of panic stations we didn’t need. Kids were both kicked from heated moments in online games!

  • CharlizeTheroff Charlize Theroff (@CharlizeTheroff) reported

@iiNet my service keeps dropping out

  • Cloudcitymelb Sarah Campbell (@Cloudcitymelb) reported

@iiNet I’ve now had no internet for 2 days, and still over an hours wait time to speak to support!

  • EmJaeCaer Michael Carmody (@EmJaeCaer) reported

@seamus @iiNet @Aussie_BB It has been pretty seamless, in that I have had internet before i realised more often than not. <lodges internet order on PC on hotspot> <hotspot times out, phone goes to sleep> <uses PC on new internet, wondering how long I will be on hotspot for, hang on a minute whaatt...>

I'm so glad I've never had this issue with @iiNet in the last 7 years it just sucks because they sent out a technician 2 days after I contacted them but their technician wasn't able to work on it since it's Telstra equipment
