    @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    @iiNet @gReb3l You have let it get to public so show us how you handle such a case in public? Embarassment is for sure but what other negative emotions does this humiliation bring forth? Going to socials should NOT be the only way to get good help.

    Ever since @internode got sold to @iiNet the service has gone to absolute ****. Customer service is **** and slow. And I can tell they dont care. Been an Internode customer for over 10 years, think it's time to leave. @superloopau , what's your customer service like?
