@iiNet can you please confirm if hosted email service has been permanently removed or if you are working on the issue to have it restored? The wording on the event on your website and some of your own Twitter texts suggests this is permanent? If so why no notice in advance?

2.5 days now, and counting, for many SMEs across Australia with no @iiNet email service that they have paid for. Minimal communication from this company. Numerous complaints lodged with the Ombudsman. Time for @iiNet to provide some answers.

@iiNet @youituber Is this actually a permanent change or are you working to have the service restored?? If this is permanent why did iinet not advise its hosted services customers in advance? This is completely unacceptable.

@iiNet @iiNet just been on the phone for over an hour with tech support turns out you cut off our phone number without contacting us. The last useful tech support call with transact communication got dropped and I haven't been able to get back on to anyone who can do anything.
