So great that @iiNet can't competently arrange a move of a service with a week's notice. You'd think I would have learnt my lesson by now, but I've only been using them since the late 90s.

  • LlordLloyd Peter Lloyd (@LlordLloyd) reported

Dear @iiNet I know the focus group said that nice, honest-looking Irish fellow in your ads gave them confidence but that was before Allan Joyce took a big dump on that whole 'honest Irishman' schtick. I'm happy with my iinet mobile service, though.

  • blakeandthepork Blake & The Pork (@blakeandthepork) reported

So apparently @iiNet have been unable to send out any technicians to fix any faults in the ACT or VIC for over 6 weeks now. Don’t use @iiNet they are the worst!

  • HerbalGill Gill Stannard (@HerbalGill) reported

Here we go again.@iiNet @NBN_Australia down again in 2050. 3rd major outage since last Wed. Any idea when service will return? #WFH

  • eirlys_enfys Eirlys (@eirlys_enfys) reported

@iiNet I only ask because I have received an email from someone reporting to be netspeed saying it's going to be shut down in the ACT then telling me to switch to the NBN through Aussie web or something like that designed to freak people out just thought you should know

@iiNet an news on outage in North Bondi? Been down since about 6pm last night?

  • ImpactpropertyG ImpactpropertyGuy (@ImpactpropertyG) reported

@iiNet Thanks for reaching out. I always found iinet customer support was top notch, but we left iinet a couple of years ago as we had no internet. Not sure if the Buddy Lite was failing, or if there was a local network problem, but after 36 hours it seemed pointless to stay.

  • ImpactpropertyG ImpactpropertyGuy (@ImpactpropertyG) reported

@blakeandthepork @iiNet I feel your pain. Also in Canberra & longtime iinet customer, until no internet for 36 hrs. Walked into vodafone at Gungahlin, came home with a new modem/wireless router, never had an outage since.

  • aussie_eevee AussieEevee (@aussie_eevee) reported

Does @iiNet have any plans to support esims? Looking to switch providers after the Optus data breach.

  • lovinglife0066 lovin' life (@lovinglife0066) reported

@iiNet hi iinet. Our internet has been down for over 12 hours. No issues with the modem or nbn box. Just no internet access. Postcode 2088. When will it be fixed?
