    @NBN_Australia 3 months. Of 24h disconnections. 20 times a day. Or no internet at all. 12 weeks. Ripping my hair out. I had to go through TIO and BRRR. Also, customer "service" @iiNet provides is the biggest sham next to NBN providing capability. Fm an ex qdf mbr intimate with sigint and comms.

    @iiNet Poor form guys! You could have notified customers 24 hours ago when services first went down. Most things are readily forgiven with some communication. And you are a communication business!!

    @AmryanAnnie @iiNet I guess they figured we never get extreme weather events in Oz around Christmas Day 😵‍💫 so nothing would go wrong, so sent everyone home. 🙄🙄🙄

    @iiNet Paying $25 a year for an email service, and I can't even access any emails!! Could easily set up an email for free with better security.

    @perthhacks @iiNet WTF a Perth based Co, lacks the ability to anticipate 40plus temps in Perth or to note weather forecasts days in advance. Give it up a& let someone else have a go
