Worst Service & Support EVER. 16 years with them. Im in Australia, **** sake keep ur bloody call centers in Australia. Sick of dealing with bad English speaking people who pass u round from 1 dept to another. DONT USE iiNET Uless you like get frustrated every time u call. @iiNet

@iiNet The landlords gonna help sort it. It was all on accident though, he thought the internet cable was from the previous tenant of the flat I’m in. Mistakes happen. I dont think he knows you guys are my internet provider. I’ll let him knos when he’s here

@iiNet My capacity to run my business and host a session for @DeptDefence this afternoon is depending on your faults team specialist calling me. 8 April this problem started and it is still not resolved despite almost daily contact. Not happy.

Dear @iiNet I couldn’t be happier to cancel my plan with you, after weeks of waiting and a day off of work taken so I could get my NBN connection set up, I find out that the connection is actually on short fall.
