@iinet another one “Still waiting for refund for service that could not be provided 8 weeks ago disgusting service there is no customer service just duck shoving and avoidance the customer support calls go overseas pathetic service all round...”

  • johnban81940041 John Banks (@johnban81940041) reported

@iiNet What a surprise that @iinet customer relations have achieved nothing at all to help and now don’t even return calls. Having to deal with NBN direct. An appalling “service” provider.

I'm in the middle of an online course @iiNet and the internet just died. Help please asap

@markhumphries And like the real @iinet guys you can’t contact him and he does come to your house to fix your problems.

An @iiNet customer my entire adult life but will soon be a @Telstra customer (only regional broadband provider at new place). But oh my, online service is woeful, I've no idea if new connection is underway, and can't find anything useful on website. iiNet service is underrated!

  • TheDrunkenGnome Voidrei (@TheDrunkenGnome) reported

@iiNet So my connection dropouts have gotten a lot worse since support contacted me. I emailed on Sunday, but haven't heard back. my router is now needed a reset after most dropouts as it's wanted me to manually setup the DNS

  • johnban81940041 John Banks (@johnban81940041) reported

@iiNet That's not been my experience by any stretch, as you can probably see from my earlier tweets. Although I'm not surprised thaf anyone of any seniority, or even anyone in country, is willing to pick up the phone and talk to a customer. Mind you, you have my money so why would you?

  • chad_1994 Chad McDonnell (@chad_1994) reported

@iiNet Been having constant dropouts for months, upgrading router didn't help at all. I emailed tech support and have no response. Have been having at least 3 dropouts an hour all week recently, it's so bad.

  • numloxx Carsten Bauer (@numloxx) reported

@iiNet Thank you for your help, Abu Bakr was really helpful in fixing the issues I had. One final question, does iiNet Netphone still have voicemail that gets sent to your email address? I can't find it in Toolbox anymore.
