    How you know your just a number and not a customer at @iiNet - you get sent promotion material for the exact same plan you’re signed on at the same address.

    Did I mention the @iinet is the worst company ever? Automated money grabbing losers who have everything so badly automated that the billing department is all that works. I owe them nothing . They won’t stop their automated calls!

    Never use @iiNet for any type of service..... 4 from 4 appointments not attend... of course each one is my fault as per the 15 different people I have spoken-to....amazing how I have a case manager who is at the highest level that is always busy!
