    @iiNet Atrocious issue resolution. A simple change of address results in inactivation of email boxes for over 2 days and no end in sight, no one in support position with the wherewithal to do anything outside vague 48-hour ticket queues

    @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    With @iiNet shutting down their Hosted Exchange on April 30th, have you decided where you're moving your emails too yet? Spoke to a few businesses this week who are either in progress or have completed their move to @Microsoft365

    @iinet @tpg just bizarre behaviour Cancelled @NBN_Australia on UNI D1 with several weeks notice. They continued to issue invoices after termination. Ignored emails, then finally issues refund for the wrong amount. After 10 years its so good to exit this crappy business account

    @RedCruz19 @iiNet Forced system migration. Tech instructions ineffective/insufficient. Don’t answer the calls to help number. I’m so pissed off. Long term client and their written responses have been rude! Very disappointed. I used to rate them.
