    @iiNet The internet isn't working. Checked your status page, there's a 'minor issue' pin on the map, clicked it for more information and it says 'everything is awesome'. Not helpful.

    @iiNet I need to disconnect my DSL ad my NBN was installed today and I'm on hold 40mins. I also need my speed improved on my NBN as I'm only getting 15mb down.

    @iiNet I’ve always had a slow upload. Never been over 2mb/s. I get decent down @ 10-15mb/s at peak times. I’m on Naked with ac Wifi. Invoice #106947293

    @iiNet Richmond TAS. Tower upgrade work since last week; Friday - no internet/phone for 10 hours Monday - no internet/phone for 10 hours Today - no internet/phone again since 8am. Kids on holidays & I work from home but can’t do anything. Paying for a service I can’t use!

    @iiNet yep. also was advised to try the old modem we used before NBN upgrade and that didn't help, so am unsure if it is a modem-based issue.
