The @iinet ads would have to be the most annoying I have ever endured. I would never join purely because of the guy off these ads! #annoying

  • JayBallzup
Jay Ball (@JayBallzup) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

@iiNet I’m paying for 50 down on HFC. Have had 45-49 consistently for 6 months. Now my speed has dropped to average of 25 down.

  • waynecmurphy
Wayne Murphy (@waynecmurphy) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

@jedistocky @slpng_giants_oz @iiNet Glad I switched. @iiNet's service and customer service were going down the toilet, and now I see the support Sky. Puke.

@iiNet That is my wife. She is at work I made it EXPLICITLY clear to your support person to call my number 0407529906 The account is in my wife’s name and I am an authorized person on the account. We covered this yesterday. They don’t listen.

Artemis Moon (@artemis_s_moon) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

@iiNet so my 5GHz network disappeared leaving me only my 2.4GHz and having to reset every device we have 🙄 Freaking. Annoying. Thanks

  • Daymeaux
Daimo (@Daymeaux) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

@iiNet Ever since I changed to NBN a couple of months ago, I can’t log in, says it doesn’t recognise my email address, or points of ID to get my login or reset password. Terrible!

  • steveacko
stephen atkinson (@steveacko) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

@iiNet seriously. It’s been a near 40 days since our iiNet NBN service was paid for and still nothing. Not even an email update. My partner and I work a combined 150hr week and can’t afford to donate more of our time towards this matter. #iinetNBN #NBN #Melbourne

  • inFeZa
inFeZa: Classic (@inFeZa) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

@TheyCallHimX @iiNet Ditched them month one because they don't buy enough bandwidth so peak is unusable, kept asking for my logs basically said forget it. Went to Aussie broadband and never looked back

  • nivanovski
Nick Ivanovski (@nivanovski) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

@iiNet And it’s back down again...

  • Japandaman71
🇯🇵ジャパンダマン 🍐 ANIMAL CROSSING (@Japandaman71) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

@DemonicDragon Same one...no resolution. Only some SMS saying it will be checked by the 6th so that’s tomorrow. Not fixed mind you...but checked. And the best part is @iiNet don’t give 2 ***** but if it were one of their execs you just know this would have been fixed already.

  • josephsconnell
Joe Connell (@josephsconnell) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

@WillTaylorNZ @NBN_Australia @iiNet Yea that’s not a good term. It’s basically mobile broadband caught by a modem and turned into a wifi signal

  • matt_j_parker
Matt Parker (@matt_j_parker) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

@iiNet Not getting much help from that number, to be honest. But they are recognising the constant dropouts. The service is more or less unusable for us

  • B_e_agle
Beags (@B_e_agle) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

NBN woes part 2: given up all hope with iiNet after finding out that a) I had to use a different account that I didn't know existed, and b) organise an appointment for another technician to visit. Jumped over to Aussie Broadband and hoping that will fix this whole mess up

  • neil_killick
Neil Killick (@neil_killick) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

@StoneAdam @iiNet @eatdrinkwatch Yup, ombudsman is the way to go. This always happens with a connection fault - the provider blames NBN and vice versa, no one accountable, no one resolves the issue. You will get it resolved once the TIO is involved, and decent compensation.

  • CultofJack
Jac Beecroft (@CultofJack) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

    @Ninth_Squirrel @wildgoose666 @slimejam @iiNet Elwood down.

  • daamon_parker
Daamon Parker (@daamon_parker) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

@mark_barbs @iiNet Ditch them mate. I was on @iiNet and had loads of issues and was just met with bureaucratic “help”. Got nowhere - wasted my time. For the same monthly price with @Optus went from 2Mb/s (at best) to 30Mb/s consistently.

  • golfon5
golfon5 (@golfon5) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

@iiNet I cancelled my account 17/4 after 8 years due to poor service after poor service.. there were 11 days left in the cycle and they gave me refund of $1.97.. they have now charged to the end of May $59.95.. wtf #idiots #poorservice #disgrace #internet #isp @ombudsman

  • matt_j_parker
Matt Parker (@matt_j_parker) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

@iiNet I had to literally turn on to my phone plan to post this message. I have upward of 15 iinet/nbn people come our to ‘attempt’ to fix our connection which falls out 10 hours per day min. So we have no internet. Still paying @iinet monthly. Can someone help this disaster. Please.

Seriously @iiNet I sent you an email in which I clearly stated I did not have time to talk to you on the phone and yet instead of replying by email you tried to call me AND when I didn't answer YOU KEPT CALLING interrupting my work. Seriously what is your problem?

  • DanMillTraining
    Dan Mill (@DanMillTraining) reported

With @iiNet shutting down their Hosted Exchange on April 30th, have you decided where you're moving your emails too yet? Spoke to a few businesses this week who are either in progress or have completed their move to @Microsoft365

  • Books4566
    Books (@Books4566) reported

As usual @iinet and @nbn having their monthly ‘no Internet for a day’ period. No reason provided. As a customer you pay daily for service and they never credit your daily loss. Big companies can do what they want with impunity.

  • KresojaMarijo
    Marijo Kresoja (@KresojaMarijo) reported

@iiNet, what's the story with the internet outage again in Lyneham ACT?

  • campbehenderson
    Campbell Henderson (@campbehenderson) reported

@iiNet you've not called me back, hung up on me, refused to escalate my problem, and sent me a router that I cannot configure. I'm making calls to your parent company's Head of CX hourly. Not good enough.

  • BrewerVASocial
    Sarah Brewer (@BrewerVASocial) reported

@iiNet our nbn stopped working last night but there are no outages at all, how can we fix. Wallan VIC?

  • VelZeNZ
    Toast (@VelZeNZ) reported

@iiNet @VocusComm what happened to support for bizphone? No client comms, no support, no ability to make changes or add handsets… after 11 years of working together, out of necessity to maintain telephony it’s time to go elsewhere…
