It says the issue has been resolved but I’m still without a connection. Can u please get someone to send out a tech ASAP. NBN won’t be connected until April 2nd so We need the ADSL line in the mean time.

Terrible, Terrible service. Promised 1-2 or 3-5 working days got 2 different delivery days. And nothing after 11 days and no reason given.
