It says the issue has been resolved but I’m still without a connection. Can u please get someone to send out a tech ASAP. NBN won’t be connected until April 2nd so We need the ADSL line in the mean time.

She is at work I made it EXPLICITLY clear to your support person to call my number 0407529906 The account is in my wife’s name and I am an authorized person on the account. We covered this yesterday. They don’t listen.
