  • dansheps_ MurfasaurusRex (@dansheps_) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@iiNet Yup already spoken to them and there response tbh is not acceptable at this stage. For your interest here is the invoice that caused this problem. 695673371 you might find this a rather interesting case. This is just the start of the exposure of the illegal billing practices.

  • dansheps_ MurfasaurusRex (@dansheps_) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@iiNet Its too late its all ready with the TIO. Your support team failed to provide adequate support and at times ignored my requests and constantly spoke over me. I guess happens when you cut costs and move support overseas that have no idea about Australian consumer law. Damage done.

  • Flansq Flangela (@Flansq) reported from Point Talburpin, State of Queensland

I think the solution was to change the WAN port from 1 to 4, despite the cable from the iinet modem being plugged into port 1.

  • CharlesRandles Charles Randles (@CharlesRandles) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@iiNet @ii_cMay Last invoice is 106162366, customer number is 64505970. I'm now getting less than 5Mb/s. The service is normally reliable and stable at about 92Mb/s. This is not what I'm paying for - we had to stop watching a movie because it's so slow.

  • NORAbrew ElenTuf (@NORAbrew) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@iiNet I'm not sorry to say, but I ain't happy with your service. Been trying to get my phoneline up and running again from 2wks ago, and now you asking me for more money to re-activate when you didn't do the job in the first place! My family needs the phone on. Unprofessional.

  • corefiit COREFIIT (@corefiit) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

They rate themselves “No 1 in customer service..”I think not..🤬@iinet

  • custaro Pete L (@custaro) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@IanNearhos @Telstra @TPG_Telecom @iiNet Been very happy with @Aussie_BB, great customer service. Even when we had bad teething problems with NBN (not Aussie's fault) they were very good at pursuing solutions.

  • AustTelcoSeeker Brent James Thomas (@AustTelcoSeeker) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

Wondering @iiNet why some purchases on my FetchTV isn't showing. Should be up too date. Please fix like now...

  • psychopoesie Poesie Dalek (@psychopoesie) reported

Anyway, all i can say is look carefully at your ISP’s cancellation policy. I can’t remember having such a problem with @iiNet so maybe it’s just @TPG_Telecom

  • LSedger Sedge💧 (@LSedger) reported

Finally switching to the #NBN... let’s hope #iinet lives up to their sales hype! Been a long term #iinet customer so, here’s hoping my loyalty is worthwhile. #NBN

  • jhayessyd James Hayes (@jhayessyd) reported

@iiNet So I finally decided I couldn’t pay the fee or commit to a new contract. So I’ve now cancelled my account and am submitting a complaint to tio

  • Bennythepagan Ben Martin (@Bennythepagan) reported

@iiNet I’ve called your tech support and fault has been lodged.

  • Bennythepagan Ben Martin (@Bennythepagan) reported

@iiNet Thanks for getting back to me. I’ve done all the usual checks. The status light on my nbn box keeps going from orange to green over and over. My signal strength is flashing red then orange then green over and over. My ocu light is green. Clearly it’s not right

  • ryan_kane3 Ryan Kane (@ryan_kane3) reported

@iiNet I’m an NBN customer. The modem keeps cutting out. So all internet access is lost. All connected devices whether Ethernet or via wifi lose internet.

  • lyndons Lyndon Sharp (@lyndons) reported

Hey, @iinet a shout-out to one of your customer Service people, Sujith, who was AMAZING. Our iinet modem failed & while we wait for a warranty replacement, he helped me get an almost NBN-FTTC-incompatible wireless router online! We have internet back!

  • GianniVecchio_ GiGi (@GianniVecchio_) reported

@Rjqzy Ah very fair, never had an issue myself but that’s fair. My mate uses iinet but he’s in Canberra
