@iiNet REF: 376957354, after waiting on the line for 42: minutes i was told that this ticket is closed due to an internal fault. I am with poor internet service, and unable to work from home. I had to use my own 4G which is faster than iinet's 5Gs speeds. It has been 3 days now an upd.

@n3w4v3 @iiNet Lol... I just turned my modem off at wall, unplugged and re plugged and I'm finally connected. Give it a go, you never know.

Hey @iinet why don’t you do your callback service anymore? Over an hour to report that NBN won’t work thanks to massive lightning in Melbourne. Yet mysteriously web keeps saying all is fine. I’m not the only one in my area.
