    @iiNet @WendyBirdOZ You should have announced this issue on your Twitter and Facebook accounts, Surely you have protocols - causes greater reputation damage when it appears IInet are in hiding.

    hey @iiNet, when are you going to fix your email/webmail problems? Hell, when are you going to put out a simple notice acknowledging there are problems & giving an estimate of it being fixed? Poor customer service

    @jswharton @iiNet Was on hold listening to back 2 back ads this a.m. for 2hrs 1min 43 secs, then the machine hung up on me. Rang back Billing got to 2 mins 35. Maybe I should let the phone answerers get out back to help the techs. No humans to chat with to pay a bill. Down since last night AEST.

    @iiNet this is not ok. When you finally fix this outage you need to address your communication plan. No update whatsoever via social media or direct message. Shameful.
