    I don't do much consumer advice here, but anyone using @iiNet or @WestnetAU (same company) for mobile service, don't bother. I'm still not connected three weeks after requesting a SIM card. Help line is no help. Promises broken. Indifferent. Wasted no time in taking my money.

    @iiNet is there an outage etc in 3055. Simultaneously can’t login to toolbox with my longstanding password. Can’t reset password without website errors.

    Dear @tpg_telecom / @iiNet, I have been a customer for 20+ years. You just decided I cannot pay my bill without giving you a photo of my passport (and face), and my mobile number. You suck. Did you learn nothing from @optus? Stop sucking. Yours sincerely, Ex-customer.

    Interesting that @iiNet has sent out emails reassuring their customers that they weren't part of the @Optus data breach. I suppose a lot of people must have been concerned, since iiNet used the Optus mobile network for so long.
