@DocB__ @iiNet @Aussie_BB We use Aussie BB, they have provided excellent support on Macleay Island. We dropped Telstra after decades of substandard service.

@iiNet I had iiNet at my previous address. I put in an order three weeks ago to have this changed to my new address. I am now on day three of no internet. I have spoken to over ten iiNet customer service representatives. I am no further forward.

@M1Aussie @iiNet The issue I also have. One day, I’ll drop my guard, click or answer the question. Bang gone. Like @iinet would care. So they should stop this practice, if it is them.

@DocB__ @iiNet @Aussie_BB A few years ago I had a lengthy argument with them when I was moving and they couldn’t service the area I was moving to but still insisted on me paying a hefty cancellation fee. Been happy with the Aussie BB service.

@Frakmiffin @iiNet M8, get away from iinet and give Aussie broadband a look, they've been superb for me. Fantastic customer service and no issues with anything (FTTP)! If you do, use this referal code to get $50 credit: 7979438.

@iiNet What is the reasoning behind a customer having to wait for 3-5mins whilst my account is cancelled? #rude

@iiNet @iinet more BS from the worst ISP service I have ever ever experienced and I’ve been with Telstra! Hard to beat but they’ve managed to own that. Another own goal here

@iiNet @whirlpoolnetau Small businesses AVOID #iiNet. #iiNet is completely unresponsive to customer complaints, even when repeatedly reported here as routinely overcharging customers who pay to keep it in business. AVOID disgusting, dishonest #iiNet

@iiNet I've had connection issues for over a month now. My internet dropped out again and your service agent wouldn't put me onto a manager then hung up on me. Why would I want to continue my service with you?! This is ridiculous.

@iiNet That update hasn't changed in hours...honestly. Can you please provide information about what the problem seems to be and how long it may take to rectify it.
