    @iiNet Update: someone sensible called and spoke to Dad. Resolved the lost emails but couldn’t change the quota. So moving my folks to iCloud email addresses. Still crazy it requires a Twitter rant to get proper support and service.

    @iiNet Day7 (no access for 7 days)..just been advised by iinet modem was not delivered by startrek because they sent to different address..startrek won't tell iinet where they sent it due to security/privacy issues..today I have phoned, emailed and direct messaged ..no internet

    Another day, another shitty customer service call with @iiNet trying to get someone to run a cable from the street to our existing @NBN_Australia box and modem. WE DON’T NEED A CHIP JUST GET SOMEONE TO RUN A CABLE. Could you be any worse? Solve it today or we cancel
