It seems like @iiNet's whole business strategy is provide such poor internet service that people can't complain about them on the internet. Well jokes on you @iiNet, I've got heaps of data.

@iiNet I've had a case open for about 3 months now. Two technician visits (the same technician that didn't know how to fix it the first time) and two routers later... It still sucks. Try your best, my account will be under my name.

@GrogsGamut @iiNet Agreed. I was with them for 14 years!! and they still charged me $200 to cancel when I went to NBN else sign on for another 2yrs. Much happier with Aussie Broadband

@GrogsGamut @iiNet Another Aussie broadband person - switched over from Iinet almost 2 years ago after Iinet’s service went downhill. Very pleased I did and the actual changeover took something like an hour.

@iiNet It seems #iiNet can’t even manage competently to deliver a sim card. Its service is TOTAL DISASTER. And it wishes to warn disappointed **NEW** customers off complaining publicly about its appalling service. I predict a very short relationship. Want better? AVOID #iiNet.

@tbyrne74 @iiNet @Internode Plus, the invoicing arithmetic that was involved in disconnecting and reconnecting on a different plan was flawless. Right down to the last cent, all balanced and correct without any effort on my part. Never imagined I'd sing praise for an internet provider but here we are
