    @yobigbird @Optus Every one with optus here are having the same issue. Especially using @iiNet as it drops in and out from 11pm last night

    Credit where due - just received excellent service from @iiNet, who upgraded my speed to 100 Mbps while I download a huge amount of backed-up files to my new laptop. and the tech person was in South Africa, so we had a nice chat about Cape Town. :)

    Hi @iiNet, my Westnet email account is not working. I have tried to log in but it says incorrect details and I'm not prepared to put my credit card or bank details into your website so I can receive an email with this info. Please advise what I can do.
