    @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    @iiNet just canceled my ozemail account after nearly 30 years. That’s how dreadful your service has become, how empty your promises to fix things are, and how💩 your company is. Bought a 500GB SIM from Optus, immediate 40Mbps stable connection compared to your unstable 1.5Mbps

    @iiNet hi is there an outage in the area of VICTORIA 3019 for 5G broadband services? Ive been on hold for 1 hour. I need internet connection to work from home. I have already turn off the modem for 10 secs and turn it back on. Still no connection. There are 4 lights bars on modem

    @iiNet What's happened to your quality of service? Mass outages, almost every day... I used to love #iinet, but if this keeps up, I'm leaving for another provider.
