    @iinet Again you have sent me an SMS to tell me you’ve sent me an EMAIL for an AutoDebit invoice. What is wrong with @iinet customer service ethic ? Why do you #fail to provide an #optout ? on this patronising/controlling/redundant noise to my phone!!?

    great first impressions with @iiNet signed up for nbn, was told i need a tech to come out, got modem, waited for sms, nothing, rang up, told i don’t need some1 to come out, i set up modem today, not working, ring up, I do need some1 to come out. waiting on sms for date. Excellent

    @mwheatland @iiNet Well, I get up to 7 Mbps sometimes - whoopee! - but it goes up and down. I had five days a few weeks ago where I had no internet at all - and I need it for work. I'm 1.5 k from Sydney's CBD. Good luck!

    @iiNet: we are committed to getting your service back online. Also @iinet not- actually helping you get back online and instead blaming other "third party services"

    An @iiNet customer my entire adult life but will soon be a @Telstra customer (only regional broadband provider at new place). But oh my, online service is woeful, I've no idea if new connection is underway, and can't find anything useful on website. iiNet service is underrated!

    @iiNet Ok you can follow up on the following: 1. Will it take the whole 3 days for my modem to be delivered? 2. Am I going to receive a credit on my bill for time lost on my service?

    @iiNet Thanks Leo, we've done all those things plus also reset the router/phone box back to factory settings. NBN phone is still not working, and the 'Phone 1' light on the router/phone box comes and goes intermittently.
