    @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    @aimyaimless @BazzaCC I do.. and 2FA is a good thing if done right. There is no opt out, and only works with SMS for @iiNet which is a problem for me.. last month I had a SIM card issue.. couldn’t pay my bill or report the internet outage on the NBN for 3 days because of it. My bank is not the same,

    @iiNet TIO complaint 2025-11-04360 logged regarding you fraudulently debiting my account and then threatening to disconnect my service for non-payment.

    @iiNet how do I contact you when I’m outside of the country? I have a problem with the Internet at my house in Perth and my family can’t get through to your and they need my invoice, which can’t access to due to no sms.

    @iiNet Discord voice (UDP) stuck on RTC Connecting / No Route on iinet NBN—bypasses instantly with Cloudflare WARP. Known issue with other AU ISPs this week.

    Hey @iiNet been on hold to #hosting for over 53 minutes…just have an enquiry to check something but not going on line to do it, want to speak to a person. Never waited so long for support

    @iiNet Really poor service tonight guys. Our CC was compromised so I changed payment details with you April 3rd. Now tonight, at 8pm you disconnect the service. Just as the call centre closes. Big help you guys are.

    120hrs update: @iiNet is still a steaming pile of ordure. Unsurprisingly no resolution, no update, no hope that anyone will be roused before the 4day weekend is over, and no email. Avoid this mob
