@iinet could you imagine having one of the few hybrid fibre/coaxial networks in the country, offering 400mbs a second and the downgrading everyone to 100mbs. The network could probably go faster anyway.

@iiNet Hi I seem to have an outage. The nbn outage site says there are no outages detected in my area. I’m area code 3079. Cheers

  • MCA31 Marc (@MCA31) reported

@iiNet who do I contact in regards to my poor connection and speeds? I’m getting less than 9% of my plans connection speed.

  • THEFDMA Daz (@THEFDMA) reported

@iiNet Have been on hold for half an hour. No option for a call back. Customer service doesn’t exist here. Fetch box has reset and asking for activation number. This is the latest in a long list of f#*! Ups from #iiNet There will need to be reimbursement once this is sorted.

@iiNet There is no worse customer service team than iiNet

  • amp1874 Peter Vamplew (@amp1874) reported

Hey @iinet. Maybe if your staff spent more time actually dealing with my problem and less trying to up-sell me an unrelated mobile phone plan then it might be possible to order a modem upgrade in less than 50 minutes and by talking to less than 4 different staff members.

@iiNet is the WORST internet provider do NOT ever use these useless **** faces

  • david_w_au David (@david_w_au) reported

@iiNet I'm having an awful experience with iinet. My elderly MIL, 91 yrs, lives alone, her iinet landline isn't working. Was promised it would be fixed yesterday, still not working. She has no way to call for help if she needs it. Asked 6 times today for updates, silence.

  • Ozludo RobS (@Ozludo) reported

@iiNet Hey guys - have been waiting for resi broadband tech support to pick-up since 4.30. It has been an hour on hold. No offer of a call back. This is the third outage this week, probably the tenth time in the last 6 weeks. Could someone please respond? This is ridiculous.

@iiNet Well well well!!! The offer to resolve my issues have still not been successful … Since APT have purchased iiNet their service and competence has gone to shite I suggest people should consider an alternative as they are no longer an Organisation that avoids incompetence
