When asked what further action we might consider, @iiNet failed to mention the Communications Ombudsman. That's pretty poor guys ... are we just supposed to suck it up, or something. We've been with @iiNet so long we have an @ozemail email address. 20 years +

@B4llistick @iiNet @networkoutage And suddenly back here. 1.15 hr outage

  • sarahkmajor Sarah M (@sarahkmajor) reported

Absolutely FUMING @iiNet 🤬🤬🤬 Moved 1st May. Since week prior, partner actioned internet connection (to Five Dock) to prep. Since 3 May, EVERYDAY he's been calling. Multiple issues, ZERO service from customer service team. Escalation = NIL. Will escalate to #TIO @ACCAN_AU

  • dandantaylor99 Dan Taylor (@dandantaylor99) reported

@iiNet is there an issue in the Rockdale 2216 area? Switched off and disconnected router twice now and still in red status not working. Please advise.

@iiNet the reason I never DM you is that somehow, miraculously, tweeting sets it right.

  • TimFirman1 Tim Firman (@TimFirman1) reported

@iiNet You guys are a joke. Service so poor we moved our accounts to another ISP. Then you guys promised on 2 diff calls, our emails wouldn't be deleted and we could call after the new service came online to keep the email addresses and mailboxes.

  • GlennMolnar Glenn Molnar (@GlennMolnar) reported

@iiNet I'm a 4+ year customer, moved 10 days ago (plus 7 days extra notice before that indicating I was moving), and have been calling every single day trying to get our internet connection activated. @Aussie_BB i am ready to give up, can you do any better?

  • O_JohnnyBravo_O JB (@O_JohnnyBravo_O) reported

So @iiNet has clearly been hacked. I get a legit invoice telling me that a bill is due but all is good as I have direct debit setup. Week later I get a 'credit card declined' email and a dodgy link to a website looking and smelling like iinet, but isn't asking me to login to pay.

  • VelvetTeaLeaf VelvetTeaLeaf (@VelvetTeaLeaf) reported

Hi @iiNet I'm unable to login. It says my username and password are invalid.

@sortius @iiNet @NBN_Australia Just shits me that every 3-6 months, for no reason, the configuration and appliances as supplied by ISP that been working seamlessly start to crap out. Download speeds look fine but streaming content degrades, buffers and throw errors. ADSL1 or worse. It's like 2005.
