    My only remaining wish before I go to the funny farm is that every @iinet employee we've spoken to so far is crushed by guilt and shame at what they are paid to do to us customer/victims.

    @SamGriLaLaLa @iiNet Yep, it's built-in. @iinet have decided it's cheaper to just drive insane anyone who has a problem that requires any amount of work. Their call takers are pure animals.

    @iiNet My mistake! I had no idea about "We do not offer priority assistance on connection time-frames for health reasons". Maybe 6 weeks ago you could have mentioned that we can go **** ourselves.

    Just realised how bad @vodafone is in Tasmania @iiNet changed provider from @Optus to Vodafone The connection went from great to like now it took me 15min to load up twitter and I am in a suburb 30min out of the CBD!!! So Dont change ur sim card even if iinet calls you up!!! 😤
