    @iiNet hey, I believe someone has used my email to create an account with yall last month, and I've been getting emails meant for that person. I tried calling the international number for help, but the number doesn't work and I don't know what else to do.

    @iiNet fix the ISP. you are blocking @discord access. trying to access it through the application and through their website is being blocked by you,. this is the 2nd time in the last month.

    @iiNet how do I contact you when I’m outside of the country? I have a problem with the Internet at my house in Perth and my family can’t get through to your and they need my invoice, which can’t access to due to no sms.

    Previously @iiNet couldn’t do check because “internet connection wasn’t working and recommended resetting modem”… which is exactly what we have to do every 5-20 minutes. Gets so bad we look at each other & say “your turn to reset router”. @iiNet is useless. Next step @Starlink

    Emailed @iiNet twice in the last 2 weeks with no response. Is this how you treat customers who have been with you for 25 years? @launtel here I come.

    @iiNet What is wrong with your 4G internet. Drops out all the time & I'm only 10km from CBD in Perth. Customer service is rubbish want you to be at home to test system when I have to be at work. Had a gut full!

    @gReb3l @iiNet Mate, just get Starlink. I had issues with iiNet VDSL due to infrastructure issues outside my control, was only getting 2 - 5 Mbps when promised 70 Mbps. They refused to fix the issue and didn't want to reduce/refund bills even though weren't honouring their promise.

    @iiNet internet has been intermittent and stuffed for weeks. Call and sitting on hold forever kinda makes for an impossible resolution. Just thought you’d like to know that I’ll be logging a logging a complaint with the Ombudsman. No thanks
