    @Chopsie_Murphy @NBN_Australia @iiNet It’s incredible that someone inside NBN has the ability to shut someone’s internet down without confirming whether it’s the right one. In this day and age of dual authentication NBN do nothing and then avoid scrutiny via inbuilt opaqueness. ZERO ISO9001 quality processes.

    @NBN_Australia Thanks #nbnsupport I have spoken to @iiNet numerous times with no outcome. My @Telstra 4G service is quicker than the service I receive from them

    @iiNet Everything about initiating my new BUSINESS phone account with #iiNet is all ****** up, and its service is as bad as I remembered from 15 years ago. AVOID PAIN. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH #iiNet.

    If you want garbage internet make sure you sign up to @iiNet for their non existant @NBN_Australia plans.. This has to be the worst service I have had in nearly 5 years!!! #poorcustomerservice #worseplans #shockinhcoverage

    @iiNet hey guys, any news on cable outages in the Geelong area? Belmont specifically. I've been without service for a few hours and there's no info on the website
