    @iiNet Have had reports of VDSL2 problems in Canberra near Manuka? Rebooted modem and speeds are v e r y slow.

    Worst Service & Support EVER. 16 years with them. Im in Australia, **** sake keep ur bloody call centers in Australia. Sick of dealing with bad English speaking people who pass u round from 1 dept to another. DONT USE iiNET Uless you like get frustrated every time u call. @iiNet

    @iiNet No.. I just talked to 3 different departments and talked to RUDE guy in collections who i will be reporting for his Bad Attitude ans rude behavior. Ive been with u 16 years. You can go to hell im leaving your company and going to Telsta. Had enough of bloody overseas RUDE PEOPLE

    @iiNet your customer service is the worst. Poorly trained staff, who are very difficult to hear down the bad VOIP line your provide them with. Been with iinet for a decade but Im@now looking for another provider. So angry.

    @iiNet We just moved into a place with iiNet cable in Geelong but we also got a letter here from nbn that the nbn network is going to shut off Optus cable and reconnect them all to nbn are we also going to be forced to use nbn
