    So @iiNet says it provides 24/7 support but when I call - after a week of intermittent service - they say nobody is available. So I keep using data and end up with a massive bill and still can’t watch the olympics!

  • lukeperry85 Luke (@lukeperry85) reported

    @iiNet Thanks, the tech came out and solved the problem as soon as I was ready. Great service!

  • natasha_yann Natasha yann 🏜🚐 (@natasha_yann) reported

    Did you know that @NBN_Australia can arbitrarily disconnect and delete your service to your isp @iiNet without your knowledge, without communication or approval? Then no one can tell you who or why. After which your ISP then requests that you pay a reconnection fee? Wow just wow

  • ltecarroll Lloyd (@ltecarroll) reported

    @jonburton89 @Aussie_BB @iiNet I think it was $79 for 6 months, $99 after that. 40 down, 20 up. #Toight

    @viraljetani @iiNet Same issue

  • Option1 Neil Cameron ️🕯️ (@Option1) reported

    @redruby17 @iiNet Oh and all the numbers they supposedly come from are spoofed. So if you miss a call from a number you don't know, don't bother calling back. You'll just get the poor unaware innocent who actually does own that number.

  • dragonbrother Brad (@dragonbrother) reported

    Well nbn seems to be down. Thanks @iiNet might as well go get lunch lol

  • WoodLloydWood L. (@WoodLloydWood) reported

    @iinet attempting to watch the Olympics via the @7plus live tv channels using iinet's Fetch box. The Fetch box reboots itself whenever it feels like it, has a slow and unresponsive interface, and its displayed picture freezes often. iinet tries to sell movies using Fetch? Really?

    @iiNet Could not be more disappointed with your service. Regularly cuts out or struggles to keep up with demand. And we're not streaming 4k videos or playing hi-def games online. We can't even stream a bloody episode of Bluey without it pausing to buffer. They're 7 mins long!!
