@iiNet Maybe if you spent less time selling your crap products and more time supporting them then the sales would follow. Day 3 and still can't use OUTLOOK to access EXCHANGE. IT ISN'T HARD!!

@LGPorterZ @iiNet 1hr 44mins in @iinet tell me wait another 15mins and the emails may come back. Start Outlook every now and then to see if its working. He's been there 15yrs. Agrees this is the lonest outage he's seen.

@formula_acct @StevenSinagra @iiNet I have been on "hold" for 58 mins now. Tried earlier today too. Currently migrating my clients to Microsoft 365. It isn't perfect either, but at least you know they won't just drop support for Outlook out of the blue.

@iiNet @youituber Finally got through to some other department, they put me through to residential support who had a statement which they read out (Paraphrasing) "Update on Friday caused unintended issues. Hoping to resolve in the coming days. Apologies for not informing everyone of the update"

@youituber @CampbellNewman @iiNet I never said anything about using iinet's domain for emails. I said using *infra* (infrastructure) services provided by ISP's. That includes hosted services like Exchange.
