Pina Rigos (@pina456) reported@iiNet been a customer for 20 years.. paid for premium Nbn service that was faulty for 7 months.. after requesting to cancel with total frustration they sent out a Nbn technician who found the Nbn box faulty and replaced it. Iinet offered a 3.29 credit! A joke!
