@IanWoolf @iiNet OK, and just again, why such a big difference between down and upload. HFC is only available in limited urban areas I think?

@iiNet How does a long time loyal customer take advantage of the “great price” rather than getting shafted and paying 15 dollars more per month than the new customers??

@iiNet Good evening. I have been without connection for over three hours. I have checked and there is an unplanned incident with NBN in my area. What I do not understand is that my neighbour two doors down has not lost her connection. I do realise I have to wait on NBN to fix.

@iiNet Your colleague has advised there is still an issue in the area, yet your website shows it as resolved. You may want to update your site to accurately reflect to save your customers time.

@nicktrav @iiNet @TPG_Telecom Yeah, I assume emails are possible to restore but their IT support didn't know how to do it. This is honestly the problem of mergers and aggressive cost controlling - it produced scenarios where no-one at the customer-facing level can actually solve non-routine problems.

@nicktrav @iiNet @TPG_Telecom I've had to calm by Dad down from the ramparts of "class action law suit" as I feel like it should be able to resolved commercially - but it is a last resort. I'll see if we can get a shibboleet.
