    @iinet - why are folks bothering to chase iiNet support? Give it up. TPG aims to 'streamline' (14-Dec-2021), so they need to consolidate vodafone, iinet, internode, lebara, aapt and felix. @iinet has a meltdown and customers jump ship - consolidation begins.

    @iiNet Hi Liz - just noticed the link has not been updated for 13 hours. So @iiNet email outage is ongoing? Really would be helpful to know at this end so I don't waste time trying to find a problem here.

    @iiNet @simon_rosenberg Your email server was down again yesterday. Together with the serious outage last week your service is abysmal. Some people need their emails for work. You have not apologised for the outages or explained why you have no back up system. You just take your customers for granted.

    @iiNet @PaulKiem Thanks for the link but that notice says it started three hours ago. My email slowed to a crawl two or three days ago and is now not working at all. Postcode 5014.

    @iiNet very upset, been without any internet since the 28/12 and the earliest you can send a technician is the 10th??? Very poor, also perhaps someone can tell me how is it can log into my toolbox without internet and view task information being uploaded?

    So is @iiNet email not working at all now? Appalling to be asked to rank those who try to assist on the phone so they can be 'sanctioned', as one senior person offered, when the problem is clearly with technology, compounded by no communication.
