MrWigglyAU (@MrWigglyAU) reported@iiNet Issues with NBN connection in Ballarat 3350. connection is there, but pages are loading super slow, and often time out. speed test fails latency test so cannot even check speeds.

Cesare Mammarella (@Erasec) reportedCustomer service @iiNet is really really bad. Cue waiting times blown out to 30 mins and to make it worse they hang up on you. 3rd phone call in 90 mins to try and resolve issue of their making. Avoid them if you can...
