@iiNet Hi Tal, I am aware of that. The only solution I want is confirmation in writing that we will never have to pay the amount listed as an "outstanding dispute" _still_ on our final account despite no less than 5 assurances that we wouldn't have to pay it, or that it would be removed

@iiNet We’ll I’ve just wasted time using my business line calling the said number - after 15 minutes the member who is obviously from overseas says - oh I am no longer handling mobile phone problems - so why did I get to her. #worldsworst - #iiNet Dumbest by far

@iiNet Any issue in Atwell WA (6164) at the moment? I’ve checked the iiNet page and nbn page and it says everything is normal. I’ve rebooted the router 3 times, and checked all cables. Still nothing. It’s been off for 20-30 minutes. Very unusual.

@iiNet Thanks Leo. I ended up calling support and they said the same, but did a forced reset anyway and that fixed it. Good work all round really!

@iiNet @weliveoutside Ross I have filed a complaint with the Telecommunications Ombudsman - the TIO. I suggest you do the same so that iiNet gets properly investigated

@iiNet Don’t bother. They are incompetent. Disconnects services without authority and hide behind overseas call centres. Avoid them and get better service elsewhere

Seriously poor service @iiNet My elderly father has not had phone service for 3 weeks while waiting on a sim that turned up last Thursday and it’s still not activated. Not good enough!

I can’t believe that I still have to talk to @iiNet ‘s crap customer service people despite cancelling my accounts a month ago. At least they’re consistently inflexible and annoying 🙄
