    @katling73 @iiNet Its been down for 18 hours and even their website is down. Not a good look and no sign of any fixes either.

    I'll be very interested to hear how @IInet explain the scale and duration of this outage - a single failure point? Outrageous.

    @iiNet What's the point in having a twitter account if you can't bother to at least post a 'we are having problems and we'll be fixed soon' type of message? Or have you gone bankrupt? who can tell?
