@iinet email has been down from Christmas afternoon and they literally have there out of office on. no comms. no support. if you are going to be a service provider you need to be 24/7 every day of the year.

I use my internet connection for work. @iiNet as a result of a lack of response to customers during this outtage, inability to provide a 24/7 service and a general decline in service, after 19 years I am taking my business elsewhere. Very disappointing #iiNetFail

  • OttoVonT Peter Metzeling (@OttoVonT) reported

@iiNet still"down"? Long long time to be off the air. Not happy Jan!!!

  • Boendy1 Chris Boendermaker🐀💧😈 (@Boendy1) reported

@downdetectorau Seriously! Don’t they have on-call support staff? How hard is it to let us know what’s going on? How hard is it to reboot a couple of servers? I’ve been with @iiNet for 19 years. You guys have dropped the ball this time. Time to move?
