@iiNet @DewsMonique Hi! Due to extremely poor management and ineptitude, we are experiencing regular and ongoing impacts to our customer service operations. We couldn’t give a damn as we treat our customers like rubbish so please go away.

  • PetraAu Petra Campbell (@PetraAu) reported

@Boendy1 @iiNet Iinet doesn’t want to provide email services - takes up too much data. Its sad. Their customer service /tech support used to be excellent

Dear @iiNet - try this: "Dear iiNet Customers. We're suffering an unexpected, system-wide failure due to equipment X at location Y. Engineers are frantically trying to resolve the problem. Next update at X:XX am"

  • gethie85 Gethie_ (@gethie85) reported

You @iiNet you are saying internet service is still available so why does it keep dropping out ever 5 minutes and we can't connect to an you site?

  • CraigAllenCBR 𝙲𝚛𝚊𝚒𝚐 𝙰𝚕𝚕𝚎𝚗 (@CraigAllenCBR) reported

Wow. Trying to apply for Qld border pass, but can’t complete, as still no PCR results from ACT (2 days and waiting) and now @iiNet email down, so can’t get Qld confirmation anyway. 😞

  • RosalieBent Rosalie Bent (@RosalieBent) reported

@iiNet @radford1975 and nobody actually believes your story. what weather even brings down an ENTIRE NETWORK across the entire country for 24 hours with zero explanation? even now, you've offered no actual information even on your twitter account. Does no one there have a mobile phone to update it?

  • StuartSMWalker Stuart (@StuartSMWalker) reported

@iiNet @iinet Oh, and even though email is down, perhaps you could recommend an alternate SMTP provider to use in the short term. This would be v useful for people to able to at least SEND an email to friends/clients stating the situation and maybe even providing g an alternate email.
