    How’s this… @iiNet has cut my phone off (unable to make calls, send messages, use internet.) I use my wife’s phone to call them and ask what has happened… they tell me the ‘support team doesn’t work on the weekend’ so I’m phone-less till Monday @ 9am. In 2023. Madness.

    @iiNet how do I contact you when I’m outside of the country? I have a problem with the Internet at my house in Perth and my family can’t get through to your and they need my invoice, which can’t access to due to no sms.

    Pretty much comms across Australia are failing right now. Txt international from Australian networks and let me know how you get on and which carrier you use. Per @iiNet Mobile support "all Australia" mobile services affected. Not sure if that is accurate. Txt msg error 28

    @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    Hello @iiNet Can you please explain how you can take the working phone number of an 82 year old woman and make it so the only calls it can receive are from you, nobody else can call it. YOUR JOB IS TO PROVIDE A PHONE SERVICE YET YOU HAVE FAILED TO FIX THIS PROBLEM FOR MONTHS
