    Seriously @iiNet I sent you an email in which I clearly stated I did not have time to talk to you on the phone and yet instead of replying by email you tried to call me AND when I didn't answer YOU KEPT CALLING interrupting my work. Seriously what is your problem?

    @iiNet how do I contact you when I’m outside of the country? I have a problem with the Internet at my house in Perth and my family can’t get through to your and they need my invoice, which can’t access to due to no sms.

    @iiNet is there an outage in the Ballarat area? 3350 Have an IP but no traffic flowing after a router restart and an nbn box restart

    Emailed @iiNet twice in the last 2 weeks with no response. Is this how you treat customers who have been with you for 25 years? @launtel here I come.

    @iiNet is actively blocking access and use of @discord Discord it an important communication platform for many. This happened to us last month and after following every solution they had @discord_support, who were quick to reply to my emails, worked out to be our ****** ISP.

    @iiNet worst customer experience of my life - 3.5 years a customer- take my money every month - try to talk to someone - 3 phone calls - can't help me because my DOB is wrong in yr system- resend ID verified- 12 hours later still not updated and can't help me - told to call back
