@iiNet This happens exactly one week before the bill@is due,every month…..never had these issues with the company I signed up with that was bought out by iiNet ,I have stayed with this company since (roughly 5 yrs) I’m getting fed up

@Missamoo @iiNet Try calling them on your mobile because your nbn is down and your VOIP is now unavailable. iiNet then charge your mobile to call them - even when they leave you on hold for 30 minutes. I think this has to be illegal so I have referred the matter to the TIO.
