There is a lot of irate customers being given conflicting information. If this is a permanent change without notice and in breach of the contract, I see class actions.

Leanne S (@SmithBrisbane) reported@iiNet having an issue with Outlook 2019 and iiNet hosted exchange coming up with an iiNet server certificate and password error. Using exchange, not pop or imap. Haven’t been able to sync since 11pm Friday. Is this currently being looked at by engineers?

The last useful tech support call with transact communication got dropped and I haven't been able to get back on to anyone who can do anything.
