It’s crazy you can transfer someone else’s internet and essentially shut it down for days. @iiNet is the company who this other office transferred it to by mistake. No checks on the address were made at all.

@iiNet Hi, I had an outage a couple weeks ago and the same issue is back. I don’t have all 4 lights on my NBN box. But turning it off and on doesn’t resolve it. There are no reported outages in my area. Thanks

How to lose a loyal #customer (4+ years of paying on time) in one easy step: When customer needs to relocate, scrap existing account & start a NEW one (WTF?), demanding payment IN ADVANCE (even if they paid for a month YESTERDAY). Sorry, NO exceptions! Bye @iiNet! Hello @Telstra!

  • cloudcitizen Graham Lauren (@cloudcitizen) reported

@iiNet @TelcoOmbudsman @whirlpoolnetau SMALL BUSINESSES, FIND ANOTHER MOBILE TELCO AND AVOID THE PAIN OF DOING BUSINESS WITH #iiNET Waiting on #iiNet support for call back. How much more of my f-ing life must I waste on these clowns? #iiNet deserves no-one's business.
