Don't need to go back to the start with the support team or turn the router on/off or explain to someone new why there is a problem despite having connectivity now.

That's pretty poor guys ... are we just supposed to suck it up, or something. We've been with @iiNet so long we have an @ozemail email address. 20 years +

Tim Firman (@TimFirman1) reported@iiNet You guys are a joke. Service so poor we moved our accounts to another ISP. Then you guys promised on 2 diff calls, our emails wouldn't be deleted and we could call after the new service came online to keep the email addresses and mailboxes.

I’ve a story due Monday that I’m trying to research and an online university course that I’m trying to stay on top of with an exam on Tuesday. Switching between slow wifi when it’s up and expensive 4G on my phone is driving me crazy!!!!
