@iiNet You have been told about my partner's health issues and have not addressed it once and now you are talking about abusive remarks? In tweets where I make it clear we are being abused. Ten points for sociopathy.

@iiNet My mistake! I had no idea about "We do not offer priority assistance on connection time-frames for health reasons". Maybe 6 weeks ago you could have mentioned that we can go **** ourselves.

We have tried to get @iinet's attention and we do, over and over, but then they forget all about us and we do it again. And again. And now it's a life threatening health issue. And it's still not enough for the prison guards who take their calls.

@jezheywood @iiNet Right, so @iinet's systems and their culture have been putrid for years, but it's making to much money. They're not only not changing, they're training people to waste customer's money, time and good health. Scum. Dogs. And yes, rats.

@iiNet No, you aren't doing anything but do this PR bullshit meant to frame me as the unreasonable customer who dares to expect special, or even any, service. First mention of 'prescribed processes' too. You really are set up to waste our time until the end of time if necessary.
