Dear @iiNet I know the focus group said that nice, honest-looking Irish fellow in your ads gave them confidence but that was before Allan Joyce took a big dump on that whole 'honest Irishman' schtick. I'm happy with my iinet mobile service, though.

Interesting that @iiNet has sent out emails reassuring their customers that they weren't part of the @Optus data breach. I suppose a lot of people must have been concerned, since iiNet used the Optus mobile network for so long.

I don't do much consumer advice here, but anyone using @iiNet or @WestnetAU (same company) for mobile service, don't bother. I'm still not connected three weeks after requesting a SIM card. Help line is no help. Promises broken. Indifferent. Wasted no time in taking my money.
