@ken_killcare @miriamcosic @iiNet Nope, the problem is 100% Iinet. 6 mths ago at the end of a 6mth intro offer to new plan, they wouldn't neg on price and upped from $99 to $129. When we left over a separate issue, they offered same deal for $89. Too late! If they'd neg earlier, I wouldn't have shopped around.

So according to @NBN_Australia and @iiNet the only solution is to wait until the next time they disconnect my service, pay to have it reconnected, and then go without internet for a week until it’s finally reconnected

@NBN_Australia and @iiNet keep telling me the issue can’t be resolved because someone with a similar address must be trying to connect the internet but I don’t have any neighbours and my block hasn’t been altered since it was registered in 1923

@iiNet have totally disconnected my service with no warning and are blaming the NBN even though when it happened in may 2021 they assured me it wouldn’t happen again

@iiNet So after no help from your DM I have called again and spent 1.5 hrs on the phone mostly on hold to be told a supervisor will call me as soon as they hang-up still no call from the supervisor but then again this isn't surprising seeing you apparently have failed internal systems

I have lodged ANOTHER complaint with the telecommunications ombudsman but I did that in May 2021 as well and even though I was assured by @iiNet the issue was resolved it has happened again
