    @iiNet thanks iinet. I get nbnco is investigating a problem but ffs I changed my modem a month ago and nothing but problems since then. Do better

  • brad_00 meh... (@brad_00) reported

    @iiNet been a customer for 17 years and the service is unacceptable. From trying to establish new service to cancelling existing service. I can’t believe how poor this experience has been

  • audinosaur mau (@audinosaur) reported

    @iiNet Hi team I have had intermittent drop outs last few days. Has gone down again not reconnecting. Any issues NBN FTTN 6230?

  • TubbsJTattsyrup Tubbs Tattsyrup (@TubbsJTattsyrup) reported

    @iiNet I refuse to DM you anymore because I want other customers to see how bad your service is. Last DM I sent wasn’t responded to, and when I called to speak to a manager, you said they’d call me back in a couple of hours.

    @iiNet Worst service provider ever!!

  • miriamcosic Miriam Cosic (@miriamcosic) reported

    @browndogstales @iiNet No, it'd have been all over the business/tech pages if it were. But iinet was bought by TPG, no? It's a shocker for a journalist. Got to NY on a 2-day job before finding out it doesn't do overseas. And have had wifi down, 5 days at a time, three times in the last year ... 🙄

  • Malokaiii_ Malokaiii (@Malokaiii_) reported

    @iiNet @NBN_Australia this is becoming a joke. NBN outage for three days and absolutely no update! Where someone in the building next to me on the same ISP has connection. Just fix the issue! You even had the nerve to send me a bill while it's out! Wtf?

  • waltonkate Kate Walton (@waltonkate) reported

    @iiNet Hi, we're having connection issues this evening in 2903. Some sites load, others don't. All load when using 4G. Any ideas? Have restarted router etc. Thank you.

    @miriamcosic @iiNet Sounds more like an iiNet issue than Optus. I haven't heard anything about Optus closing. iiNet was bought by dodo (I think) some time back & has gone downhill since. We moved to Belong (budget Telstra subsidiary) & it's worked well. Very easy to port across.

    @Mezanong @TubbsJTattsyrup @iiNet They give the run around, blame you, tell you it’s the 30 knot wind coming in off Bass Straight. Iinet customers are stupid according to iinet.
