@Uji733 @iiNet @Hornso43 I don't believe this is a server problem. 3 days and no email. More like they've been hacked.

@t2d66 @iiNet Phishing attempt. If you inspect the link it is not an iiNet address. Message used bad expression “update your credit card” rather than “update your credit card details”. Also does not address you by your name. I have had 10’s of these

@iiNet And now another 24 hrs with no further 'update' and no actual informative truth as to what is actually going on with your systems, and what information of ours has been affected. You've gone from pathetic to piss poor, congrats #iinet. Try honesty, it may save you some customers.

No information on the datacentre outage on @iiNet homepage, 24+hrs ago since a vague update on their FB page and no response to repeated inquiries. 3 days now and counting. @acmadotgov are you able to intervene on customers' behalf? #iinet #iinetfail #iinetstilldown

@iiNet I haven't been able to access my emails since yesterday. Is there some kind of outage? This is really inconvenient as I'm waiting on multiple emails.

@iiNet Further you have stopped 24/7 support. Do you think technical failures only happen during office hours? Now when you are open it's impossible to get through. You have gone to sh*t since the TPG takeover.

@iiNet This one event combined with the lack of communication has just scuttled all those years and $ spent on advertising. Some simple information such as if our e-mails are permanently lost or if they are pending ... just something basic like that would be of help.
