COVID Cautious Nat 5x 💉 (@NatMcNazz) reportedHey @iiNet - After experiencing drop-outs, I was told I needed a new modem as one of the ports was fried. I bought it, and it arrived today but never received the go-ahead to plug it in. I’ve been on hold for 1:38:09 and I’m frankly over it. No estimates of continued wait. Why?!

Scott Nicholson (@scottpunlord) reported@iiNet You know what really cringes my hinges? You’re service drops out constantly and you’re website asks every time I click to verify and then logs me out after the third verify for inactivity! For a tech company, ya suck at tech.

Global (@amin08683606) reported@iiNet switched my business service from Optus. 5 days and still no ported number. Losing thousands dollars daily because we can’t receive calls! and no help from provisioning team just empty promises. Fed up

Benny Mitchell (@Benny_Mitch) reported@iiNet are there any plans for you to become a “Participating Provider” for @NBN_Australia to upgrade FTTN premises to FTTP? Or is a Customer of 15 Years going to have change providers to get access to a technology available to everyone?
