    @iiNet I’ve had your service for about a month and a half and 3 of those weeks I’ve had no internet but I’m still paying for the service. I work from home and I am forced to go elsewhere to connect to internet so I can work. Please fix this or else I’m changing companies.

    @iiNet No other devices we're connected (wifi is disabled on all computers) and at that time, no Mobile devices were connected to the wireless network. No applications/downloads were active during speed tests.

    @iiNet re Event#6414554. I don't have a major issue with an outage, stuff happens and I am sure you are doing your best to fix it. What I do have a problem with is that after 15 hours of outage your team cannot tell us what caused the issue and how long it is going to be out for

    Hey @iinet another appointment and another day that my internet is not working. This may actually now force me to disconnect from the online world. And save some money at the same time

    Thanks iiNet - 15 hours ago a major outage and still no idea when it will be fixed. No phones (no copper lines anymore) and no internet for the office. I can’t even print because it requires a WIFI connection!!! Gonna be an exciting day. @AmryanAnnie @GRLLEN

    @iiNet @tommyhoogstra Yeh about time for an update, with more and more essential services pushing their web services and email as primary contact points you need to do better for such an extended outage
