Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Capalaba and nearby locations:
  • Flansq Flangela (@Flansq) reported from Point Talburpin, State of Queensland

I think the solution was to change the WAN port from 1 to 4, despite the cable from the iinet modem being plugged into port 1.

  • blake_andersson BlakeGreen118 (@blake_andersson) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@timothy_89 @lukeacl @iiNet Lifx uses direct wifi only, the Hue bulbs use a mesh network

    @_bohemiaheart @slpng_giants_oz @iiNet @flightcentreAU @myer @JetstarAirways @ladbrokescomau I'll have a ritual burning of my myercard. Never used it much anyway.

  • CharlesRandles Charles Randles (@CharlesRandles) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@iiNet @ii_cMay Last invoice is 106162366, customer number is 64505970. I'm now getting less than 5Mb/s. The service is normally reliable and stable at about 92Mb/s. This is not what I'm paying for - we had to stop watching a movie because it's so slow.

  • NORAbrew ElenTuf (@NORAbrew) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@iiNet I'm not sorry to say, but I ain't happy with your service. Been trying to get my phoneline up and running again from 2wks ago, and now you asking me for more money to re-activate when you didn't do the job in the first place! My family needs the phone on. Unprofessional.

  • corefiit COREFIIT (@corefiit) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

They rate themselves “No 1 in customer service..”I think not..🤬@iinet

  • custaro Pete L (@custaro) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@IanNearhos @Telstra @TPG_Telecom @iiNet Been very happy with @Aussie_BB, great customer service. Even when we had bad teething problems with NBN (not Aussie's fault) they were very good at pursuing solutions.

  • AustTelcoSeeker Brent James Thomas (@AustTelcoSeeker) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

Wondering @iiNet why some purchases on my FetchTV isn't showing. Should be up too date. Please fix like now...

@iiNet NBN down in Qld. 4170. Down for 2 hours now. Any updates on repair time please?

  • Miss__84 miss_84 (@Miss__84) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

For the last 4 days my internet has been so goddamn slow. I cannot even watch a @MrFruitYT video . It takes me over 35 minutes to watch a 17.53 min video What gives @iiNet

iiNet Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
  • LiamPomfret Dr Liam Pomfret (@LiamPomfret) reported

Oh bloody hell. My NBN went down without warning about 10-15 minutes ago. Looks like this will be a long outage. =/ @iiNet website saying there's no issues in my region, but NBN not properly informing ISPs about issues isn't exactly unusual or unexpected.

  • highway900 highway900 (@highway900) reported

@rambeaux @NBN_Australia @iiNet I have literally been having trouble with this shit for weeks. Typical speed coming 20% to 70% lower than what I pay for. I call out oversubscription! Gone down hill since @Internode @iiNet @TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia

  • john_ingram1 John Ingram (@john_ingram1) reported

@rambeaux @iiNet I moved from iiNet to @exetel after poor customer service

  • rkw82 the_real_ryan (@rkw82) reported

@iiNet I need your customer relations to call me. 10am-1pm is the best time.

  • rkw82 the_real_ryan (@rkw82) reported

    @iiNet 114664815 and I’ve raised a complaint.

  • redruby17 💧Dr Jos 🇦🇺🇫🇷🇱🇧 (@redruby17) reported

@iiNet Thanks but the number of mistakes iiNet have made is unacceptable. This was completely within iinet's control. Your phone service team is hopeless. Take a look through the call logs and notes and see for yourself

  • redruby17 💧Dr Jos 🇦🇺🇫🇷🇱🇧 (@redruby17) reported

@iiNet I was in the process of organising a plan b for when the VoIP service wasn't working. You have taken that option away from me by cutting the service prior to the connection. This needs to be sorted out. Completely unacceptable. It's like you don't care about the elderly

  • redruby17 💧Dr Jos 🇦🇺🇫🇷🇱🇧 (@redruby17) reported

@iiNet I've raised a complaint with NBN because this is not the procedure for how to connect to @NBN_Australia You do not disconnect a current service until the NBN is up and running! There is no way to call an ambulance

  • tserong Tim Serong, Esquire (@tserong) reported

@NBN_Australia The problem is not connection issues (this time). As mentioned in my blog post above, the problem is @iiNet's status page not showing NBN Co's network maintenance. Whether that's a problem on iiNet's side or your side is up to you and iiNet to sort out between yourselves #nbn

  • ChrisMDarby Terence (@ChrisMDarby) reported

@MikePearsall93 Recently jumped over to iinet, absolutely no issues so far, touchwood
