    @iiNet Yup already spoken to them and there response tbh is not acceptable at this stage. For your interest here is the invoice that caused this problem. 695673371 you might find this a rather interesting case. This is just the start of the exposure of the illegal billing practices.

    @iiNet Its too late its all ready with the TIO. Your support team failed to provide adequate support and at times ignored my requests and constantly spoke over me. I guess happens when you cut costs and move support overseas that have no idea about Australian consumer law. Damage done.

    I think the solution was to change the WAN port from 1 to 4, despite the cable from the iinet modem being plugged into port 1.

    @iiNet @ii_cMay Last invoice is 106162366, customer number is 64505970. I'm now getting less than 5Mb/s. The service is normally reliable and stable at about 92Mb/s. This is not what I'm paying for - we had to stop watching a movie because it's so slow.

    @iiNet I'm not sorry to say, but I ain't happy with your service. Been trying to get my phoneline up and running again from 2wks ago, and now you asking me for more money to re-activate when you didn't do the job in the first place! My family needs the phone on. Unprofessional.

    @IanNearhos @Telstra @TPG_Telecom @iiNet Been very happy with @Aussie_BB, great customer service. Even when we had bad teething problems with NBN (not Aussie's fault) they were very good at pursuing solutions.

    @iiNet I'm pissed off. I got a call at 5.20pm AEST about the NBN appointment I have. FROM A PRIVATE NUMBER. I NEVER trust them. I asked details then divulged info. I got another call at 6.07pm and asked details and they said they couldn't divulge. #fishy #NBNFAIL. Wife getting calls too

    @MarcTennant @nbn @iiNet Almost everyone I’ve known who tried it had issues. One couple tried for 6mths and gave up. They were moving back to the city at the end of the year so decided it wasn’t worth pursuing.

    @iiNet And end up in a scenario that your internet’s down and the staff in South Africa can’t get it back up and running for four days then it’s done remotely without input from you the consumer 🙄 you don’t get told what the issue was neither do you get a reduction in your monthly bill
