    DON’T EVEN GET CLOSE TO @DodoAustralia. It tells me: You're missing out! We noticed you haven’t activated your SIM yet! But it hasn’t ******* sent them. The wash-up: its service is no better than the idiots @iinet I want to replace. @DodoAustralia is now dead forever to me.

    @iiNet Not good enough that I should sit on the phone for one hour and fifty six minutes to get my call answered and then another 25 to get the issue sorted. @iinet has always had the best customer service - now it’s terrible. #dobetter #customerservice

    How’s this… @iiNet has cut my phone off (unable to make calls, send messages, use internet.) I use my wife’s phone to call them and ask what has happened… they tell me the ‘support team doesn’t work on the weekend’ so I’m phone-less till Monday @ 9am. In 2023. Madness.

    @WealthxTracey Hey Tracey, like we mentioned in our other reply if your emails belong to an @iinet.net.au address then they won't be affected by the closure of the Hosted Exchange service.

    So I’ve been a customer of @iiNet for 12 years so far, and my internet has just been suspended for an invoice being 11 days overdue 🤨😩😡

    @iiNet what the hell is wrong with you. 6 email messages [1 after other)+ 3 text about same payment is HARRASSMENT, especially after same last month and issue rectified with details AND spoke to your offshore account mgt Stop already and lift your appalling customer service

    @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
