@Internode @iiNet, she will be refunded $149 in 2-5 business days, so likely not til next week, she has to borrow money for the interim to feed her baby & herself. Not good enough. Will still be lodging a complaint re your initial theft, your treatment of her & wait time of her refund.

@iiNet I had iiNet at my previous address. I put in an order three weeks ago to have this changed to my new address. I am now on day three of no internet. I have spoken to over ten iiNet customer service representatives. I am no further forward. I work from home. Please fix this.
