Not good enough. Will still be lodging a complaint re your initial theft, your treatment of her & wait time of her refund.

Service has been uncharacteristically patchy this afternoon. Semi regular DNS lookup errors and dropouts. They last for anywhere from 2-10 minutes and then come good.
