@Internode @iiNet, she will be refunded $149 in 2-5 business days, so likely not til next week, she has to borrow money for the interim to feed her baby & herself. Not good enough. Will still be lodging a complaint re your initial theft, your treatment of her & wait time of her refund.

@iiNet I'm really getting the runaround from tech support. Took a week to get access to a new mailbox & when that was resolved I lost access to an older mailbox. I keep getting useless emails about a password that's created/updated, but no access to that old email now. Troubling.
