@iiNet I had already done this. You had also promised to re-tune the tower. Twice. We have also done 'the dance' - move the modem up, down, to the left, turn it off & on. Twice You are selling plans for 25-50mps when your network delivers 1-2mps and a ping >90.

@iiNet Yes, someone called me to say you've done nothing and she has no idea what's happening. And why start billing me before te service is operational?
-
Ron Baumann 💧
(@DocB__) reported
@iiNet meanwhile, you're billing me for a service that isn't provided.

@iiNet I'm hearing this for 4 days now but still without the internet access that you're already billing me for. I've also just noticed on my dashboard that the service at my previous address is still active. All hell will break loose if I'm still being billed for it.

@DocB__ @iiNet Can you get a refund, as they have failed to provide a service they offered, and then find a better provider?

@justgetnbye @jagungal1 @iiNet Aussie Broadband & iiNet use the same network facilities, usually services supplied by Telstra. The customer service personnel and actions are bound to be different, naturally. No excuse for iiNet sending out non-refurbed modems. That's just slack.
