@Internode @iiNet, she will be refunded $149 in 2-5 business days, so likely not til next week, she has to borrow money for the interim to feed her baby & herself. Not good enough. Will still be lodging a complaint re your initial theft, your treatment of her & wait time of her refund.

Incredibly poor service from @iiNet. 4 days without broadband. Repeatedly being put on callback wait lists. Having to repeat the same things over and over. Engineer cancelling my call when transfered. No results provided

@iiNet OK, but you need to be much more proactive in communicating about problems I was told were solved last year. And tell the marketing folks to stop sending out those silly customer surveys that obviously go back to a dead letter office.

So is @iiNet email not working at all now? Appalling to be asked to rank those who try to assist on the phone so they can be 'sanctioned', as one senior person offered, when the problem is clearly with technology, compounded by no communication.
