    @tantryl @iiNet I’m only having email trouble - I moved to a local internet provider for my NBN service a few years ago. My FTTH speeds with iiNet were slower than my old copper ADSL.

    @MikeCarlton01 Tech issue in WA Mike. Call centre says they cant fix it aka @iinet to cheap to pay for techs over xmas break

    @Boendy1 @iiNet Iinet doesn’t want to provide email services - takes up too much data. Its sad. Their customer service /tech support used to be excellent

    @roger_groom @iiNet I left iiNet years ago because of their incompetency and terrible customer service. I don't know any close friends that use their service at all now.

    @iiNet No communication with your customers is unacceptable. This would never have happened under the old Westnet. Should never have sold to you lot.

    @iiNet I accept the reason for the loss of service-adverse events happen.I can’t accept the ARROGANCE of NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT of the delay in advising us-either your risk mgt processes are in a mess- ( crucial step”advise customers”) or u just didn’t care about us.U need to explain THIS!
