@mariasofi @iiNet Not sorted yet. I was told that a massive issue popped up on 14 December that they’re still working to resolve affecting most iiNet 5G users.

  • amp1874 Peter Vamplew (@amp1874) reported

15 days, 10 phone conversations with @iiNet, 1 cancelled NBN appointment, several texts and phone calls with the NBN installer, multiple emails to my builder, 2 calls to the NBN, and an online chat to @NBN_Australia. Still no closer to a resolution. :-(

  • n3w4v3 Virgil (@n3w4v3) reported

@iiNet Wow. Twitter support faster than phone support.

  • Makucha Jo (@Makucha) reported

@AuspolSnackpod @iiNet @NBN_Australia Really? Nation wide!? We’ve had no issues today with our NBN. But TPG would blame their own mother rather than admit they were the problem.

  • prnvprdp Pranav Pradeep (@prnvprdp) reported

@iinet My internet connection, booked on last tuesday, has still not been activated. This is causing significant inconvenience. Please provide a full explanation for the delay and take immediate action to resolve. #iinet #internetconnection #resolution

  • SheilaaCohen Sheila (@SheilaaCohen) reported

@iiNet we have been waiting a week to be connected to the internet. Every day we have been provided a new excuse. After calling again today we were hung up on. Can we please have support.

@iinet I would like an explanation as to why your staff are refusing to fix the outage on our business line.

  • Benny_Mitch Benny Mitchell (@Benny_Mitch) reported

@iiNet You can’t help, nbn have visited so many times and the tech last week told me to my face “just upgrade to FTTP because FTTN is so unstable and we can’t even fix it half the time” like really 🙃

  • BennSocialist Scott Taylor (@BennSocialist) reported

@Telstra I have moved from Western Australia to the ACT. @telstra advised that you cannot provide an internet service to my building. So I went with @iiNet. But you guys just sent me a bill for an internet service I have not been getting and (according to you) cannot get.

@iiNet Lets take a look at the connection speed between the device and modem 52 receive and 54 send. And that I have 1 device connected. How about you admit your are overcharging for a terrible service how about u look at how many copious infrastructure upgrades could be done
