@Badger_tbg @iiNet We still have the telecommunications obudsman who can deal with all jazz here. I would strong recommend @Aussie_BB . I was with iinet for about 8-9 years and once tpg took over it went to hell and the service become subpar and I understand networking :/

@venessapaech @iiNet Same here, actually, Venessa! My connection has been slow and spotty for a few days now

  • peteperth Pete Perth (@peteperth) reported

@iiNet No, we’ve been down every path. I’ll never get back the time spent waiting on hold, not getting callbacks, rehashing notes, small talk to cheer up sad CSR’s, pulling hair out, waiting on hold so CSR’s dont do notes in ACW, driving 100km roundtrips, screaming at the air. No more!

Hey @iinet I have had to call numerious times to cancel the Home Wireless Broadband. When I try to answer an incoming call from iinet it disconnects. If you want reference numbers I have them. #australia #iinet #broadband

Hi 👋 @iiNet what has happened to your support? Am not impressed, am moving in a few weeks and you got the wrong address.

  • peteperth Pete Perth (@peteperth) reported

@iiNet Reliability would be the main thing. Not having your service drop out the majority of the time I start MYOB would be great. 5 different computers, 3 locations, so many support calls. The amount of hours that I spend power cycling per week is so disappointing. Already leaving.
