    @iiNet Issues with NBN connection in Ballarat 3350. connection is there, but pages are loading super slow, and often time out. speed test fails latency test so cannot even check speeds.

    Paying for 28mb download speed from @iiNet home service and getting 3mb and the service call people are polite enough but talk gibberish that a technician might understand but I do not. Anyone got simple ideas? I've rebooted the modem - all I know how to do, no help.

    @iiNet @jaq_reid iiNet - the worst service. We have an outage but you provide zero info. Support call wait times over an hour. The only way to get you to respond is lodge complaint with TIO
