    @iiNet still no internet and nobody from NBN showed up at the time you appointed me today. I'm also getting messages there is an outage in my area but then no outage is listed on your site when I check.

    @PeterSStrempel @iiNet I have had absolutely no trouble with the service or customer service until now, Have been connected to nbn with them since 2015.

    @DocB__ @iiNet Go elsewhere. I was with Internode for years, they were excellent, customer service was fantastic. I only changed because I went with a local Tassie company.

    @DocB__ @iiNet I used to have an account with them - absolute joke is all I can say, terrible service / overcharging / wrong billing
