  Ok @iiNet I can't access my eSim through toolbox, but you can't cancel it, and I can't transfer it, so I am stuck paying for a phone that I can't use, and then when I call up customer service, no manager or supervisor will call me. This has been going on for months.

  .@TPG_Telecom @Internode @iiNet are all a disgrace, 13+ years with Internode don’t even care if you leave. Worst customer service possible.. All three companies are under one umbrella and it definitely shows when dealing with them. Customer loyalty means **** all

  @iiNet it’s very interesting that IiNet seem not to use any of their social media since 2024. It that because of the appalling and depleting customer service like the outage in our area today that was not communicated or corrected in the 14 hours since it went off line ?

  How’s this… @iiNet has cut my phone off (unable to make calls, send messages, use internet.) I use my wife’s phone to call them and ask what has happened… they tell me the ‘support team doesn’t work on the weekend’ so I’m phone-less till Monday @ 9am. In 2023. Madness.

  @iiNet I CANNOT MAKE CALLS, SEND EMAILS OR USE THE INTERNET BECAUSE YOU CUT ME OFF A DAY EARLY. I NEED THE INTERNET TO BE ABLE TO ARRANGE FOOD TO KEEP EATING!!!! I ONLY HAVE A COUPLE OF HUMDRED DOLLARS FOR TBE NEXT QEEK THOUGH BUT NEED TO BE ABLE TO ARRANGE FOOD! PLS FIX
