    @iiNet Just to add to that when I had iiNet for internet service it took 6 months and copious amounts of phone calls to cancel my account. It was the worst experience with a provider I have ever experienced in my life and I will never use you again.

    @iiNet And still no customer communication! Emails back online, no idea whether emails received between 1.40pm 25th and 9.25pm 26th will be recovered or are gone for good. @iinet *sticks head in sand*

    @iiNet After 20 years plus of loyalty I’ve done my part but IINET haven’t done theirs. The service is just getting worse all the time. The slowest internet and not one bit of notification on why I couldn’t receive emails. Time for a new carrier.

    @iiNet This is exactly the same pathetic communication effort as last time, beware of missing emails and don't bother asking for compensation as they will tell you email is a free service as part of the internet service provision. Might be time to change service providers after 30 yrs

    @katling73 @iiNet I got some emails overnight - but there were none from the outage period so I suspect that any emails we got will be lost. Can you please confirm iinet??

    @bobthegeo @iiNet Back-to-back 43 and 44 are "not that unusual?" Loads of people are without power due to the strain on the grid and whatever other issues the heat causes. Remember also that people have to WORK in this to fix it. I'm not usually an apologist, but -sheesh- its email. It can wait
