    @Telstra There is no help there! And this doesn't answer why I pay for 4g backup when the speed is 2mbps? I will just cancel the account and move over to @iinet instead.

    @iiNet any idea why the 2fa codes that are being sent when I try to login to the toolbox keep saying 'invalid code' when entered 5 seconds after the text message arrives?

    @iiNet is there anybody operating the business support for hosting any more? I've been trying for 3 days to get into contact, and kept getting put on hold for over 2 hours that leads nowhere each time.
