    @iiNet Hi there. I've been sending multiple emails to the address suggested (all marked 'Spam submission'). STILL nothing happening. My inbox is flooded with junk emails, and there's no way to ban these senders in the webmail system. Please help. This is ridiculous.

    @iiNet It's not a matter of network coverage. I received *all* other texts fine with iinet *except* for verification texts from Kucoin. I receive them fine with Telstra. This indicates that iinet is filtering them. Please fix this & I may sign up again.

    @iiNet is there an outage in Gregory Hills NSW? My net suddenly stopped working 20 mins ago and still hasn't come back. Got red lights on the modem. I got to work from home and this isn't helping 😭

    @NBN_Australia No internet for two days now in Fremantle. My provider, @iiNet, is telling me it's an NBN outage. No updates. Please advise @iiNet.

    @iiNet I understand that, but I'm still getting spam from stuff I reported over a fortnight ago. If there was a way to simply block email addresses from the webmail dashboard, it would solve a lot of problems.

    Well my internet is in a bad state. Large amounts of packet loss and very low throughput. Clearly an upstream issue from debugging but all @iiNet wanted to do is ask for some trace routes because “NBN needs us to prove it is their fault”. 😒

    @iinet 0.4 speed for 4 days with no resolution in sight, despite many, many calls. Really not great service.

    @NBN_Australia why do you send unvaccinated technicians to #melbourne homes to address technical issues? @iiNet surely you are interested in your customers safety ……. No vax = no entry
