@iiNet any outages in NSW 2015? Our NBN has been down sine 235am

@youituber @iiNet Thanks! I have a business but have just transferred everything to host papa. @iinet had awful service anyway and this is the culmination of it. I predict it will go under and deservedly so. I feel sorry for the poor CSOs and other staff who had to cope with huge customer anger.

@iiNet @youituber And how about you update you website support to reflect what has happened! I cannot make the Outlook App connect even though it says it has found the account.

@ProfRayWills @iiNet We were with iiNet for 22 years Prof.Ray, but problems after Michael sold out, only got worse. NBN out by lightning, 2 years running, with month long repairs. Ret village of copper. Optus 5G Home in Wanneroo, for 2.5 years now. No complaints. Feel safer with cell towers.

@iiNet having an issue with Outlook 2019 and iiNet hosted exchange coming up with an iiNet server certificate and password error. Using exchange, not pop or imap. Haven’t been able to sync since 11pm Friday. Is this currently being looked at by engineers?

  • Makucha Jo (@Makucha) reported

@iiNet can you please confirm if hosted email service has been permanently removed or if you are working on the issue to have it restored? The wording on the event on your website and some of your own Twitter texts suggests this is permanent? If so why no notice in advance?

  • Makucha Jo (@Makucha) reported

@iiNet Are they really working to fix it or has iinet decided not to bother offering this service anymore? Your messaging on the event status page implies it’s not going to be available anymore at all? Please clarify asap - a lot of people are getting very confused and concerned.

@suehodges61 @iiNet I moved this afternoon to office 365. Utterly ridiculous they think we ca use web outlook in a business environment. They clearly broke something they dont know how to fix or dont want to and this was not planned.

  • robbie_b_d Rob D (@robbie_b_d) reported

@iiNet @youituber Hang on a minute.. are you suggesting this is deliberate and permanent?!

  • SimonHaighcom Simon Haigh (@SimonHaighcom) reported

@karl_smith @iiNet well said Karl - mine has been down since Friday despite having paid monthly for 9 years!!! and no explanation from the company - shocking
