@iiNet was in queue for 50 mins started talking to support technician and was cut off. Now been on hold for 1.5 hours and still waiting….not good enough iinet.

@iiNet Got this ???? Hi Michael, did you want your assigned case manager to get in touch today? Why would they even ask that it’s been over 22 weeks and no one has bothered to resolve my issue …. Seriously I cannot recommend IiNet at all !!!

@iiNet How do I report our company website as being SAFE to Optus? We had an issue a few weeks ago and all problems have been resolved. It is now 100% clean as indicated by Google & 90+ Virus Security Site checkers. It's still being blocked by Optus / Costing us $10-15K a week!
