@iiNet hi there, you made an assurance that our internet would be up and running as of midday today, it’s been very bad for a couple of weeks now and we have spent way more time than what we would have liked chatting to your staff. Why do I find myself reaching out now?

  • bmanmelb PB (@bmanmelb) reported

@iiNet there has been an outage here in north west Melbourne for more than 12 hrs. NBN co are passing the buck to you and vica versa. Anyone want to fix it and tell me what’s going on?

@iiNet Ahuh. I’ll send you the details, but given that you’ve screwed us over repeatedly for over a week, I’m sure you’ll keep doing the same thing. 😒 So trust that I’ll keep reporting every day on here how you’ve failed until you actually provide the service we paid for.

@TheRiffJet @iiNet I’ve found iinet ok over time. I’ve found Speed issues are usually an NBN problem (which iinet has no control over) or your modem.

  • libravaga Katrina (@libravaga) reported

@TheRiffJet @iiNet Wow 18 years! What some companies do for that sort of customer loyalty and feedback. To shareholders, 18 years worth of repeated income is sadly chicken feed but you and people like you are their bread and butter. Shame on them for taking you, your time and money for granted.

  • TheRiffJet Riff Jet (@TheRiffJet) reported

@libravaga @iiNet Obviously iinet has some customer service issues. Never use to be so bad. Over an 18Yr period you notice how its dropped. I’ll check what Aussie Broadband has on offer.💙

@iiNet Really regretting leaving @ThisIsYomojo now. They actually know what they’re doing. @iiNet is hands down the worst provider ever. I’ve never seen staff this incompetent.

  • flashpixx8 Gordon Haywood (@flashpixx8) reported

@iiNet Why are you transferring your mobile service to Vodaphone? backwards step!

  • libravaga Katrina (@libravaga) reported

@TheRiffJet @iiNet So you're saying that if they credited your 2 accounts for a month that your faith in iiNet as an upfront business (who aren't usually this bad and know that sometimes they have to take the L) could be restored? That'd be mighty generous of you Riff.

  • nevertoocurious Signe Dean (@nevertoocurious) reported

@iiNet While I'm on the subject, the communication ping-pong between iiNet and NBN is hilarious. iiNet: "Check this NBN page for outages" NBN page, doesn't say anything about timing: "For more information please contact your service provider"
