@iiNet Hi The NBN has been down all day. Your phone support seems to be broken. It doesn't recognise my iPhones number keys

  • welshbird77 Sara Davies (@welshbird77) reported

@iiNet no you wont, I have emailed and DM'd and called and you still wont give me my money only a credit, I want my money back @Telstra can you please help me get a service and not take my money when you say you are not going too ?

  • weezmgk Comrade Weez (@weezmgk) reported

@iiNet We're not using mobile data. We're using fixed Fon wifi on one of our neighbours' Telstra services to replace the lost fixed NBN service

  • weezmgk Comrade Weez (@weezmgk) reported

@iiNet You're right, it is a consequential loss- to a disabled pensioner. $50 is more than a week's grocery spend for me. Every time the NBN box dies, that's $25 out of my pocket. Suggest you run this up to customer relations, or I will.

  • missymoojoo Candice (@missymoojoo) reported

@iiNet can I please find out why my internet is not working?

  • weezmgk Comrade Weez (@weezmgk) reported

@iiNet Faulty NBN service blows up every time there's a thunderstorm & the fragile equipment is MY problem? If every other piece of electronics in my house failed with every thunderstorm, that would be reasonable. It's not reasonable.

  • weezmgk Comrade Weez (@weezmgk) reported

@iiNet Thunderstorm went through at 935AM, no NBN service since then. Have tried everything I know how to try to get the FTTC NCD to talk to the network, no go.

  • KyungJoon121 KyungJoon (@KyungJoon121) reported

@iiNet any ongoing issues? No internet at 3025.

  • veedub3057 Vaughan Bellamy-Williams (@veedub3057) reported

@iiNet Hello - I'm having problems with emails sent from your web-based interface reaching UK recipients. They get through to Gmail OK but not to three other UK-based mailboxes/servers. Is this a known problem?

  • xXACCEXx acce (@xXACCEXx) reported

@iiNet trying to give my bullshit like 'yea, it's slow coz the total download speed is split across all your connected devices' Like nah bro. Wifi off, only one pc connected
