    @janeaubrey @iiNet As a general principle these types of company’s are not geared towards customer service. Customer service is a dying concept. Solutions by algorithm first, ppl a distant last. The CS functions are generally understaffed and poorly equipped to help. Good luck!

    Hey @iiNet it’s not great that your phone has automatically put me on hold for an extended period and then terminated the call twice in a row when your internet service appears to be down.

    @iiNet Paid my bill. Service allegedly “unsuspended”. Still not working. NBN offline. NOT HAPPY. Nothing touched. Claims they have to lodge a “fault”. Have lost a day’s work. NO ONE IS HELPING. 26YR CUSTOMER #378124008

    @iiNet I literally cannot wait until I can finally terminate my service with you. Multiple dropouts every night. I have lodged so many service tickets with you and it just hasn’t been resolved!

    @iiNet IiNet take way too long to solve issues their problems are never theirs they are their computer systems …. Funny how these people have lost the ability to over ride or control their own systems but that’s how it is … best to look elsewhere

    @iiNet @SixersBBL Still no response from any managers above case managers nobody can fix a problem with over quota computer says no operation it’s all very disappointing & after 30 years as a customer it leaves you feeling very bitter, problems since they were taken over & appoints new directors
