    @iiNet @chelsea2702 Asking from the Gold Coast, Why is there still no service? It's 4:50 & mostly nothing getting thru. NBN modem shows its 4 lights. The iiNet modem sometimes shows internet connected, but mostly not. Restarting it does nothing. Neither does restarting Win10. Phone's also flaky.

    @iiNet This is the worst service provider ever! Forget delivering the basic service you’ve paid for, they’ll cost you more money & do unauthorised porting on your number! They’ll also continually ignore your requests for help & then chide you for getting frustrated.

    @iiNet Mate now you guys are saying it’s my fault that I cancelled when you guys can’t provide the service and made me withdraw @consumervic they want to hold my money for something which is not my fault

    @neonwinter My account is fast turning into an @iiNet hate page. I’m in customer service, my husband is in tech. We’ve never seen a provider suck so hard at both!

    @iiNet Worst ever ! Get your **** together without getting all excited to send a modem then say the address cannot be connected with your service and then it’s a hassle for the customer to return the modem and keep calling to get the refund . Pathetic ! @consumervic please have a look

    @TubbsJTattsyrup @Mezanong @iiNet Same old Pro forma stuff. Seek the recourse I mentioned. It wont cost you money. If you have the reference number from previous inquiries with the Ombudsman, it all relates to an ongoing issue.

    My internet connection is terrible, and all my speed tests give latency error messages, download of 20Mbs and uploads of 0Mbs. @iiNet Switched the modem off and on several times, and then tried switching my hybrid NBN box off and on. Nothing helps.

    @iiNet @consumervic Issue sorted now finally agreed to refund me. Should have saved me the hassle and done it when you guys received the modem . Sigh but will wait to see if the refund is actually processed
