    @iiNet is there an outage in the 4128 Shailer Park area? Unable to access broadband and no outage showing on your site. Reset the modem twice and so just asking?

    @iiNet we have now experienced a full week of nbn outage and have been given a ring around between you and @NBN_Australia nbn tells me @iiNet reports the fault but you say you don't have details. Not good enough from both.
