There is no opt out, and only works with SMS for @iiNet which is a problem for me.. last month I had a SIM card issue.. couldn’t pay my bill or report the internet outage on the NBN for 3 days because of it. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
