    @Badger_tbg @iiNet We still have the telecommunications obudsman who can deal with all jazz here. I would strong recommend @Aussie_BB . I was with iinet for about 8-9 years and once tpg took over it went to hell and the service become subpar and I understand networking :/

    @iiNet I've spend over 3 hours over 2 months trying to fix a voicemail issue and it's still not resolved. Your service used to be fantastic. What is going on and how do I contact someone who can actually fix it?

    @iiNet Hey, if a new NBN customer needs the line and modem installed, how much is installation? my parents live in Tatura, and dont want to go with wireless NBN.

    @iiNet Reliability would be the main thing. Not having your service drop out the majority of the time I start MYOB would be great. 5 different computers, 3 locations, so many support calls. The amount of hours that I spend power cycling per week is so disappointing. Already leaving.

    @iinet 0.4 speed for 4 days with no resolution in sight, despite many, many calls. Really not great service.

    @iiNet Getting transferred yet again. What happened to you? Know TPG are the overlords, but paid extra for customer service which is non existent now! You were ready to disconnect another customer from a wrong address; seriously bad! Hey @Telstra long term customer here, wanna help out?

    @ElaurantScott Yes, my @iiNet internet has 5% packet loss. Tech support there says everything is fine. My service is not NBN, but rather TPG FTTB

    @NBN_Australia why do you send unvaccinated technicians to #melbourne homes to address technical issues? @iiNet surely you are interested in your customers safety ……. No vax = no entry
