@iiNet so is it your service or the nbn. Every day for the past few weeks the service just drops out. On off on off. Not happy paying his crappy service is going my head in. It also means all the other services I pay for I can’t access because no internet service.

@iiNet any network issues in Balcatta Perth?? Can’t find anything online

Hey @VodafoneAU is your mobile network less garbage if I sign with you direct instead of what @iinet resells ? Any chance I can talk to a real tech about why I get tcp rst responses every time I try and consume data unless I have a (any) vpn connected ?

  • Brett_A_Jones Astrid Zeneca (@Brett_A_Jones) reported

@iiNet My pre-paid phone service has just given me a “SIM Invalid error”. This - on top of weeks of drop outs and patchy connections - is going to make me switch to a different provider in about 24 hours time.

You know what? @NBN_Australia SUCKS big time. Even after “fixing” godknowswhat last week, it still buffering watching tv on a Mon nite. Wtf 🤬! @iiNet

  • beans1990 baked beans (@beans1990) reported

@orlyjamie @iiNet @NBN_Australia It went like this: TPG buys iinet > "We wont change our service" > iinet service immediately goes to poo. NBN has always been munted.

@Badger_tbg @iiNet (Cont...) ..copper wires that go from my street a few KM’s to the the nbn node and fibre from there). What can you do for me as a new customer? How much would installation cost? Options/plans/etc (my landlord had an iiNet account and was paying for the ADSL so hopefully I..

@NBN_Australia You’re joking, right? It is @NBN_Australia who are causing the connection issues - not our home infrastructure or @iiNet. You need to not schedule works during normal work hours.

  • cocky28 joanne ***** (@cocky28) reported

@iiNet I just spoke to someone in your service department. Have an nbn technician coming. But this is happening way to much. So annoying

  • PossumsAreJerks Beninjam (@PossumsAreJerks) reported

@oldgreynurse @iiNet I don’t blame iiNet - this issue is with @NBN_Australia scheduling their ‘upgrades’ during the working day. We have a HFC connection that dies every time it rains, and now they cut us off when we need it for more than just Netflix.
