72+ hours without internet. @NBN_Australia technician visited last week and told us there was no problem with the line. @iiNet seem utterly uninterested in providing support. Feels like I'm in 2003.

@iiNet home internet down InnerWestSydney. Sim only modem Not NBN. Great start to lockdown IiNet! You really need to set up messaging help as alternative to clunky voice calls. Fast & one thing Telstra gets right.

Update: @iiNet failed to give us a modem on time & lied about it being installed & when we will get it. I am not waiting till next week to have internet so now I have to fork out $$$ due to this incompetency. Either way, I'll make damn sure I'll be back online tonight.

@iiNet And 6 hours later (which equates to 12 in total) I still have no phone and #iiNet continue to prove they don’t understand what a telephony company does? I got a reply to my email but no reinstatement of my phone service. The weight of poor service is killing the #Hawks you know?!

Wow @iinet unable to get anywhere with phone support this happened. Customer: "Can you pass my enquiry to your admin area and so they can sort this out and get back to me". IINET Tech: I can but soneone may or may not contact you. I asked him to repeat it. Yep that's what he said
