@DocB__ @NBN_Australia @iiNet I wasn't happy with iinet. Long story but they made an admin mistake and charged me for a service I cancelled but refused to wave the charges until I went to the ombudsman.

  • DocB__ Ron Baumann 💧 (@DocB__) reported

@iiNet I have spoken to iiNet four times today. Each time I verified my details each time I had to explain the problem all over again. I am sick of talking to you. If you can't get this goddamn internet going by the morning. I'm walking.

  • _SeeYouAtHome_ Marius D (@_SeeYouAtHome_) reported

@iiNet still having issues with my wireless broadband - download speed of 2.01. And am trying to respond to a callback about a ticket lodged about service issues. But on calling it's saying wait time is over 1hr but doesn't offer a call back as usual?

  • DocB__ Ron Baumann 💧 (@DocB__) reported

It's 9:30 Brisbane time which means that @iiNet's deadline is up. It also means I have to spend valuable time I really don't have submitting a complaint to the ombudsman and finding a new provider.

  • Voice0fTreason Voice0fTreason (@Voice0fTreason) reported

@iiNet are there any issues with the Geelong cable service? Over the past few days our speeds and delivery had been low and intermittent

  • DocB__ Ron Baumann 💧 (@DocB__) reported

@iiNet meanwhile, you're billing me for a service that isn't provided.

  • mariasofi 💧Maria Sofi (@mariasofi) reported

@DocB__ @iiNet Sorry you're trying to get it sorted, I found my issues took a good few days to sort out, but I averaged those 5 days over 25 years, so I stayed.

  • jagungal1 Cormac Farrell (@jagungal1) reported

@iiNet I had already done this. You had also promised to re-tune the tower. Twice. We have also done 'the dance' - move the modem up, down, to the left, turn it off & on. Twice You are selling plans for 25-50mps when your network delivers 1-2mps and a ping >90.

  • Pazzdogg Chris Parry (@Pazzdogg) reported

@iiNet having internet connection problems the network keeps dropping in and out even though the wifi modem is showing all connection lights on and still not able to access the internet

  • sebe sebe (@sebe) reported

@miriamcosic @iiNet Stopping the rollout of the FTTP, Fibre to the Premises, has been a disaster, Fibre to the node relies on old copper, for the last km to the home. Copper wires could be > 80 years old. Relo in Windsor has no issues with full fibre, driveway is flooded again, glass is waterproof.
