Incredibly poor service from @iiNet. 4 days without broadband. Repeatedly being put on callback wait lists. Having to repeat the same things over and over. Engineer cancelling my call when transfered. No results provided

@iiNet OK, but you need to be much more proactive in communicating about problems I was told were solved last year. And tell the marketing folks to stop sending out those silly customer surveys that obviously go back to a dead letter office.

Hey @iiNet ... after the outage due to the heatwave in Perth, I am now enduring an email (webmail) outage. Two days now. Any idea on when I'll be able to get into my email account? Auburn, Clare Valley.

So is @iiNet email not working at all now? Appalling to be asked to rank those who try to assist on the phone so they can be 'sanctioned', as one senior person offered, when the problem is clearly with technology, compounded by no communication.
