@iinet What is happening with your service? I haven't been able to access email or webmail since 24 December 2021. Your website says Fault/Minor 8 hours ago for Vic and Tas - I am in ACT and have the same fault. When will this be fixed?

  • DoctorhelmKaren Karen Scott (@DoctorhelmKaren) reported

@iiNet I think the issue may have fixed itself. But should it return I’ll definitely DM you. Many thanks.

  • Uji733 Paul Ryan (@Uji733) reported

@iiNet @Hornso43 Last announcement was over 24 hours ago and only mentioned webmail. I have been unable to connect to my email via any application for 3 days, and still yet to find anything on social media or website saying there is a full on email issue.

  • MicSKorea Mic Dover (@MicSKorea) reported

@iiNet This one event combined with the lack of communication has just scuttled all those years and $ spent on advertising. Some simple information such as if our e-mails are permanently lost or if they are pending ... just something basic like that would be of help.

  • Ocean4011 Helmut (@Ocean4011) reported

@iinet webmail does not work as it should can’t look at sent mail just get blank screen and other issues. Not receiving, can’t send. I am looking for a better ISP.

Hey @iinet what you are calling a webmail issue is far more serious. Your systems were completely down from approximately 13:15 Saturday until 20:00 Sunday. Emails received during that ffailure have disappeared, Some emails are still not being delivered. It's not just webmail.
