    @iiNet is there anybody operating the business support for hosting any more? I've been trying for 3 days to get into contact, and kept getting put on hold for over 2 hours that leads nowhere each time.

    Seriously @iiNet I sent you an email in which I clearly stated I did not have time to talk to you on the phone and yet instead of replying by email you tried to call me AND when I didn't answer YOU KEPT CALLING interrupting my work. Seriously what is your problem?

    @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    @DianeDromgold @iiNet They literally have me blocked because for over a month they refused to admit our Internet was even down due to the local nbn works

    @WealthxTracey Hey Tracey, like we mentioned in our other reply if your emails belong to an @iinet.net.au address then they won't be affected by the closure of the Hosted Exchange service.

    Ripped off again. Wtf are you supposed to do with 100gb a month @telstra, @iiNet ? Stop gouging you greedy buggers.
