    @iiNet internet has been intermittent and stuffed for weeks. Call and sitting on hold forever kinda makes for an impossible resolution. Just thought you’d like to know that I’ll be logging a logging a complaint with the Ombudsman. No thanks

    @iiNet how do I contact you when I’m outside of the country? I have a problem with the Internet at my house in Perth and my family can’t get through to your and they need my invoice, which can’t access to due to no sms.

    So I’ve been a customer of @iiNet for 12 years so far, and my internet has just been suspended for an invoice being 11 days overdue 🤨😩😡
