    help! @iinet email has been down from Christmas afternoon and they literally have there out of office on. no comms. no support. if you are going to be a service provider you need to be 24/7 every day of the year.

    Hey @iiNet @iiNetsupport when are you fixing your servers? Email, webmail down for nearly 24h and all your websites are down. Not good enough

    @downdetectorau Seriously! Don’t they have on-call support staff? How hard is it to let us know what’s going on? How hard is it to reboot a couple of servers? I’ve been with @iiNet for 19 years. You guys have dropped the ball this time. Time to move?

    @iiNet you seem to have an issue, your website isn’t working and can’t get into email. I don’t have a problem getting on to other websites and downloading email from other providers
