    So great that @iiNet can't competently arrange a move of a service with a week's notice. You'd think I would have learnt my lesson by now, but I've only been using them since the late 90s.

    @NBN_Australia Hey @iiNet, just want to clarify whether you track these outage notifications in your system? Your system shows no outage for last night, but @NBN_Australia’s showed a scheduled maintenance outage.

    Dear @iiNet I know the focus group said that nice, honest-looking Irish fellow in your ads gave them confidence but that was before Allan Joyce took a big dump on that whole 'honest Irishman' schtick. I'm happy with my iinet mobile service, though.
