    @iinet again another full day without internet. You pay them monthly but when the system goes down @iinet just takes your money and laughs in your face.

    @iiNet Seriously! I have NEVER had some many internet outages and dropouts since I moved my service to you guys! Enough is enough now.

    moved to New Zealand and @iiNet won't let me close my broadband account without verfifying identity with an Australian ID which I don't have because I am not Australian. 2 weeks of doom loop. Worst internet provider ever.

    @iiNet it’s very interesting that IiNet seem not to use any of their social media since 2024. It that because of the appalling and depleting customer service like the outage in our area today that was not communicated or corrected in the 14 hours since it went off line ?

    @iiNet Such a terrible service. Avoid. I was with them for over 10 years. I wish I could get them back. Nothing but problems

    Pretty much comms across Australia are failing right now. Txt international from Australian networks and let me know how you get on and which carrier you use. Per @iiNet Mobile support "all Australia" mobile services affected. Not sure if that is accurate. Txt msg error 28

    Nothing like waiting on urgent communication with an employer only for @iiNet and @WestnetAU webmail to go down for over 6 hours with nary a peep to even acknowledge it on their social media.
