    @iiNet Atrocious issue resolution. A simple change of address results in inactivation of email boxes for over 2 days and no end in sight, no one in support position with the wherewithal to do anything outside vague 48-hour ticket queues

    @iiNet how do I contact you when I’m outside of the country? I have a problem with the Internet at my house in Perth and my family can’t get through to your and they need my invoice, which can’t access to due to no sms.

    @iiNet Because you were so rude to me I have contacted the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman I will never go with iiNet again. You ruined my life!

    @DodoAustralia Wow, how complacent can you get? Email keeps nagging me, it’s time to activate your SIM. When ******** are you going to send it, #DodoAustralia? So far, your service is no better than, and no less irritating than the @iinet I so desperately want to replace.

    @iiNet our internet down for 2 days. Ring support. Business centre is closed (closed at 5.30pm on Sunday). But I called at 4.50!! What rubbish service is this!!??
