    @iiNet our internet down for 2 days. Ring support. Business centre is closed (closed at 5.30pm on Sunday). But I called at 4.50!! What rubbish service is this!!??

    Pretty much comms across Australia are failing right now. Txt international from Australian networks and let me know how you get on and which carrier you use. Per @iiNet Mobile support "all Australia" mobile services affected. Not sure if that is accurate. Txt msg error 28

    @iiNet Really poor service tonight guys. Our CC was compromised so I changed payment details with you April 3rd. Now tonight, at 8pm you disconnect the service. Just as the call centre closes. Big help you guys are.

    @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    @gReb3l @iiNet Mate, just get Starlink. I had issues with iiNet VDSL due to infrastructure issues outside my control, was only getting 2 - 5 Mbps when promised 70 Mbps. They refused to fix the issue and didn't want to reduce/refund bills even though weren't honouring their promise.
