    How’s this… @iiNet has cut my phone off (unable to make calls, send messages, use internet.) I use my wife’s phone to call them and ask what has happened… they tell me the ‘support team doesn’t work on the weekend’ so I’m phone-less till Monday @ 9am. In 2023. Madness.

    @iiNet ... this is beyond tedious. Every single day now, your service drops out. It's 3 hours since I reached home. What exactly am Is paying you for??

    @iiNet how do I contact you when I’m outside of the country? I have a problem with the Internet at my house in Perth and my family can’t get through to your and they need my invoice, which can’t access to due to no sms.

    Hey @iiNet hope your day is going well. I've been experiencing drop outs since around 1700 Sunday 05 March to today. I'm on the same street and suburb as iiNet HQ. More than one-hour wait for tech support. Is everything ok?

    Ok @iiNet I can't access my eSim through toolbox, but you can't cancel it, and I can't transfer it, so I am stuck paying for a phone that I can't use, and then when I call up customer service, no manager or supervisor will speak with me. This has been going on for months.

    So I’ve been a customer of @iiNet for 12 years so far, and my internet has just been suspended for an invoice being 11 days overdue 🤨😩😡

    Emailed @iiNet twice in the last 2 weeks with no response. Is this how you treat customers who have been with you for 25 years? @launtel here I come.

    @Telstra @iiNet In 4 months they have offered no help or support, just palm it off to NBN.

    @iiNet we have now experienced a full week of nbn outage and have been given a ring around between you and @NBN_Australia nbn tells me @iiNet reports the fault but you say you don't have details. Not good enough from both.
