    @Haydztweets @Jacko_GFreak @Telstra @Optus @iiNet Well no, some POIs have a higher capacity then others and it comes down to if they can actually support the speeds. If you're on a POI that is at almost capacity then the chances of getting higher speeds are limited, which is why people hit that 7pm slowdown.

    @iiNet No 1 in customer service... Have waited at home for half a day for a scheduled technician to show up and fix internet that has been down for two weeks!!! Still no technician. No information from you. One hour waiting time on phone. Seriously...

    @jtparker72 @iiNet @TPG_Telecom Not with @iiNet by choice, sticking with their own FttN network in Canberra (Transact) for various reasons. But #NBN and alternate RSP is also a possible and if they don't take it seriously and increase performance, tiers, and customer service I'm looking for an alternative.

    @alexonline888 It's disappointing @iinet are capping bandwidth up and down and moving away from an open bandwidth model. I'm still getting 40 down despite the advertising, smarter ways to ensure network resources are fair and efficient IMO.

    It pains me so to hook up a new aerial copper lead-in for the @NBN_Australia "NBN" - but as they say, know your enemy. The other leadin is part of the iiNet Transact, which is a FttN parallel network. It has taken at least three techs and 2 weeks for this basic task...

    @iiNet I was, for 1 hr 24 mins. Fetch told me you guys could unlock boxes to make them retail versions so FTTB customers who are locked out can still use the box (save buying new box +enviro cost). Manager says you have big issues with IPTV team. Guess I'm off to another ISP tomorrow 😬

    @iiNet You are an utter mess. FTTB down for a week. Called Help. No problem with account, all paid up, troubleshoot outage, run tests, tech comes out... Meanwhile cancellation notices are arriving by text msg and still no internet. I’m moving my website and domains to @GoDaddy
