If you're on a POI that is at almost capacity then the chances of getting higher speeds are limited, which is why people hit that 7pm slowdown.

Sir Lurks More KBE (@Murk_Loar) reported@iiNet @RoninZero141 Weird, I saw 460 reported outages just from 6167 alone from 9:20pm, if that's not classed as an outage I dont know what is. Back now however, from your own site it was reported as ADSL/NBN ugrades 'may' be affecting the area.
