    @Haydztweets @Jacko_GFreak @Telstra @Optus @iiNet Well no, some POIs have a higher capacity then others and it comes down to if they can actually support the speeds. If you're on a POI that is at almost capacity then the chances of getting higher speeds are limited, which is why people hit that 7pm slowdown.

    @iiNet No 1 in customer service... Have waited at home for half a day for a scheduled technician to show up and fix internet that has been down for two weeks!!! Still no technician. No information from you. One hour waiting time on phone. Seriously...

    @jtparker72 @iiNet @TPG_Telecom Not with @iiNet by choice, sticking with their own FttN network in Canberra (Transact) for various reasons. But #NBN and alternate RSP is also a possible and if they don't take it seriously and increase performance, tiers, and customer service I'm looking for an alternative.

    @alexonline888 It's disappointing @iinet are capping bandwidth up and down and moving away from an open bandwidth model. I'm still getting 40 down despite the advertising, smarter ways to ensure network resources are fair and efficient IMO.

    It pains me so to hook up a new aerial copper lead-in for the @NBN_Australia "NBN" - but as they say, know your enemy. The other leadin is part of the iiNet Transact, which is a FttN parallel network. It has taken at least three techs and 2 weeks for this basic task...

    @FriqzCS @notMattyMac I was with iinet. we got the full 100/40. but theres alot of factors like distance from the node or if you are fttp. We just switched to Aussie Broadband cause iinet have way too much congestion in our area and they were throttling the network.

    @iiNet Yeah I think I will, I am meant to get a minimum 80mbps with the 100 plan in the evening, I have never had that, barely touching 50

    @iiNet Thanks Leo. I appreciate it. Hey @Telstra, I want you check out how @iiNet dealt with a issue I had & began working on a resolution in less than 24 hours. It took your small business team 6 weeks & repeated messages starting in first week April & technical not 100% resolved yet.

    @Aceremas @LRTNZ2 @Brad15153087 @bitwitkyle Yeh I know my parents have that plan and I haven't heard of the ping limit and (isp iinet) usually gets 0.1-5 mbs down and up is just unreliable somethings I get 0 and that house is a hour away from the Melbourne CBD in a rural area. 😓 I hate isps and Australia internet.

    @iiNet Hasn't happened. Never will. Got them to re send the invoice you claimed to have already sent. Can't afford it. So just going to go without. Will still be exploring my options as this is not the first time in recent months iinet has treated me like a piece of sh*t.

    After talking with @iiNet tech support in its various forms for close to 3 hours, I still do not know why my NBN setup did not happen today, nor when they will mount another attempt.
