@iiNet No 1 in customer service... Have waited at home for half a day for a scheduled technician to show up and fix internet that has been down for two weeks!!! Still no technician. No information from you. One hour waiting time on phone. Seriously...

@Haydztweets @Jacko_GFreak @Telstra @Optus @iiNet Well no, some POIs have a higher capacity then others and it comes down to if they can actually support the speeds. If you're on a POI that is at almost capacity then the chances of getting higher speeds are limited, which is why people hit that 7pm slowdown.

Despite partner's pleas & @iiNet's assurance otherwise, they disconnected landline after 1 day! Now can't call either provider to see if/when phone will be reconnected. this shd have been seamless. Isolated enough by my condition, I am left powerless. Help. Please! @acccgovau

If you have a small business internet with static ip plan with any other Australian service provider other than @iinet or their associated companies then we would welcome your recommendations - of course they must be capable of responding to support requests in a timely manner.
