    Hey @iinet we are on day 6 with no internet. My ticket number is 345331686. It says the issue has been resolved but I’m still without a connection. Can u please get someone to send out a tech ASAP. NBN won’t be connected until April 2nd so We need the ADSL line in the mean time.

    @iinet My capacity to continue my business (and host a session with @DeptDefence today) depends on your faults team specialist calling me back on my internet problem which has now been constant and unresolved since 8 April. Not impressed.

    @iiNet Thank you Chris, I will be sure to do that. Might pay for someone to review the call recording for training purposes. The major gap was at the supervision lvl which unfortunately wasn't recorded No customer should have to work so hard to correct your failings

    @iiNet are billing cancelled landline services & when the matter is raised with them state they only gave long haul services in Australia & to contact your local service provider - which is @iiNet ! @abc730 @ACurrentAffair9 @acma_operations
