  @iiNet No 1 in customer service... Have waited at home for half a day for a scheduled technician to show up and fix internet that has been down for two weeks!!! Still no technician. No information from you. One hour waiting time on phone. Seriously...

  @Haydztweets @Jacko_GFreak @Telstra @Optus @iiNet Well no, some POIs have a higher capacity then others and it comes down to if they can actually support the speeds. If you're on a POI that is at almost capacity then the chances of getting higher speeds are limited, which is why people hit that 7pm slowdown.

  @unicamster @iiNet I only wait on hold for around 3 - 4 minutes, plus the length of time it takes me to fill in the relevant ombudsman service's webform. If the bank / telco / insurer / etc can't answer the phone before I hit send, we deal with it through that process.

  @iiNet Extremely disappointed! The hosted email service has been down for more than a week, and no one answered the support line. Terrible technique, terrible customer service, should change the name to ‘iiTerrible’!
