@iiNet No 1 in customer service... Have waited at home for half a day for a scheduled technician to show up and fix internet that has been down for two weeks!!! Still no technician. No information from you. One hour waiting time on phone. Seriously...

@jtparker72 @iiNet @TPG_Telecom Not with @iiNet by choice, sticking with their own FttN network in Canberra (Transact) for various reasons. But #NBN and alternate RSP is also a possible and if they don't take it seriously and increase performance, tiers, and customer service I'm looking for an alternative.

@iiNet @ii_joshy I have to call up almost every 6 weeks to try and explain and get varied level of response and no permanent resolution. Patient is going away fast

@alexonline888 It's disappointing @iinet are capping bandwidth up and down and moving away from an open bandwidth model. I'm still getting 40 down despite the advertising, smarter ways to ensure network resources are fair and efficient IMO.

It pains me so to hook up a new aerial copper lead-in for the @NBN_Australia "NBN" - but as they say, know your enemy. The other leadin is part of the iiNet Transact, which is a FttN parallel network. It has taken at least three techs and 2 weeks for this basic task...

@iiNet Thanks Maajidah but I don't have capacity to spend a few hours with customer service to determine if there's an issue or not. If it's still like this when I return from a trip in a couple of days, I'll call. I was just curious if anyone else in my area was also having issues. Ta!

@rossj80 @iiNet No nbn for us over this way. It's just turned off again for the third time in 5 minutes. Weird because it hasn't happened in ages. Checked the issues again just now and saying it's normal operation. Definitely not in my home...oh, back on again. Bizarre!

@iiNet @nibhealthfunds I am a long time customer of you both and am so disappointed to see you advertising on Sky. Not a good fit for your brand or customer base who, like me, are horrified to see you aligned with Sky via advertising $. Reconsider your strategy.

@iiNet Pretty discouraged by the support from iinet the last 24 hours having problems with certain internet apps and its clearly iinet/tpg's issue but once the rep hears my internet is within the correct speeds not willing to help.
