@iiNet I’m STILL not getting emails - while trying to pay bills, order equipment and groceries online. This is extremely painful. There is over an hr wait for the help desk 😡

@iiNet iiNet used to be good, once TPG bought them out that’s when things started to go wrong. TPG want the money but never cared about the customers. They ended all gaming servers and forums from iiNet and Internode because it did not “make money” and upset thousands of people.

@jen_vevie @iiNet Guess it's time to switch to Gmail. I never understand why people even use ISP email services anyway? It locks you in so it makes it a pain to switch providers.

Is @iiNet going to compensate customers after a 24 hour email outage? The same thing happened in 2015 and 2018, why have they not taken steps in preventing this? IF they are telling customers the truth about what happened?

No information on the datacentre outage on @iiNet homepage, 24+hrs ago since a vague update on their FB page and no response to repeated inquiries. 3 days now and counting. @acmadotgov are you able to intervene on customers' behalf? #iinet #iinetfail #iinetstilldown

@iiNet My internet lost connection the same time your website went down (Christmas day). I have called multiple times requesting a call back but no one has ever called me back. When does the engineering team get back from break?
