    @iiNet our internet down for 2 days. Ring support. Business centre is closed (closed at 5.30pm on Sunday). But I called at 4.50!! What rubbish service is this!!??

    @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    @DianeDromgold @iiNet They literally have me blocked because for over a month they refused to admit our Internet was even down due to the local nbn works
