Evan (@fictillius) reported from Sydney, New South WalesAlso before they moved out their home internet had suddenly moved to Vodafone NBN but their iiNet account still showed usage up until the people at the new house turned off the modem. Sounds like a churn was done but iiNet support claims that is impossible

Evan (@fictillius) reported from Sydney, New South WalesiiNet support wasn’t interested in the fact they had iiNet NBN 50 and suddenly they had Vodafone NBN 100 running at their house. Just say it’s impossible.

No internet again tonight, my weekly experience on HFC hybrid crap rolled out by our useless former PM under orders from another earlier former idiot and useless PM. @iiNet

stephen atkinson (@steveacko) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@iiNet seriously. It’s been a near 40 days since our iiNet NBN service was paid for and still nothing. Not even an email update. My partner and I work a combined 150hr week and can’t afford to donate more of our time towards this matter. #iinetNBN #NBN #Melbourne

Neil Killick (@neil_killick) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@StoneAdam @iiNet @eatdrinkwatch Yup, ombudsman is the way to go. This always happens with a connection fault - the provider blames NBN and vice versa, no one accountable, no one resolves the issue. You will get it resolved once the TIO is involved, and decent compensation.
