@iinet Problems tonight? My connection has gone pear shaped to the point of speedtest can't run. And a 790ms ping to your webserver with a 50% packet loss.

  • nikisalt Niki (@nikisalt) reported

Has @iinet gone down? I blame Morrison

  • danni_writer Danni (@danni_writer) reported

Once again @iiNet is down, once again their website says everything is operating as normal. It's getting so I can't even argue that this is normal, but now the 4g is being silly too, I guess from everyone experiencing the "normal" from their NBN jumping onto the 4g.

  • Amestriskek Amestris (@Amestriskek) reported

@iiNet internet speeds are abysmal at my postcode 3337 I don't know if this just a problem im having but I can't seem to fix it

  • MarkBrooksDodd Mark Dodd (@MarkBrooksDodd) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@iiNet Update: someone sensible called and spoke to Dad. Resolved the lost emails but couldn’t change the quota. So moving my folks to iCloud email addresses. Still crazy it requires a Twitter rant to get proper support and service.
