Email still down, @iiNet , what a nuisance, more than 24 hours without email,

  • Blue_Moon_It_Is Magicistinna (@Blue_Moon_It_Is) reported

So... boxing day sales are on and a number of sites want me to add the discount code from the email. @iinet how do I do that when YOUR email service has been down for more than 24 hours.

  • Sebasti75147061 Sebastian (@Sebasti75147061) reported

@iiNet how much longer do you think the outage will be?! Please don’t paste the same reply about ‘extreme weather’. Just want to know if it will be an hour/day/week so I can make other arrangements. Thanks.

  • euphospug Simon Oliver Wright (@euphospug) reported

@Nemspy @jen_vevie @iiNet They USED to be WA company, and their customer service was second to none, then after they were bought by TPG (NSW company) it all went to ****

  • ralphytown Amanda Ralph (@ralphytown) reported

So @iiNet any ETA on restoration of services? Are u admitting that you have no back up plan and only a single set of servers in #WA that fail as soon as temp exceeds 42 degrees? #iinet

  • ozshena ozshena (@ozshena) reported

@iiNet Your total lack of information for over 24 hrs is what is unforgivable and will be losing you many thousands of customers and possibly include legal action from business clients. Your apology with no fix yet and no timeline for rectification is beyond acceptable for any business.

  • robertinnoddyla robertinnoddyland (@robertinnoddyla) reported

@iiNet Over 18 hours now with no emails. Surely you have some idea the size of the problem and how long it should take to fix it. Email needed for business purposes.

  • _benny4 benny (@_benny4) reported

@Sebasti75147061 @iiNet Horrid ISP since they sold out to the devil of which is TPG.

  • polyxena Anne Holmes (@polyxena) reported

Iinet email down since yesterday! Can’t find any updates from @iiNet When is email going to be functioning again?

  • thereversestick The Reverse Stick🌏🏑🎙 (@thereversestick) reported

We may need save this Xmas Ep for next year due to continuing @iiNet DNS issues. Something about someone forgetting to get the diesel for the back up genny.
