@iinet I have no problem with a direct debit. The T&G takes 2 weeks to process the invoice. But I will ask the T&G to process my bill before the 2 weeks in the future. I just wanted a 1 week work week extension.

@suehodges61 @iiNet I moved this afternoon to office 365. Utterly ridiculous they think we ca use web outlook in a business environment. They clearly broke something they dont know how to fix or dont want to and this was not planned.

@CampbellNewman @iiNet This "outage" is starting to sound like a hack to me

  • Makucha Jo (@Makucha) reported

@iiNet @youituber Is this actually a permanent change or are you working to have the service restored?? If this is permanent why did iinet not advise its hosted services customers in advance? This is completely unacceptable.

  • s_mcleod Sam McLeod - @s_mcleod@aus.social (@s_mcleod) reported

@jasondowns @iiNet iiNet is just TPG (one of, if not the the worst ISPs in Australia), move to @Aussie_BB

  • SimonHaighcom Simon Haigh (@SimonHaighcom) reported

@iiNet @youituber iinet - when will be outlook acces be restored? This two day gap has caused me significnat damage

  • coreyhfranklin1 Corey Franklin (@coreyhfranklin1) reported

@iiNet I love #iinet as a internet provider and I have been a customer for a while. But I didn’t have any luck in canceling my my direct debit or getting an extension on the date I wanted. Thank you. Have a good day.

@iiNet I was literally on call with your customer service but when I was next, my Internet came back on! Timing! lol. Thanks though!

  • Makucha Jo (@Makucha) reported

@iiNet Are they really working to fix it or has iinet decided not to bother offering this service anymore? Your messaging on the event status page implies it’s not going to be available anymore at all? Please clarify asap - a lot of people are getting very confused and concerned.

  • robbie_b_d Rob D (@robbie_b_d) reported

@iiNet @youituber Hang on a minute.. are you suggesting this is deliberate and permanent?!
