Hey @iiNet - my modem is giving me red lights only. Have tried the usual troubleshooting and nothing is working despite no NBN or iiNet outages. On hold to tech support with a wait time of 1 hour - is something going on?

  • lombombadill Lyam (@lombombadill) reported

@iiNet now day 5, service still not fully operational. No outages on site, Level 2 escalation priority ticket, no reply. Could have switched providers 10x over by now Have someone contact me asap

@iiNet hey team. I’ve lost internet at 6225 Collie. Any issues at the moment? And before anyone mentions it could be my modem, it’s not.

  • Makucha Jo (@Makucha) reported

@AuspolSnackpod @iiNet @NBN_Australia Really? Nation wide!? We’ve had no issues today with our NBN. But TPG would blame their own mother rather than admit they were the problem.

@iiNet What's happening with the issues for new customers with 5G wifi authentication/activation problems? Have issues resolved?

  • Benny_Mitch Benny Mitchell (@Benny_Mitch) reported

@iiNet You can’t help, nbn have visited so many times and the tech last week told me to my face “just upgrade to FTTP because FTTN is so unstable and we can’t even fix it half the time” like really 🙃

  • before293021431 before2930214322 (@before293021431) reported

@iinet I would like an explanation as to why your staff are refusing to fix the outage on our business line call diversion.

  • before293021431 before2930214322 (@before293021431) reported

@iiNet I just want to make it clear that the problem and solution have been identified.

  • JEALayton James Layton (@JEALayton) reported

@iiNet NBN status states outage and refer to provider for details. iiNet network status states everything is normal, despite it not being. Please assess/comment.

@iiNet Thanks, I discovered next morning I was in touch with the world again*, but as stated, there were complaints re #NBN at same time, not just #iiNet (this time). *flippant comment, I did have access to the net via your mobile service (40GB $15 for 6 months then $30) so U get a pass
