@iiNet - 2 days now without internet. affecting multiple ppl in Canberra and no eta on a fix. Something to do with nbn authentication issues. Someone promised to call me in 24 hours yesterday and then didn’t. Going to move to Telstra

@iiNet absolutely appalling hrs spent talking to different people asking the same question. Ordered a modem since u claim that's the issue and the order wasn't even processed. Absolutely the worst

@iiNet is there an outage in Gregory Hills NSW? My net suddenly stopped working 20 mins ago and still hasn't come back. Got red lights on the modem. I got to work from home and this isn't helping 😭

@iiNet I've spend over 3 hours over 2 months trying to fix a voicemail issue and it's still not resolved. Your service used to be fantastic. What is going on and how do I contact someone who can actually fix it?

@iiNet I understand that, but I'm still getting spam from stuff I reported over a fortnight ago. If there was a way to simply block email addresses from the webmail dashboard, it would solve a lot of problems.
