Hey @iiNet any update on the outage in Burwood East? Been offline since 9am, and I need back up ASAP so I can get at least a bit of work done today. NBN outage page just says "Unplanned Power Outage".

Hi @iiNet you told me to email my Customer Relations case officer, but I'm still yet to hear from them and do not know how I would email them. I was told on Friday that there was no update from them (I didn't know my case was even with Customer Relations!) but that they would 1/4

My internet connection is terrible, and all my speed tests give latency error messages, download of 20Mbs and uploads of 0Mbs. @iiNet Switched the modem off and on several times, and then tried switching my hybrid NBN box off and on. Nothing helps.

@iiNet @Tepa Could you please update us please, by tweet. The website doesn't inform us about a thing and never updates. It's been many hours now. It's obviously much more extensive than Nowra/Bomaderry. Details please.
