    @iiNet gee your waiting music and annoying advice of "turning the modem on and off" is annoying af, also turn the sh$t down it sounds even worse with distortion.

    @seamus @iiNet @Aussie_BB ah ok. A 5-10 minute outage is not too unexpected. The AVGC circuit has to be re-"ID'd" by NBNCo from one reseller to another, and then a L2 learning thing (MAC address on your routers WAN port) needs to timeout sometimes.

    @iiNet will be canceling my account today. Absolute nightmare trying to get any kind of support or customer service. It is faster and easier to switch to a new ISP than to wait for you to fix my current connection!

    Just realised @iinet is direct debiting me for a service I haven't used for years. It's a smallish annual payment that just slips by. Never direct debit, folks

    I'm so glad I've never had this issue with @iiNet in the last 7 years it just sucks because they sent out a technician 2 days after I contacted them but their technician wasn't able to work on it since it's Telstra equipment
