@MediaPost @iiNet Time for the IINet CEO to face the public and explain this atrocious service. Being without emails since Christmas Day and no official word of when it will be resolved is totally unacceptable ! @iiNet

@iiNet Email still down. It's been 4 days with very limited access, if at all. Still managed to send me an invoice via sms though for a service I'm not getting. Now can't even log in.

@gordonkerry @iiNet This is exactly what I’ve experienced as well. A few emails only came through yesterday afternoon and some were multiple duplicates of the same and again today email is down all together.

Um @iiNet I’ve been initiating a couple of specific emails this morning and am thinking there are still issues with your service (because they are not coming through).

@Nemspy @iiNet When you’re in iso/ quarantine.. email is one of the few ways you can confirm orders/ contact people. This has now been an issue for DAYS .. this is not ok.

hello @iiNet anyone there? anyone doing anything about the lack of email services? Radical idea--how about you tell customers what the hell is going on. One brief facebook/twitter post in 4 days SUCKS!

@downdetectorau Should say 'User reports indicate #iinet having problems since 24 December. No status updates, no communication, no resolution from @iiNet " #iinetstilldown #iinetdown

@iiNet What superficial crap. Probably been hacked

  • imclean557

@iiNet It looks like the edge gateway's firewall rules were restored incorrectly by iiNet after the outage. I get an RPC timeout when I try to update or remove the problem rules. Or even update one rule.

@shaunamkinney @iiNet The internet side of things is fine. I'd prefer not to use the gmail account I use for businesses who I know will spam my life away (out of sight, out of mind). Email is not my #1 priority, but it is up there. They HAVE to fix it. The issue is when? Weather excuse is vague.
