    @iiNet Twice this week I have called your call centre and opted for a call back which has not been forthcoming. I’m trying to fix an ongoing billing issue which you are at fault. I emailed but that was useless, was like they didn’t read the email. What’s going on? Very annoyed

    Hey @iiNet been on hold to #hosting for over 53 minutes…just have an enquiry to check something but not going on line to do it, want to speak to a person. Never waited so long for support

    @iiNet hey, I believe someone has used my email to create an account with yall last month, and I've been getting emails meant for that person. I tried calling the international number for help, but the number doesn't work and I don't know what else to do.
