@iiNet I just want a world where I can choose between 4-6 companies based on customer service, speeds, and prices. In my reality, my area has 2 affordable-ish choices with poor customer service and frequent downage issues, and no alternative I've been made aware of.

@TheyreGunnaPod @iiNet Years ago, I tried to get internet through @iiNet. They just did absolutely nothing. Even had customer service hang up on me when I called up after over a month of waiting to find out what was going on.

We have tried to get @iinet's attention and we do, over and over, but then they forget all about us and we do it again. And again. And now it's a life threatening health issue. And it's still not enough for the prison guards who take their calls.
