@iiNet Seems to be a bit better now…117mbps down, 31mbps up. Guessing you’re cutting over to the new service already. Will monitor and let you know if things don’t improve.

  • weezmgk Comrade Weez (@weezmgk) reported

@iiNet We're not using mobile data. We're using fixed Fon wifi on one of our neighbours' Telstra services to replace the lost fixed NBN service

  • xXACCEXx acce (@xXACCEXx) reported

@iiNet trying to give my bullshit like 'yea, it's slow coz the total download speed is split across all your connected devices' Like nah bro. Wifi off, only one pc connected

  • weezmgk Comrade Weez (@weezmgk) reported

@iiNet Faulty NBN service blows up every time there's a thunderstorm & the fragile equipment is MY problem? If every other piece of electronics in my house failed with every thunderstorm, that would be reasonable. It's not reasonable.

  • xXACCEXx acce (@xXACCEXx) reported

@iiNet be like, 'Ok I'll escalate this new ticket to our senior support team.' Bruh why? This is literally the same issue i raised 2 weeks ago, i was calling to give you an update on the situation. 'but it's different' We started from the ticket on my account... It the same

  • EmsAmusement The Happy Wombat (@EmsAmusement) reported

@iiNet The only reason I knew there was an outage was because I used mobile data to check that page when the net went down. A bit of notice before it went down would have helped a great deal

  • rohan42069 griller (@rohan42069) reported

@iiNet you have a few buggered servers or something with traffic leaving the country they are so incredibly slow that I have to use a VPN to avoid them please look into this

  • DgDjgood David Goodhand (@DgDjgood) reported

@tex_lea19 @iiNet Bwahahahaha i got rid of iiNet over 2 years ago now cause of your horrendous service and customer service ,

  • DgDjgood David Goodhand (@DgDjgood) reported

@tex_lea19 @iiNet Didn't i warn you about iiNet horrendous service and even worse customer service

  • weezmgk Comrade Weez (@weezmgk) reported

Damn right it's 'consequential' to a disabled pensioner. $50 out of pocket for limpalong 11mbps replacement service is about a week's grocery spend. Not happy @NBN_Australia @iiNet
