@ACLambert @iiNet Glad that’s over. But what a waste of energy. Like many, I suspect iiNet want to wear you down so you don’t give a fig.

  • johnban81940041 John Banks (@johnban81940041) reported

@iiNet I see that you claim you No 1 for customer service. Hard to believe given my experience. I’ve been misled, lied to wasted days waiting for appoints that no ones turned up to. You can only contact offshore call centres who have no idea how to handle things.

  • Retromonkey8 RetroMonkey (@Retromonkey8) reported

@natalie_quirk @iiNet @NBN_Australia They don't have a clue and never will. They rely on you giving up and accepting poor service as the standard. It either "fixes itself" in time or they simply "can't do anything" and call nbn to help and you never hear from them again until your bill is due.

  • ZeroArmour Allan Randall 알란 란달 (@ZeroArmour) reported

@iiNet Internet is down in Kwinana area, 6167. Any idea what the problem is?

  • Retromonkey8 RetroMonkey (@Retromonkey8) reported

So @iiNet refuses to read me emails or hear me out. You refuse to credit my account, you continue to call me ok the phone and fail to even come close to an acceptable standard of customer service. 3 days ago I asked for all correspondence to be conducted over email.

  • dwayne_hill Dwayne Hill (@dwayne_hill) reported

@iiNet Hi, are there any current issues with email as we cannot currently log in (was working not very long ago), we can still access internet and the toolbox but email login is not working (looks to be a few other reporting something on downdetector also)

  • roberts_pam Pamela Roberts (@roberts_pam) reported

I have been trying to watch program this afternoon and can barely stream for 2 mins at a time. Your website says no problems with service so what is going wrong? @iiNet

  • Retromonkey8 RetroMonkey (@Retromonkey8) reported

@TheFaxFox @iiNet Tbh they are all the same... stupid ******* nbn is dog **** and they are all just middle men for said dog ****. Just read their replies to my comments... so delightfully ignorant and stuck right to the script which always ends in "it fixed itself" or "we can't do ****"

  • aussiefootycom Aussie Footy Forums (@aussiefootycom) reported

@Retromonkey8 @iiNet You need to realise that when there is poor weather around and you want to be online that you need to perhaps not use the internet and find something else to do.

@A_D_Morgan @iiNet You won't. They are terrible and don't care. Time to change providers
