    @iiNet how do I contact you when I’m outside of the country? I have a problem with the Internet at my house in Perth and my family can’t get through to your and they need my invoice, which can’t access to due to no sms.

    120hrs update: @iiNet is still a steaming pile of ordure. Unsurprisingly no resolution, no update, no hope that anyone will be roused before the 4day weekend is over, and no email. Avoid this mob

    @iiNet Seriously! I have NEVER had some many internet outages and dropouts since I moved my service to you guys! Enough is enough now.
