  Hello @iiNet Can you please explain how you can take the working phone number of an 82 year old woman and make it so the only calls it can receive are from you, nobody else can call it. YOUR JOB IS TO PROVIDE A PHONE SERVICE YET YOU HAVE FAILED TO FIX THIS PROBLEM FOR MONTHS

  @iiNet, your fetch portal is broken, every time i request a call back the call disconnects on your end , 3 hours of waiting and every time you guys disconnect the call

  How’s this… @iiNet has cut my phone off (unable to make calls, send messages, use internet.) I use my wife’s phone to call them and ask what has happened… they tell me the ‘support team doesn’t work on the weekend’ so I’m phone-less till Monday @ 9am. In 2023. Madness.

  How crap are @iiNet .. cancel the grapevine mail service .. no notifications or advice this is happening .. no support to customers .. had this email for 18 years so you can imagine work involved updating new email .. do IiNet care .. nope don’t return calls emails online forms

  Previously @iiNet couldn’t do check because “internet connection wasn’t working and recommended resetting modem”… which is exactly what we have to do every 5-20 minutes. Gets so bad we look at each other & say “your turn to reset router”. @iiNet is useless. Next step @Starlink

  Hi @iiNet, we just lost DSL connection at our St Kilda (3182) home about 10m ago, and your support line queue has blown out to an hour. Is there an outage we should be aware of?
