@_Costley @iiNet Same here - 1 email has come through and nothing else for the missing time period. How about an update iiNet regards impact and if you’ll ever recover the lost emails from back up servers - if you have any. Surely you’d have a DSR site in case one goes down? ******* pedestrian.

@iiNet @DanRead3 So when I attempt to log into my webmail and it says username/password incorrect this is because of the outage, i.e. I shouldn’t be concerned that my email account has been hacked?? #iinet #iinetdown #iinetoutage

@iiNet Email is now restored - for the benefit of other iiNet customers, emails missing during downtime from your main account should be able to be accessed via webmail login (toolbox).

@iiNet Just to add to that when I had iiNet for internet service it took 6 months and copious amounts of phone calls to cancel my account. It was the worst experience with a provider I have ever experienced in my life and I will never use you again.

@katling73 @iiNet I got some emails overnight - but there were none from the outage period so I suspect that any emails we got will be lost. Can you please confirm iinet??

@iiNet This is exactly the same pathetic communication effort as last time, beware of missing emails and don't bother asking for compensation as they will tell you email is a free service as part of the internet service provision. Might be time to change service providers after 30 yrs

@miriamcosic @iiNet It’s bad. There’s lots of people without power since yesterday (43 degrees) and today (44). This heat wave has been a catastrophe.
