    @iiNet I called back again and the same thing has happened !!!! This is basic customer service 101 !!!! I am thinking it is time to start shopping around for new service

    @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    I find it funny that @Optus keep doing ads promoting good coverage an service when it's the worst in Australia hahahaha. When @iiNet come in 8 yrs am has give better internet . We all no know yes means ' yes for **** reception '

    @iiNet Hey iiNet, 5G is down "connected without internet". Care to give the customers some information? (and it's not just me). Also, what is hosted email? I've just seen that you're ending "hosted email". How do I know if I'll be affected?

    Bro, I’ve been with @iiNet for 10 years with no issues, in the last month I’ve had insane latency issues and they just tell me “it’s beyond their control” to fix, well guess it’s time to swap providers.
