A Bloody Nice Chap (@Abloodynicechap) reported@Telstra @iiNet No- I report faults they instantly say its NBN, yet NBN can't find any faults. 4 months at $90 dollars with no 4g back-up. Shocking service, as highlighted here. I will be over with @iiNet by the end of the month and will recommend everyone else to do likewise.

Diane Dromgold (@DianeDromgold) reportedIt's impossible to get any help from @iinet They are cancelling hosting but no reply to messages, no one ever picks up even when we wait on the phone for hours. Come on! There has to be some way to get help. Has anyone called the Ombudsman?

redleafelf (@redleafelf) reported@iiNet we have now experienced a full week of nbn outage and have been given a ring around between you and @NBN_Australia nbn tells me @iiNet reports the fault but you say you don't have details. Not good enough from both.

🇦🇺 Northern Territory Consumers for THR (@VaperNt) reported@iinet @tpg just bizarre behaviour Cancelled @NBN_Australia on UNI D1 with several weeks notice. They continued to issue invoices after termination. Ignored emails, then finally issues refund for the wrong amount. After 10 years its so good to exit this crappy business account

Currently up to the second phone call and 4 transfers totally 2.4 hours and counting to cancel my business services. On hold to yet another department.
