Agree with other comments about lack of communication. I spent 30 minutes on the phone to Microsoft, I thought there was something wrong with Outlook.

Mike (@Nemspy) reported@bobthegeo @iiNet Back-to-back 43 and 44 are "not that unusual?" Loads of people are without power due to the strain on the grid and whatever other issues the heat causes. Remember also that people have to WORK in this to fix it. I'm not usually an apologist, but -sheesh- its email. It can wait

Noel Dennison (@NADennison) reported@iiNet This is exactly the same pathetic communication effort as last time, beware of missing emails and don't bother asking for compensation as they will tell you email is a free service as part of the internet service provision. Might be time to change service providers after 30 yrs
