.@iiNet’s Kris says: “It looks like the outage in the area has already been resolved.” What planet is he on? If getting two minutes’ connectivity before it drops out again, as it has been doing for three days now, is “resolved”, I’m a Xmas ham. Turn it up Kris & fix this please.

@iiNet there is no NBN outage detected in our area but we do not have internet in Brighton Vic. This is becoming too regular and we feel it’s time to change provider on the basis we are not receiving a reliable service

@iiNet Do something about your call centres. Untrained people with stock answers that cannot fix your problem. 7 calls later and I'm still not connected properly. Hours of my time. This is crap

.@iiNet Tks for nothing. Your tech support had been taking calls for 48 hrs before you actually log a job: VDSL2 customers have NO internet, no VOIP, nada. And you have no clue why, let alone how long this will last. Brilliant Xmas marketing. Fix it please. First world problem.

@SandiHLogan @iiNet Post a message on the iiNet Whirlpool forum. Apparently their CTO is on there all day. I got my issues with them resolved within the hour when I posted there.

.@iiNet’s Kris is a winner. Still no solid reliable connection but he writes: “Thanks for your reply, Karl. We needed to confirm on your side if the issue is resolved..”. I have told him my name is not Karl. (But if he’s into cosplay ... joke, Joyce just a joke.)

. @Internode customer service has really gone downhill since @iiNet took over. The number of times I’ve contacted them to sort out a simple issue is unacceptable not to mention them constantly hanging up on me once I finally get through to an operator #poorcustomerservice
