Regretting not choosing someone else.

David Smith (@dsmith24perth) reported@iiNet Just a point. Years ago I had a problem which related to drop outs and was told iinet had to persuade Telstra to sort it out. Now it’s the same with NBN. This system seems to be broken and the customer loses out every time.

Nina Luda (@ninalo) reported@iiNet Good evening. I have been without connection for over three hours. I have checked and there is an unplanned incident with NBN in my area. What I do not understand is that my neighbour two doors down has not lost her connection. I do realise I have to wait on NBN to fix.
