    Previously @iiNet couldn’t do check because “internet connection wasn’t working and recommended resetting modem”… which is exactly what we have to do every 5-20 minutes. Gets so bad we look at each other & say “your turn to reset router”. @iiNet is useless. Next step @Starlink

    @iiNet, your fetch portal is broken, every time i request a call back the call disconnects on your end , 3 hours of waiting and every time you guys disconnect the call

    3/3 Cancelling the account Wanted to contact @iinet biz support, kept being pushed to @tpg, TPG then said we can't help you, you need to speak with iinet biz support. You used to have premium customer service!

    @iiNet my internet on HFC also down in Grovedale, Vic was down last night when I went to bed. Nothing showing on website

    @iiNet is actively blocking access and use of @discord Discord it an important communication platform for many. This happened to us last month and after following every solution they had @discord_support, who were quick to reply to my emails, worked out to be our ****** ISP.

    @iiNet worst customer experience of my life - 3.5 years a customer- take my money every month - try to talk to someone - 3 phone calls - can't help me because my DOB is wrong in yr system- resend ID verified- 12 hours later still not updated and can't help me - told to call back
