    Previously @iiNet couldn’t do check because “internet connection wasn’t working and recommended resetting modem”… which is exactly what we have to do every 5-20 minutes. Gets so bad we look at each other & say “your turn to reset router”. @iiNet is useless. Next step @Starlink

    @iiNet it’s very interesting that IiNet seem not to use any of their social media since 2024. It that because of the appalling and depleting customer service like the outage in our area today that was not communicated or corrected in the 14 hours since it went off line ?

    It's impossible to get any help from @iinet They are cancelling hosting but no reply to messages, no one ever picks up even when we wait on the phone for hours. Come on! There has to be some way to get help. Has anyone called the Ombudsman?

    @iiNet Really poor service tonight guys. Our CC was compromised so I changed payment details with you April 3rd. Now tonight, at 8pm you disconnect the service. Just as the call centre closes. Big help you guys are.

    Hello @iiNet Can you please explain how you can take the working phone number of an 82 year old woman and make it so the only calls it can receive are from you, nobody else can call it. YOUR JOB IS TO PROVIDE A PHONE SERVICE YET YOU HAVE FAILED TO FIX THIS PROBLEM FOR MONTHS
