    @iiNet Email still down. It's been 4 days with very limited access, if at all. Still managed to send me an invoice via sms though for a service I'm not getting. Now can't even log in.

    .@iiNet Well we are up to day 4 with no email services... Is it still extreme weather in WA causing the entire systems to break down? Hamster died? Everyone on holidays? Zero news, zero updates, zero f*cks given, just completely hopeless.

    In the old days if a storm took out your modem you could buy a new one and reconnect straight away, nowadays you have to be home between December and May for an @NBN_Australia technician to come and plug the new one in for you. also keep paying your ISP (@iiNet) for the service
