    Nothing like waiting on urgent communication with an employer only for @iiNet and @WestnetAU webmail to go down for over 6 hours with nary a peep to even acknowledge it on their social media.

    Previously @iiNet couldn’t do check because “internet connection wasn’t working and recommended resetting modem”… which is exactly what we have to do every 5-20 minutes. Gets so bad we look at each other & say “your turn to reset router”. @iiNet is useless. Next step @Starlink

    @iiNet Not good enough that I should sit on the phone for one hour and fifty six minutes to get my call answered and then another 25 to get the issue sorted. @iinet has always had the best customer service - now it’s terrible. #dobetter #customerservice
