    @iiNet … can you please tell me when your Hosted Exchange will be fixed? I have been subscribing to you Service since 2013, and this completely botched upgrade and it’s impacts are appalling! When will it be fixed? Why shouldn’t I go elsewhere for my service? #iinet #broken

    @iiNet What is going on with your hosted exchange email service. You say it's fixed. IT'S NOT. On hold with support for an hour is not helping

    JEEEZUS @Iinet can’t you keep a mail server up and running for longer than 24hrs?? Someone needs to take the reins on this shitshow. Also? I want a refund for this month’s hosting service.
