@iiNet How about you focus on customer support! Calls terminated twice on two seperate days, email an offer and then unable to access via toolbox, 132258 rings twice then terminates! 15+ years as a customer about to end!

@iiNet Have already been in contact with the "help" centre which is choosing to blame me/insinuate it is my end where nothing has changed in the last month... except service speed which has gone through the floor.

@redruby17 @iiNet Oh and all the numbers they supposedly come from are spoofed. So if you miss a call from a number you don't know, don't bother calling back. You'll just get the poor unaware innocent who actually does own that number.

@iiNet following an "upgrade" to the 4G wireless broadband service in my area last Friday AM, my stable downloads have gone from 19-20mbps to 3-5mbps which don't even allow a stable connection for work. @iiNet help desk response... nothing we can do. WTAF?

@natasha_yann @NBN_Australia I commiserate. I haven’t had this same thing happen, but my nbn experience had my head about to explode. Eventually you’re likely to get redress via the ombudsman but that doesn’t help your pocket or mind right now. I hope @iiNet fix this promptly.
