    @iiNet can you advise if the NBN/internet is down in the Northcote, VIC area? Just trying to figure out why my internet isn’t working & wonder if it’s related to the recent storm.

  • ThurstoneMOAR Thurstone MOAR III (@ThurstoneMOAR) reported

    @iiNet Hi there. It turns out the issue is with the NBN and we'll be without internet for a few weeks. Am I to pay for internet while I can't access it and is there any protocols for paying for my mobile data in the meantime? I realise it isn't your fault.

  • Adelaidetechguy Richard Pascoe (@Adelaidetechguy) reported

    Had a client who was cut off today with #internet by @iiNet for the princely sum of 4c it was explained by support that it was an automated feature #invoices #isp

  • 3MetreFlattys Ryzh 🇦🇺 (@3MetreFlattys) reported

    @iiNet ohhh mate, i'm beyond satisfied. this is just incredible and totally out of the ordinary for the speeds that australian internet is known for, especially given the fact that this service is only 40-80$ a month. you'd have to spend a fortune to achieve speeds like this elsewhere.

  • aurantiacoXI irena (@aurantiacoXI) reported

    @iiNet Thanks. I’ve learned is a NBN outage and not iiNet issue.

  • PeterSStrempel Peter Strempel (@PeterSStrempel) reported

    @DocB__ @iiNet My ADSL line will be switched off next month, so I took the plunge and chose an NBN re-seller. Regulated wholesale price-fixing and competition only in customer service costs is a disaster for customers.

  • ThurstoneMOAR Thurstone MOAR III (@ThurstoneMOAR) reported

    @iiNet still no internet and nobody from NBN showed up at the time you appointed me today. I'm also getting messages there is an outage in my area but then no outage is listed on your site when I check.

  • sulqss sulqs (@sulqss) reported

    @Ceice @iiNet yo my internet bugging out can you please help?

  • dazzlemate dazzle8 (@dazzlemate) reported

    @DocB__ @iiNet Elsewhere. It’s a customer’s market out there…

  • shaboop Helly (@shaboop) reported

    @DocB__ @iiNet I've seen a lot in my time Ron, some things fail but the automated processes usually do the work for them. I changed to Aussie Broadband last year, purely for the 1000/50 speed available in this new area as iiNet didn't sell it. Kept my iiNet email addresses $25/yr.
