@iiNet @IntoTheWok I'm also getting the same issue. Found out that using a VPN called exitlag sort of fixed the problem, it lowered my ping to 30-50 but realised soon after that the main problem was because i was being put into singapore server games. iinets routing on mw2 is skipping sydney for me

Upgraded to 5G as recommended by @iiNet and have been down most of the night. Never had this issue with the NBN and have been on hold forever trying to resolve. No issues in the area according to their site - epic fail for a telco!!!

@unicamster @iiNet I only wait on hold for around 3 - 4 minutes, plus the length of time it takes me to fill in the relevant ombudsman service's webform. If the bank / telco / insurer / etc can't answer the phone before I hit send, we deal with it through that process.
