  • mvs5_marcelle Marcelle_vS Vote TNL #TNL (@mvs5_marcelle) reported

Thank you @iiNet for nothing. Phoned Tech support 12.05 on 4th Jan & was told I'd receive a call back in just over 2 hours. It's now 6th Jan & it's 52.5 hours & counting. Customer service has deteriorated since you merged w/Westnet. Customer for over 16 yrs. So much for loyalty.

@iiNet so who has had good customer support with the latest 10 - 12 day email outage?

  • ashcryptoman ashley (@ashcryptoman) reported

  • JanB_QLD Jan Bowman 🌈 (@JanB_QLD) reported

@iiNet Can you explain this in practical terms? I manage a website hosted in Singapore and it is very slow to load and frequently doesn’t load at all when using my home internet from iinet. Works fine if I tether to my 5G telstra phone. Is the latency issue responsible for this?
